    Abstract: A wallet for securely holding one or more documents having a first band plate and a second band plate connected together using a stationary O-ring and a rolling O-ring. Each plate includes a top edge, side edges, and a pivot edge. A notch is located in each of the side edges adjacent the pivot edge that receives and holds the stationary O-ring. At least one of the plates includes a channel located in each of the side edges between the notch and the top edge that receives and holds the rolling O-ring. The rolling O-ring is typically located at the top of the channel near the top edge. The O-rings bias the plates to a closed. The stationary O-ring allows the plates to be stretched apart while keeping the pivot edge together. The rolling O-ring rolls down the channel to release tension holding the plates together.
