    Abstract: A secondary impurity-removal recycling system for refining cotton is provided. A first feeding opening is set on the side of the first bin shell, in which the first drum is movably installed, and the first drum is tube shaped. A first mesh is set on the peripheral wall of the first drum, and a first scraper is set at the first feeding opening inside the first bin shell. One end of the first drum is provided with a first impurity-discharging pipe, the outer periphery of which is provided with a first annular hump. The first connecting sleeve is installed on the outer wall of the first bin shell, and the first impurity-discharging pipe is movably stuck in the first connecting sleeve through the first annular hump, and communicates with the first connecting sleeve. The first induced draft fan communicates with the first connecting sleeve through a first air duct.

The front wall of the first bin shell is provided with a first feeding opening, from which the rear of the conveying mechanism penetrates into the first bin shell, and the pressuring roller is installed on the first feeding opening of the first bin shell, and located above the mechanism. The first opening roller is movably installed in the first bin shell, located at the rear of the conveying mechanism, and first saw teeth in a row are set on the periphery of the first opening roller. The first motor is drivingly connected with the first opening roller.

    Abstract: A method of producing liquid fuel by a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction using a thermal medium-circulated heat exchanger type reactor is provided. The thermal medium-circulated heat exchanger type reactor uses the cobalt metal foam catalyst including a metal foam coated with cobalt catalyst powder is used. Exothermic reaction heat generated by the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction occurring in the cobalt metal foam catalyst layer of the tube unit is controlled by thermal medium oil circulating in the shell unit at a reaction temperature of 190˜250° C. and a reaction pressure of 20˜25 atm, and simultaneously the reaction is conducted, thus producing liquid fuel.

    Abstract: A textile fiber processing machine includes a rotary cylinder having circumferential areas for engaging and circumferentially entraining fiber material introduced into the machine; and a waste grid situated adjacent to and radially spaced from, a circumferential portion of the cylinder. The waste grid allows waste from the fiber material to pass through. The waste grid has a plurality of grid bars supported parallel to one another. Adjoining grid bars define grid slots through which waste may pass. Each grid bar has a bar face oriented towards the cylinder and a free end portion. The bar faces are inclined towards the cylinder for abutting fiber material thrown towards the waste grid by the cylinder and for allowing waste material, after impingement thereon, to slide on the bar face towards and off the free end portion.

    Abstract: In the opening and cleaning of fibrous materials apparatus is provided which includes a plurality of rotatable beaters within a housing, curved under grids beneath each rotatable beater, baffle plates above and between the beaters, a perforated screen positioned above and adjacent the beaters and a suction hood positioned over and embracing the whole upper surface of the perforated screen. The screen is inclined to the horizontal and the apparatus includes a suction duct extending across the lowermost edge for withdrawing air from an inlet slot along the opposite edge to create an air stream flowing over the whole surface of the screen such that dust and unusable fibres passing through the screen are carried away to a waste extraction duct.
