  • Patent number: 10267287
Abstract: This is a machine that contains a fluid loop that is utilized by using buoyancy and gravity to produce a fluid flow through a hydro turbine or other flow energy converter within the enclosed system. In one embodiment compressed gas is injected into a vessel at the underside of a piston to create a buoyant condition which forces the piston upward, thusly forcing the fluid above the piston through the hydro turbine. In another embodiment fluid or other matter fills a hollow piston at the top of the vessel and through the force of gravity descends, thusly forcing the fluid beneath the hollow piston downward and in turn upward through the adjoined vessel and then through the hydro turbine. In both referenced embodiments alternating ascent and descent cycles can be utilized within each adjoined vessel to cause fluid flow through the hydro turbine. Other embodiments are presented within as examples.

Abstract: This disclosure presents and claims means for the modification of local gravitation by modifying its direction of action and presents and claims various uses of those means. The new technology involved is the recognition that light and gravitation flow in the same common medium; that the observed effects of gravitational lensing and light diffraction demonstrate the gravitational field of atoms deflecting the flow of that common medium of light and gravitation; that a suitable arrangement of atoms consequently could produce a desired deflection of gravitation; and that the atomic structure of a cubic crystal [for example Silicon] is suitable for that application. That deflection of gravitation and its effects are then used to drive spacecraft an flying vehicles.

Abstract: Gyroscopic precession is the result of angular velocity of rotation and angular velocity produced by torque which acted upon by vector force of gravity will cause precession. The resulting precessional vector force at right angle to torque is currently well understood, though not understood how this precession vector can be modified by right angle to produce the same force as a directed vector force; how angular momentum could be made directional. Inventor shows in principle how this Earth gravity G-force is re-directed using gyroscopic action housed within a larger apparatus, when whole apparatus is spun in either direction, whereby the angular momentum is transferred along the axis of spin. The result is a directional force caused by acceleration of spin of whole apparatus, which may be a usable force in future propulsion systems.

It is then able to provide a unidirectional rotating torque to drive a generating device to produce electrical power. The mechanical power transmission is performed by a transmission gear unit composed of a driving wheel and a follower wheel interconnected each other with a transmission means therebetween. When the vehicle weight is applied to the driving mechanism by pressing the vehicle wheel on the pressure receiver, the driving mechanism is forced to downwardly urge a ratchet wheel and a driving wheel to rotate that in turn causes the rotation of the follower wheel through the transmission means thereby driving the generating device to operate to produce electricity.

Disclosed herein are two separate processes that do not require a propellant and do not produce an equal and opposite reaction against any external form of matter in the Local Inertial Reference Frame and do not violate Newton's Laws in the Universal Reference Frame. The first process produces horizontal motion, relies on the earth's gravitational field as an external force, and has been successfully tested. The second process produces vertical motion and relies only on the aether. It has been successfully tested considering the effect of the earth's gravity. Abstract: A weight operated mechanical drive consists of a cylindrical weight that is suspended by a helically threaded drive screw which passes through and engages with complementary threads within a bore defined along a rotational axis thereof. The weight turns the drive screw as it falls due to the force of gravity. The weight is prevented from rotating about the axis of the screw while it is failing by a wheel which is attached thereto and which rolls against a retaining bar that runs alongside the weight along the weight's path of travel. The retaining bar is also used to wind the weight. To do so, the retaining bar is rotated around the rotational axis of the drive screw. This action forces the weight along a path defined by the helical threads of the drive screw. The retaining bar is formed as a helix around a column through which the weight drops.

Abstract: Water driven robots are provided which can be used for moving different objects at different controlled directions and frequencies to obtain energy and power from the flow of a liquid, such as water. A container (10) contains a siphonic outlet which is capable of converting relatively low continuous flow of water, entering through its inlet (17), to a relatively high intermittent pulsating flow of water, ejected from its outlet (23). Such flow is used for moving the robot as follows: During each cycle, water fills the container so that its weight increases, causing the container to move down and move a pulley (65) or other object (73). When the container's liquid level reaches the inlet of the siphon, it rapidly drains and becomes lighter, thereby resulting in a return of the weight. Thus a continuous inflow of liquid causes the container to oscillate vertically and provides force, energy, and power for operating such robots, for controlling their motion, and for operating work loads connected to the robots.

  • Patent number: 4216619
Abstract: A horticulture device is provided for rotating a plant as moisture transpires from the plant and evaporates from the container holding the plant. The device includes a spring which is linearly distorted due to gravity as the plant is watered and which is restored as the plant releases the water and the water evaporates from the container. The spring is connected to a motion converting mechanism that converts linear distortion of the spring to rotational motion which in turn is used to rotate the plant.

  • Patent number: 4070855
Abstract: A plurality of translation rods are mounted in a cage for pivoting about a common axis and pass through the pivot axis, being at fixed circumferentially spaced positions but movable bidirectionally along their individual axes during rotation about the fixed axis shaft. Cam follower rods pivotably mounted on respective ends of the translation rods are slidable axially relative to their axis and through their pivot axis. The cam follower rods carry rotatable cam followers through tension springs, which normally maintain the cam followers at a predetermined distance from the cam follower rod pivot axis in the absence of cam follower contact with a fixed cam mounted in juxtaposition to the path of the rotation of the translation rods. The major surface of the fixed cam is generally at right angles to the direction of constant forces applied to respective ends of each translation rod.

  • Patent number: 4019396
Abstract: A powered wheel system wherein a rapidly rotating wheel carries weighted balls upwardly to load the downward side of a slower rotating power wheel to drive the same. The balls are unloaded at the bottom of the power wheel and then picked up by the rapidly rotating wheel and the cycle repeated. In another embodiment, the rapidly rotating wheel is driven by a connected drive-wheel, which carries a plurality of ball weights in an eccentric loop, inwardly on the upward side and outwardly in the downward side of such drivewheel as it rotates. The power wheel drives a flywheel which has reciprocably moveable weights mounted thereon, a plate with an eccentric guide path is provided which directs the weights inwardly on the upward side of the wheel and outwardly on the downward side of the wheel as the wheel rotates.
