Abstract: A structure for adjusting positive or reverse rotation of a pneumatic tool is proposed to be mainly composed of an outer casing, a driving device and a knob. An air controlling part arranged on the outer casing leads air to be transmitted from an air incoming chamber in the outer casing to the driving device through a reducing air intake. A bearing seat is arranged in the driving device. The knob arranged on the outer casing extends with an annular wall for separating air incoming from air discharging. An armature slot formed at the annular wall connects to and communicates with the bearing seat. The annular wall has a protrusion formed with a first air intake allowed to communicate with a positive or reverse air intake. Thereby, the first air intake can adjusted to be aligned with the positive or reverse air intake by rotation of the knob.

Abstract: The present invention provides a wheel cylinder brake adjuster. The main body of the adjuster has an actuating cylinder, a front seat, a rear seat, an intake handle and a baffle plate. There is a thrust set, and an assembly ring surface arranged at a rear end of the rear seat. First and second intake holes are arranged at intervals on the assembly ring surface. An air path switching ring is placed on the assembly ring surface. The first and second air holes are arranged at intervals on the inner ring surface and have interiors interconnected via a draining space. A pressure release state is made possible when the air path switching ring is rotated to the first rotation position. A plurality of spacing support parts are supported between the inner ring surface and assembly ring surface so that a spaced air leakage space is normally formed.

Abstract: A piston rod with a piston, against which a displaceable valve ring, a short, axially rigid striking pin, guided in a bush, and a pressure transformer piston are set, is immovably placed in one part of the supporting housing. A working tool is placed in the second part of the supporting housing in a tool bush protected on the outside by a lower sealing cover to prevent corrosion. A gas chamber is set up under the supporting housing, the pressure transformer piston and the striking pin. A pressure transformer cylinder and an equalizing chamber are formed between the piston rod and tfe pressure transformer piston. The striking pin is driven by a working fluid under pressure, which is distributed by a system of channels in the piston rod. The striking pin is driven onto the working tool in a striking action by high-pressure gas, which is pressurized in the gas chamber.

Abstract: The present invention provides a reciprocating pneumatic tool mechanism, including a casing, pneumatically-operated control module, control switch, actuating module and vibration-absorbing member. The plates of the actuating module are combined into a single body by the perforating locator. The periphery of the plates can be slidably abutted with the inner wall of the tank. The air inlet of actuating module is adapted air-tightly with air supply end of pneumatically-operated control module. At a front end of the actuating module, a protruding tube is screwed into a punch hole in front of the casing. The vibration-absorbing member includes a built-in buffer between actuating module and pneumatically-operated control module, and a front-mounted buffer between the front ends of actuating module and casing. With the invention, the vibration-absorbing members of reciprocating pneumatic tool is saved, improving the assembly efficiency, reducing assembly cost and volume with better economic efficiency.

Abstract: A turbo-gear supplied with operating fluid for driving a drill bit is proposed. It preferably comprises a non-rotatable casing, an upper shaft rotatably mounted in the casing, coupled with blades configured to receive pressure of the operating fluid causing rotation of the upper shaft, a lower shaft mounted in the casing, having inside a cylindrical channel, an intermediate shaft rotatably mounted in the casing, disposed below the upper shaft and above the lower shaft. The shafts are associated with each other through conventional gears having predetermined transmission coefficients. The inner space of the turbo-gear is configured to pass the operating fluid therethrough. Preferably, the turbo-gear is combined with a bushing-connector shaped as a hollow cylinder, having means for assembling with the turbo-gear and the bit. The turbo-gear is assembled with a non-rotatable string of pipes, through which the operating fluid is supplied. The turbo-gear allows extending the lifespan of pipes.
