Abstract: A protective guide internally holds long members including at least one of flexible cables and ducts. The protective guide includes a flexible curved strip-shaped base and plural flexible sectioning members. The base is made of a synthetic resin, formed into a long plate and has a longitudinal direction. The sectioning members are also made of a synthetic resin, permitted to uprise from both ends of the base and spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction, the both ends being opposed to each other in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The sectioning members cooperatively define a space for accommodating the long members along the base. The base has a cross section inwardly curved toward the space, as viewed in the longitudinal direction. Each sectioning member has a ceiling opposed to the base, the ceiling being divided into two portions in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.

Abstract: The device for receiving oblong objects comprises a bottom wall (2) and a receiving element (1) having two bordering walls (3, 4) facing each other. A cover element (16) is mounted on the receiving element (1) so as to be pivoted by means of a border hinge (15) and can be linked with the receiving element (1) by means of a closure system (23, 24, 25, 26) facing the border hinge (15). The cover element (16) has at least three cover sections (17, 19, 21). Between adjacent cover sections (17, 19, 21), a center hinge (18, 20) is configured. The closure system (23, 24, 25, 26) allows for a number of closure positions that corresponds to the number of center hinges (18, 20) and in which the cover sections (17, 19, 21) are spaced apart from the bottom wall at different distances. The same design of the inventive device can therefore be used in different environments of assembly.

Abstract: The fixing tool (40) of a wire harness (32) bundling a plurality of cables has a portion (42) for holding the wire harness (32), and two protrusions (44) protruding therefrom. The protrusion (44) includes a stretching portion (46) formed by stretching. Since the length from the base face (48) of the holding portion (42) to the stretching portion (46) is different in different protrusions (44), the timing at which each stretching portion (46) is inserted into a through hole (56) varies and thereby insertion load of the protrusion (44) can be reduced. Consequently, workability of a work for securing the wire harness (32) to a bracket (54) can be improved.
