Abstract: A quick-release package includes a box enclosure and an insert. The insert slides into the open bottom of the box enclosure, and includes a locking extension which slides into a slot on the top of the box enclosure and locks the insert into place. The slot forms a wide portion toward the back surface of the box enclosure and a narrower button release portion toward the front surface of the box enclosure. The insert locking extension includes a button configured to catch on the back surface of the wider portion of the top slot in a first position and which, when pressed, moves into the button release portion of the slot and releases the locking extension and hence the insert from the box enclosure.

Abstract: An outer sleeve includes first and second opposed side panels edges, hinge panels interconnecting the first and second side panels such that at least one chamber is defined between the first and second side panels, at least one of the hinge panels being hingedly connected to at least one of the first and second side panels along one of the opposed side edges of the at least one side panel, and at least one inner panel positioned at least in part inside the at least one chamber. The at least one inner panel includes a slide card locking mechanism for releasably locking at least one slide card in a locked position within the at least one chamber. The at least one side panel includes a release button positioned proximate the slide card locking mechanism of the at least one inner panel. Abstract: The present invention is a self contained, portable security case or container. The case is secure in its locked condition by locks which are preferably operated by an electronic key. The electronic key can be programmed to open the case or container dependent upon various different conditions, for example, location, time, identification of operator, etc. In addition to the electronic key, a biometric identification device can be employed. The exterior of the case or container is made from different materials which are impermeable and resistant to heat, drilling and ballistic impact. A GPS type of location device located within the case enables the case to be tracked from remote locations.

Abstract: Provided is a security package which generally comprises a casing for housing a product and a collar for locking the casing. The collar generally has a locked and unlocked configuration and comprises a first locking member having at least one male locking mechanism, and a second locking member having at least one female locking mechanism lockable to the at least one male locking mechanism. The casing generally has an open and closed configuration, and comprises a cavity shaped to substantially conform to the product. In the locked configuration the collar secures the casing in the closed configuration. The casing may comprise a first and second casing portion, and these may be integrally formed with the one or more of the first and second locking members. The collar may form a perimeter around the casing, may be adjustable, and may house a security device such as an RFID (radio-frequency identification) tag.

The sleeve includes a locking tab in line with the longitudinal channel that is foldable into the sleeve to present a deflectable contact edge across the longitudinal channel. Engagement of the locking tab contact edge with a shoulder on the longitudinal flange prevents movement of the insert in the direction of the locking tab. The insert can be locked in both a forward and a backward direction within the sleeve by providing respective locking tabs and shoulders at both ends of the package.

A door is rotatably interfaced to the body by, for example, a series of pins, whereas the door obstructs the opening in a first position of rotation, and the door provides access to the body of the safe through the opening when the door is in a second position of rotation. The locking mechanism is disposable from a locked state to an unlocked state at least when the cap is in a closed position relative to the container body (e.g., to define an enclosed space for pharmaceutical product). Once in the locked state and with the cap being in a closed position, the locking mechanism is unable to return to its unlocked state. Pharmaceutical product enclosed within the container with the locking mechanism being in its locked state may then be disposed of in any appropriate manner (e.g., discarded in the trash).

The second lock device locks by latching in the Y2 direction, and unlocks upon being pulled in the Y 1 direction by a magnet in the unlocking device.
