The bottom of the hanger has a head which is inserted into a housing by way of an open groove. The housing is mounted to the frame of the door or panel. Rubber neoprene spacers are mounted between the head and the housing to adjust the vertical height of the door or panel relative to the head track and structural member. Additional wheel bearings may be added to the hanger as is necessary.

  • Patent number: 8381354
Abstract: The carriage provided to hold a displaceable separation element comprises a carriage body provided with at least two running wheels, which carriage body is connected to a carrier profile, which serves to carry the separation element. According to the invention the threaded shank of an adjusting screw is rotationally held in the carriage body, which adjusting screw comprises below the screw head a flange ring, which supports a flange element provided in the carrier profile, which flange element comprises an opening, through which the screw head is guided. By rotating the adjusting screw the carrier profile can thus be optionally adjusted in height. In a preferred embodiment a tool channel is provided in the carrier profile, into which tool channel a conventional tool can be introduced.

  • Patent number: 8322076
Abstract: An adjustable glide apparatus is for a sliding panel to slide along a track between open and closed positions. The adjustable glide apparatus comprises a housing defining a cavity with at least one receiver disposed within the cavity. An adjustment stem has an end that has a thread and is disposed within the cavity. A cam is coupled to the receiver for moving the receiver relative to the housing. The cam comprises a plurality of teeth for engaging the thread to rotate the cam as the adjustment stem is rotated thereby moving the receiver relative. A glide is coupled to the receiver and comprises a contact surface. The contact surface is adapted for sliding engagement with the track to slide the sliding panel between the open and the closed positions. A distance between the contact surface and the housing is adjusted as the receiver is moved by the cam.

Abstract: A window roller apparatus comprising a cradle, a housing pivotably installed in the cradle, and at least one roller wheel rotatably installed in the housing. Cradle side walls are formed with opposite inwardly-opening cradle side wall recesses, and respective housing side walls are formed with opposite inwardly-opening housing side wall recesses and with opposite outwardly-projecting bosses configured to pivotably engage the respective inwardly-opening cradle side wall recesses. The at least one roller wheel has an axle that engages the housing side wall recesses. A resilient pad is positioned on the cradle bottom wall between the cradle and the housing, the pad being of a sufficient size and thickness to at least partially engage the housing and effectively bias the housing toward a parallel orientation relative to the cradle while allowing for non-parallel operation of the housing relative to the cradle as dictated by operational constraints on the window roller apparatus.

  • Patent number: 7712258
Abstract: A panel or door suspension system used to hang sliding panels or doors. The panel members are hung by an upper bearing assembly with bearings on each side of the longitudinal axis of the panel thereby allowing the weight of the door to bear wholly on the upper bearings and to act centrally and downwardly between the bearings thereby preventing a moment on the bearings. A wedge member attached to the upper portion of the panel allows for vertical adjustment of the panel relative to the bearings and the door frame. A sill assembly beneath the panel allows for stable sliding operation of the panel member, provides for debris drainage and facilitates servicing of the members comprising the sill assembly.
