Abstract: The present invention relates to a system for detecting illicit objects contained in a piece of luggage, characterized in that it comprises a carriage defining a housing (60) for receiving a piece of luggage and examination means (100, 200, 300) placed at the inlet of the housing (60) such that the introduction of the piece of luggage into the housing (60) induces a relative displacement between the piece of luggage and at least one of the examination means (200) and thus an automatic scanning of the piece of luggage by the examination means (200).

Abstract: A modular binder assembly for storing a variety of objects includes a binder which includes a first portion that is hingedly attached to a second portion. A plurality of first mating members is each coupled to a respective one of the first portion and the second portion of the binder. A document folder is removably attachable to respective ones of the first mating members for insertably receiving documents. A cassette caddy is removably attachable to respective ones of the first mating members. A personal electronic device is removably attachable to a respective one of the first mating members on the binder thereby facilitating the personal electronic device to be positioned at a variety of locations on the binder.

Abstract: The invention relates to a cover or case for goods, in particular for use as a cover or case for hobby or sports equipment. In an embodiment, the case has an inner portion, formed of expanded polypropylene (ePP) and defining a cavity for receiving at least part of the item. The case also includes an outer layer, formed of self-reinforcing polypropylene (srPP), arranged to cover an outer surface of at least part of the inner portion. In further embodiments, the cover is formed of two or more sections that may be arranged to at least partially overlap, wherein adjusting the overlap of the at least two sections changes the dimensions of an inner cavity within the cover or case. The case may be telescoping, in order to provide adjustable dimensions for a cavity within the case.

The elastic main body includes first and second strap units. The first strap unit, located at a side of the elastic main body, forms two neighboring first accommodation holes. The second strap unit, connecting the first strap unit and located at another side of the elastic main body, forms a central hole and two opposing second accommodation holes. The fixation structure, connecting the elastic main body, is used for defining a penetration space for allowing part of a hand to penetrate through. With the first accommodation hole and the central hole to expose a corner lens assembly and a central lens assembly, this invention can be commonly used for both the corner-lens-type mobile device and the central-lens-type mobile device, respectively, without shading the lens assembly.

The compressible storage pillow includes a cylindrical fabric member having a circular first end opposite a circular second end, with a central cavity extending between the two. A fastener is at the first end and is designed to secure to a mated fastener on a top cover. Another fastener is at the second end and is designed to secure to a mated fastener on a bottom cover. The top cover and the bottom cover each have straps extending therefrom. Each strap has a strap fastener at a distal end, such that the top cover is designed to removably secure to the bottom cover. In this way, a user is able to securely store items in a pouch that can then be utilized as a pillow.

Abstract: A maternity bag with a bag body defining an outer surface and a changing mat configured to be detachable from the outer surface of the body. The changing mat is optionally made of a same material as the bag body and/or has the same texture or color as the outer surface of the bag body, and is dimensioned to at least partially wrap around the outer surface of the bag body so as to be fully integrated and indistinguishable. The function and the look of the changing mat is concealed as it is integrated to the bag when attached. A method for changing babies using the bag is also provided. The changing mat being wrapped around the bag, it reinforces the body's structure and liberates space inside the bag. The invention provides an elegant and stylishly fashionable look to the bag. The invention also concerns the changing mat configured to be affixed to a diaper bag.

The carry items or containers include magnetic coupling elements on at least one side to magnetically couple to another one of the carry items or containers. The magnetic coupling elements can be arranged so that a specific orientation of the carry items or containers can be enforced by there not being a magnetic attraction when the items are not properly oriented and aligned.

Abstract: The present invention is a display for storing and displaying a musical instrument, displaying a decorative surface and playing amplified audio. The invention enables the instrument and other audio equipment to be displayed out of the way while being easily accessed. Some of the best embodiments will use a decorative surface to compliment the instrument within the display. Notably, the display can be configured to play amplified sound from an amplified instrument such as a guitar.

A support assembly comprises a left support and a right support coupled to an upper side of the base platform adjacent a left edge and a right edge, respectively. The base platform is configured to receive a notebook computer between the left support and the right support. The support assembly is configured to extend above the keyboard of the notebook computer. The shelf platform has a closed position resting on the support assembly parallel with the base platform over the keyboard and an alternate open position. The shelf platform in the closed position is configured to support an external keyboard.

The portable speaker device has a structure to be mounted on containers of various kinds, materials, shapes and sizes to be discarded. That is, the portable speaker device includes a first mounting member mounted in an opening of a container. The portable speaker device further includes a second mounting member coupled to the first mounting member and provided to be mountable on containers of various sizes. The portable speaker device receives sound source data reproduced from a mobile device through wireless communication, and outputs the reproduced sound of a speaker through the container.

Abstract: A foldable travel bag assembly is provided including a foldable travel bag and a clothing rack, which is removably attachable to the foldable travel bag. The longitudinal front and rear ends of the travel bag can fold inward for storage purposes.

When the first connector mates with the first connection arm and the second connector mates with the second connection arm, the binder holder forms a pouch with the front wall for selectively receiving an item therein.

Abstract: The present invention provides a portable and compact battery-powered stereo speaker assembly that incorporates a DC to DC converter, which enables power from the internal stereo speaker assembly battery to charge an interconnected hand-held device, such as a smartphone, through a USB connection, thereby extending the time that the device can be used untethered from the AC power grid. A DC to DC converter enables the charging function can be implemented even if the speaker assembly is not connected to the AC power grid, and even if the battery of the stereo speaker assembly is not fully charged. The stereo speaker assembly also incorporates Bluetooth connectivity, a proprietary open wireless technology standard, developed by Ericsson in 1994, employing frequency-hopping spread spectrum radio transmissions in the ISM band from 2400-2480 MHz.

A suitcase using the U shape handle is included. The U shape handle is telescopic with respect to the case of the suitcase. By the structures, no tripod is carried in travel. In taking pictures, it only needs to place a camera on the platform and the bag is placed to a desired location. Then the user can take pictures as desired.

A device for securing accessories may have a resilient display panel with a series of accessory attachments or attachment passages. The accessories may comprise any practicable form, with certain accessories having posts with wide flanges extending therefrom that are pushed through the resilient material for capture by the accessory attachment passages.

Abstract: A device is provided for identifying luggage of the type having a handle. The device is made of highly visible fabric. It includes a band of material and is adapted to be received around the luggage handle to allow for easy identification of the luggage to which it is attached. A first portion of the band and a second portion of the band are situated in substantially face to face relation. Hook and loop ribbon strips are provided for fastening the band portions together such that the device encircles the handle. A second look and loop strip, with oppositely orient sections, is mounted on one of the band portions and designed to encircle the other band portion to lock the band portions together and prevent disengagement of the band portions.
