Requiring no assembly of components, a single, integrated system includes all parts and configures simply. The system may present a gift card, a debit card pre-loaded with a purchased value. Various alternative embodiments of containers are configured to fit in the same carded or bagged footprint on hangers such that their locations are arbitrarily interchangeable without altering spacing between hanger rods (e.g., pegs) on retail racks.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are packages for consumer goods that provide additional functionality as an interactive device for encouraging playful interaction with the package contents. In various embodiments, the package includes a lid or top comprising a hollow body defined by a flexible shell, wherein the shell is reversibly deformable or comprises regions that are reversibly deformable, the lid adapted for launching or propelling an item when the item is placed on the shell or on a reversibly deformable region of the shell, wherein when the shell is deformed and thereafter springs back to its undeformed shape, the springing action propels the item away from the lid. Kits and methods for using the interactive packages and particularly the interactive portions of the packages are also disclosed.

Abstract: This invention provides a masking material that can be used to protect an underling surface (e.g. an automobile surface) during an overcoating (e.g. painting) operation. The masking material in one embodiment includes a thickener and a pH control agent and water. The masking material can be applied to a surface that is to be protected from paint overspray or other coating processes, allowed to dry, and the surface then coated (e.g. with paint). After drying of the paint, or other coating, the masking material can removed by water washing.

Abstract: The invention pertains to a lipid-based microbubble stably binding a plurality of nucleic acids, and a method of delivering the microbubble and nucleic acids to a specific target site using ultrasound. The delivered nucleic acids create transgenic cells (i.e., for example, a transgenic tumor cell), wherein the transgenic cell expresses the proteins encoded by the delivered nucleic acids. This technology provides a significant improvement for microbubble-drug delivery platforms as known microbubble do not efficiently bind nucleic acids. The improvements described herein include but are not limited to identifying proper lipid proportionality ratios and/or cationic surfactant layers that provide an optimum mechanical index compatible with ultrasonics. Microbubble perfusion and/or nucleic acid delivery may be performed by a combination of imaging and ultrasound/microbubble targeted delivery to simultaneously perform low power two-dimensional imaging and high power microbubble destruction.

Abstract: A first instruction is provided to add the contents of a container to the reservoir bowl portion of a tree stand, where the material includes an amount of a SuperAbsorbent Polymer (SAP). A second instruction is provided to add ice. In one example, an assembly includes a container, where the SAP is in the container, and where the container bears the instructions. This assembly is provided to the user. The user follows the instructions, and pours the contents into the reservoir bowl, and then adds ice to the reservoir bowl. The melting ice hydrates the SAP. The hydrated SAP then transfers moisture to a cut tree held by the stand. Water is replenished by adding more ice. No water must be poured or handled to hydrate the tree, so spilling and difficulties associated with pouring volumes of water into the bowl portion are avoided. The SAP is reusable and biodegradable.

The invention includes methods of treating certain co-morbidities in ADHD and ADD patients; for example the invention includes methods of treating generalized anxiety disorder, obsessional and ruminative thought disorders, and obsessive/compulsive behavior in ADHD and ADD patients. The invention also includes combination methods of treatment in which an amphetamine prodrug, methylphenidate prodrug, or methylphenidate analog is administered with one or more other active agents. Packaged pharmaceutical compositions containing an amphetamine or methylphenidate prodrug, instructions for using the pro drug to treat certain disorders, and optionally one or more other active agents are provided by the invention.
