Connected To Front Axle Patents (Class 172/306)
  • Patent number: 11958553
Abstract: A working vehicle includes a steering device to steer a vehicle body, a working device connected to the vehicle body, an automatic steering controller to perform automatic steering of the steering device based on a difference between a scheduled traveling line and a position of the vehicle body, and a parameter changer to change a control parameter of the automatic steering depending on the working device connected to the vehicle body.

  • Patent number: 5476150
Abstract: A power-takeoff apparatus for use on a compact tractor equipped with a compound steering mechanism is disclosed wherein the chassis includes a front chassis member having an opening formed therein to allow the passage of a power-takeoff shaft therethrough for connection to a front-mounted implement mounted to the steerable axle for lateral movement therewith. The opening in the front chassis member having a sufficient transverse width to accommodate the lateral swinging movement of the power-takeoff shaft in unison with the movement of the front-mounted implement. The front chassis member is also adapted for mounting a front-mounted implement thereto for providing an alternative mounting thereof so that the implement will not move with the steerable axle.

  • Patent number: 5299821
Abstract: A tractor having a front axle that pivotally moves laterally in response to a corresponding steering action of the steerable wheels mounted on the front axle is disclosed wherein an implement attachment mechanism is detachably connected directly to the front axle in a manner so as to be laterally movable relative to the chassis with the shiftable front axle. The implement attachment mechanism includes a hydraulically powered lift mechanism to power a vertical movement of any implement attached thereto relative to the chassis. An optional supplemental support strap detachably connects to the frame portion of the implement attachment mechanism and engages the pivot assembly supporting the front axle from the chassis to provide additional support for connecting said implement attachment mechanism to said front axle without interfering with the pivotal movement of the front axle relative to the chassis.

  • Patent number: 5092422
Abstract: A multipurpose horticultural crop tractor combines certain clearance and versatile implement mounting features for accommodating a wide variety of alternative field production operations. A movable operator station provides full bidirectional operator control. An operator station may also be suspended on a boom pivotably mounted to the tractor frame for repositioning of the operator station about such frame. The implement mounting system also permits alternate high or low clearance mounting of a conventional three-point hitch, which when used in an elevated position enables attachment of high crop harvesting heads. Alternative implement mounts permit simultaneous usage of two separate implements. The tractor may be outfitted for many alternative functions, such as tillagae, planting, cultivating, spraying, harvesting, materials handling, and irrigating missions, including usage of a vertically movable lift unit with horizontally adjustable lift arms.

  • Patent number: 4304307
Abstract: A scraper blade attachment including a blade assembly located between the front and rear wheels of the tractor and supported by forwardly extending rail members swingably coupled to the forward end of a tractor frame. The rail members and the blade assembly are vertically positioned as well as transversely inclined by hydraulic cylinders supported by the tractor frame. Box beam sections of the scraper blade assembly adjustably receive the rail members. Similarly, an anti-sway assembly is also adjustably mounted on the scraper blade assembly and extends rearwardly for pivotal coupling to the tractor frame. A blade swing cylinder is also supported by the anti-sway assembly.

  • Patent number: 4148365
Abstract: An attachment for tractors including a pair of elongate support members attached at their forward ends to the tractor frame and at their rearward ends to the tractor's three point hitch arms. A blade assembly is carried by the elongate members and is adjusted vertically or inclined transversely to the tractor centerline by adjustment of three point hitch components. The blade of the assembly is also rotatable about a vertical pivot with a locking mechanism provided for the blade. A tractor mounted bracket removably mounts the forward ends of the elongate support members.
