Abstract: An accessory for and in combination with a small child's or infant's clothing. A hold-down device of elasticized fabric comprises a relatively wide, elongated central section. A pair of straps extend from each end of the central section, each strap being provided with a selectively operable fastener at the end and with individual length adjusting means. The child wears an upper garment, as a shirt, which it is desired to restrain from riding up. The hold-down is passed between the child's legs and the strap fasteners are fastened to the lower edges of the upper garment.

Abstract: A fastener device including an elongated sleeve member having an elongated top fastener surface and elongated detachable side edge portions for attachment to the shoulder strap of a foundation garment, such as a brassiere, for securing the undersurface of an overlying outer garment worn over the shoulder strap to conceal the shoulder strap from view.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a tether device for restricting the range of movement of a child relative to an older person. The tether device comprises a unitary stretch member having a pair of longitudinally extending sides, a pair of transversely extending sides, and a pair of end portions proximate each of said transversely extending sides. The unitary stretch member is stretchable between a relaxed state and taut state, such that the length of said unitary stretch member in the taut state is greater than the length of the unitary stretch member in the relaxed state. A first transversely extending side of said unitary stretch meber is secured to a first end portion of said stretch member to form a first loop a second transversely extending side of said unitary stretch member is secured to a second end portion of said stretch member to form a second loop. The first and second loops constitute first and second elastic wrist bands, respectively.

Abstract: A necktie holder of the type adapted to join between a wearer's shirt button and the necktie, and which will tightly embrace the button threads and loosely embrace the narrow end of the necktie. A clip having strong movable jaws forms part of the necktie holder and is arranged to seize a rearward seam on the wide end of the necktie whereby the holder is not visable from the front of the wearer but will keep the necktie in neat and orderly state at all times.
