Abstract: A bath ball includes a corrugated annular body being formed by axially squeezing a long sleeve-shaped elastic net woven or knitted from artificial fibers and having an extent of elasticity. The corrugated annular body is tied at two diametrically opposite points with fastening means so that outer peripheral portions of the corrugated annular body naturally loosely expand about the tied points toward two outer sides to form a puffy body close to a ball. The corrugated annular body includes a plurality of valleys, into which one or more types of cleaning elements may be selectively embedded to extend in a direction parallel with the valleys. The cleaning elements enable the bath ball to hold more bubbles and provide enhanced cleaning effect.

  • Patent number: 6623085
Abstract: A method for making a bath scrubber for use in cleaning the body skin involves a tubular net main body which is fitted over two support members separated from each other by a predetermined distance. The main body is then tightened. The present invention is characterized in that the main body is pulled alternatively with one hand toward one direction and other hand toward other direction, and each time when the tubular net body is pulled, a portion of the tubular body is pulled out of the two support members synchronously until the tubular net body is completely pulled out of the two support members, thereby enabling the main body to expand along the tightening point to form a spherical body.

Abstract: Bathing brush including an annular main body made of elastic and water-absorbent material and several bathing balls fixed on the main body at intervals. Each of the bathing balls includes at least one elastic mesh tube and at least one binding member. The circumference of the elastic mesh tube is crimped and waved. Then the elastic mesh tube is bound by the binding member. The bathing balls tightly abut against the circumference of the main body. In use of the bathing brush, the multiple bathing balls are able to maintain water therein. Moreover, the main body can also maintain a certain amount of water therein. The water contained in the main body can be gradually released to infiltrate into the adjacent bathing balls. Accordingly, the bathing balls can kept wet for a longer time.

  • Patent number: 6589107
Abstract: Bath ball structure including a bathing body and a string tying the bathing body. The bathing body is composed of multiple brushing layers overlapping one another and thermally fused with one another at the center thereof. One face of each brushing layer is formed with a number of through holes. The other face of the brushing layer is formed with a number of corresponding abrasive projections with good frictional force. The bathing body is repeatedly folded back and forth to form a semiproduct of the bath ball having multiple crimps. The string is tied at the thermal fusion seam of the center of the semiproduct to form a bath ball product. When used or sold, the respective brushing layers of the bath ball product are pulled outward to form the bath ball.

Abstract: A cleaning sheet has a base sheet, a foamed layer of a porous material on the base sheet and a polishing layer formed on the foamed layer. The foamed layer includes abrading particles and air bubbles. Such a cleaning sheet may be produced by preparing a paint having air bubbles dispersed inside by mechanically foaming a foaming material containing a foaming resin material and abrading particles, forming on the base sheet a foamed layer having abrading particles dispersed inside by coating a surface of the base sheet with this paint and drying it, and forming a polishing layer on the foamed layer. A probe having a tip may be cleaned with such a cleaning sheet by causing a surface of its polishing layer to be pressed against the tip of the probe and causing the tip of the probe to penetrate the polishing layer and further to be inserted into the foamed layer having abrading particles dispersed inside.
