Abstract: A tonneau system for a pickup bed comprising a bracket system connectable with a sidewall of the pickup bed and a plurality of hingeable sections pivotally coupled to each other to define a continuous surface. Each of the plurality of hingeable sections being connected to adjacent hingeable sections to permit at least some of the plurality of hingeable sections to be rolled together into a generally circular cross-section to selectively reveal the pickup bed.

Abstract: A recycling receptacle provides a physical example of items to be recycled as part of a recycling receptacle. The recycling receptacle includes a container portion for storing material to be recycled in a chamber and a communication portion for communicating what material should be recycled. The communication portion includes an opening in fluid communication with the container portion chamber and a visible cell that contains examples of materials that should be recycled.

Abstract: A large opening rolling door of the articulating type has multiple horizontally and vertically distributed insulative glass panes supported by a plurality of vertically disposed and horizontally disposed heat transmitting metal frame members arranged in vertical and horizontal regions respectively between adjacent glass panes. The horizontal frame members have opposed and closed or open and recessed edge volumes in the closed condition of the door; preformed, self-supporting, self-camming and self-compressing and cooperating male and female insulator bands that interfit with the open and recessed edge volumes, or insulation filled beams, in the closed condition of the door define insulation in the horizontal regions. Vertical frame members define a substantially enclosed volume in which a preformed, self-supporting insulator band is inserted into the volume to insulate the vertical regions and thus substantially the entire door against heat transmission therethrough.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to an apparatus, system, and method for attaching a shade cover, of singular or multi-piece construction, to a blind, such as a window Venetian blind. An apparatus for attaching the shade cover to the window blind may include: first attachment means that is configured to attach to the shade cover, and second attachment means, that is operatively attached to the first attachment means, wherein it is also configured to attach to the window blind, rendering the shade cover and the window blind as a single monolithic operating unit.

Abstract: A roll-up protective device for slideways of elements of machines or systems has a belt, at least partly made of steel, which is rolled up on a roller and, at a free end, has an end link for fixing to an operating element; the belt has a plurality of discontinuity of form lines which are permanent deformation impressions that give the belt a multiple arch configuration.

Abstract: Images are projected onto two adjacent screens whereby one screen is movable with respect to the second screen. A projection system disposed generally in front of the two screens is capable of displaying images on each screen independently when the two screen are in an “open” position or on both screens together when the two screens are configured in a “closed” position. In a first “open” configuration, the images viewable on one screen are not viewable to the viewers of images on an adjacent screen and, in a second “closed” configuration, images are displayed on both screens together so as to be viewable by all members of the audience. In addition, a berm is configured between the viewing area of one screen and the viewing area of the other screen to create an audio and visual barrier between the two screens.

Abstract: A protective system for overhead doors on loading dock platforms for use in connection with a pair of pipe bollards permanently erected at each of the sides and in front of the door. The system includes a pair of net securing devices each having a mounting bracket allowing the assembly to be attached to the door, a variable linkage, and a bollard collar for fitting over the existing pipe bollard when the door comes down. A spring loaded bracket in connection with the bollard collar and variable linkage allows a netting connected between the bollard collars to move for a distance until the bollard collar abuts the pipe bollard to preclude damage to the door.

Abstract: A new garage door screen for allowing for a garage to be ventilated. Also included is a screen door having a generally rectangular configuration. The screen door is defined by a peripheral frame including opposed long upper and lower members and opposed short side members. The peripheral frame has a mesh screen extending therewithin. The long upper member is hingedly secured to a bottom edge of a garage door. The screen door hangs below the bottom edge of the garage door in an open orientation.
