The latch includes an open/close-lid-side latch portion that is provided at the open/close lid, a button moving portion that is a flexible portion provided at the container body, and a button portion that is moved up and down by the button moving portion and has a button-side latch portion that engages the open/close-lid-side latch portion.

Abstract: A dispensing device for single-use articles is provided. In certain embodiments, the dispensing device comprises a wall-mounted unit or fixture that is capable of holding at least different articles and providing those articles to a user. Packaging devices for use and cooperation with the dispensing device are further provided, and various systems for storing and dispensing articles are provided.

Abstract: A device for reducing glove waste comprising a flexible sheet configured to be adhered to a glove dispensing box, the flexible sheet having a non-linear, elongated slit dimensioned to permit passage of a glove therethrough, and an antimicrobial additive disposed to inhibit bacterial growth proximate the slit. Also disclosed herein are accompanying methods and systems for reducing glove waste and contamination.

Abstract: Devices and systems for containing and dispensing liquids are disclosed. The system includes a basket and a container removably coupled to the basket to facilitate nesting in a basket cavity. The container includes a pump assembly coupled to the container and extending into an interior thereof. The system includes at least one hanger arm coupled to the basket. The at least one hanger arm includes a first section proximate the basket and a second section distal the basket, the second portion including a distal end. A device embodiment includes the container having the at least one hanger arm coupled thereto rather than being coupled to the basket. Embodiments of the disclosure provide versatile liquid containing and dispensing devices and systems having low cost and high longevity, and that facilitate convenient co-location of liquid cleaning and personal hygiene products, and related and associated items and materials, to preferred places of use.

An exemplary wipes dispenser includes a container, a plurality of wipes contained within the container, a fluid for wetting the plurality of wipes and a self-orientating outlet nozzle. The self-orientating outlet nozzle includes a moveable outlet opening. The moveable outlet opening aligns with the direction of pull of the wipe when the wipe is pulled out of the dispenser at an angle that is not substantially vertical.

Abstract: In one example, a wipe dispensing system includes a housing that defines an internal wipe storage area, a lid rotatably connected to the housing, a fluid reservoir disposed within the housing, and a pump in fluid communication with the fluid reservoir. A fluid discharge manifold is in fluid communication with the pump and is arranged proximate to a portion of a wipe dispensing path. The lid is operably disposed with respect to the pump such that depression of the lid causes discharge of fluid from the pump through the fluid discharge manifold, and also causes partial dispensation of a wipe from the housing.

Abstract: An apparatus for dispensing paper product has an encasement that is configured to enclose the roll of paper. The encasement has a base at a longitudinal end for supporting the roll of paper in that encasement, with the base including a base opening for the paper to be inserted there through. The base also has an inner surface that is configured to contact the roll of paper, as well as an oppositely disposed outer surface. A dispensing portion of the apparatus is located adjacent the outer surface of the base, and is releasably coupled to the encasement. Coupling between the dispensing portion and the encasement is free of fasteners. The dispensing portion includes a rotatable dispensing element that has a dispensing orifice for dispensing paper from within said encasement to the exterior.

Abstract: Peel-Reclose packaging material formed using an adhesive label in combination with laser scoring technology. The adhesive label is applied over laser scored material before or after the laser score forms a pattern smaller than the adhesive label. The adhesive label and laser scored packaging material can then be opened and resealed. In one embodiment the adhesive label in combination with the packaging material has tamper resistant features.

The cleaning article has a layer of tow fibers and a layer of sheet material, joined together in a layered construction. Abstract: An auto-illuminating toilet paper holder is mounted against a planar surface, such as a wall, and includes an auto-illumination capability. The toilet paper holder includes armatures that extend perpendicularly from a mounting plate. The armatures are parallel with one another, and support a bar member there between. The bar member is optionally spring-loaded, and is configured to support a roll of toilet paper thereon. The armatures are further defined with a bottom surface, which includes at least one illumination member thereon, and which emits light downwardly to aid an end user in collecting toilet paper when in an unlit or poorly lit environment. The illumination members are in electrical connection with a power member, and a touch sensor. The touch sensor powers the illumination members when a touching of the toilet paper holder is detected.

Abstract: A child's safety tether with an attachment pouch provides for quick release of the stored child safety tether in situations where the child care provider must temporarily relinquish contact with the child's hand while using both adult hands to negotiate a commercial transaction. The pouch has a top openable compartment for storing a cell phone or other personal electronic device, with other necessary documents such as credit cards and drivers license cards providing an adult's photographic identification and/or signature replica. The pouch also has a lower openable compartment for storing the child safety tether, which is released downward upon opening a quick release fastener for the downward oriented lower compartment for the tether.

The device supports a tissue paper dispenser, replacement tissue paper, lotion and sanitizer solution, hand towels, and straws from a single housing. Abstract: A toilet training device includes an odor remediation system for absorbing or masking odors that may be created during toilet training. The odor remediation system may include a modular odor remediating insert that may be releasably positioned within a recess that is provided within the toilet training device. The odor remediating insert may include an odor absorbing substance such as sodium bicarbonate, an odor masking substance such as a fragrance or a combination of an odor absorbing substance and an odor masking substance. The toilet training device also includes a system for dispensing wipes that may utilize a recess that is defined in a side wall of the main body portion of the toilet training device. A wipes cartridge is designed so that it can be used to conveniently dispense wipes regardless of whether it is separated from the toilet training device or mounted within the recess of the toilet training device.

Other aspects of the invention comprise an antiseptic barrier between the first and second compartments to prevent contamination of the tissues.

Abstract: The invention relates to a container (1) of wipes with a dispensing nozzle (20). A housing (2A, 2B) is provided containing wipes (10). The wipes (10) formed on a continuous sheet of impregnated material with spaced lines of perforations (11) dividing the sheet of material into wipes. A dispensing nozzle (20) extends from the housing. The nozzle (20) is formed with a resilient aperture (21) through which wipes can be withdrawn from the housing. The resilient aperture (21) is expandable to allow withdrawal of (wipes 10) therethrough, but is biased towards a contracted state. In use a wipe can be withdrawn through the nozzle and separated by rupturing the perforations joining the wipe to a next adjacent wipe with the nozzle expanding as required to allow passage of the wipe through the nozzle aperture. The nozzle contracts around the tail of the next adjacent wipe to prevent release of moisture from the inside of the housing and to help prevent wicking of moisture from a wipe tail.

Abstract: A lid structure for use with a container for storing personal care products is disclosed. The lid structure includes a lid-activation button that when pressed allows the lid top to rotate about the lid base giving a consumer access to the contents of the container. Additionally, the lid-activation button functions so that the lid top is released independent of where the lid-activation button is pressed by the consumer. To create better and more consistent opening of the lid top portion, an inner longitudinal edge of the lid-activation button may be attached to the lid bottom via a living hinge that is formed integrally with the lid base. A strengthening rib is attached to the living hinge that keeps the main body side of the living hinge immobile and encourages the button side of the living hinge to flex when the lid-activation button is depressed.

So, the container may be used continuously to thereby be environmentally friendly.

Abstract: The present invention fulfills the above and other objects by providing a combination dispensing and disposal container (1) having a dispensing end (2) with a dispensing opening (3) for dispensing new items, such as facial tissue, wet wipes, candy, etc. On the opposite end of the container is a disposal end (4) with a disposal opening (5) for accepting trash. A bladder (6) located inside of the container separates a storage compartment (7) where new items are held from a disposal compartment (8) where trash is held. In addition to or in lieu of a bladder, a rigid partition (9) may also separate the storage compartment from the disposal compartment. One or more lids (10, 11) keeps the dispensing and end and the disposal end sealed when not in use. An additional feature is a strap (12) that allows a user to attach the tissue container to his or her wrist.

Abstract: A mechanical device for the disposal of consumed chewing gum includes a base having a recessed flanged collar at its top to accommodate a cap. The device further includes a rubber gasket, optional securing clips, a plug on the underside of the base, a paper tray, a locking insert, and a dispensing paper pack. The cap is fitted to the base by placing, snapping, or screwing the cap over the recessed flanged collar on the base. The cap has an opening traversing its top to allow the withdrawal of a single paper sheet to wrap consumed chewing gum for disposal. The paper tray is attached to the inside bottom portion of the cap. A gasket is mounted to the top inside portion of the base below the flanged collar for disposal of gum into the base cavity. The case can be emptied by removing the plug on the underside of the base.

Abstract: Flexible, stable, and easily opened packages are disclosed. The package may be made from an outer highly flexible material defining a surface stable bag having a bottom four side walls and an opening portion. The opening portion may have a rigid reinforcing member attached to it. The rigid reinforcing member may be movable between a stable open and a stable closed configuration with one hand, allowing a user to open and close the package with one hand. Packages may be provided with moisture barrier properties to contain moisture containing personal articles, and dual bag configurations may be employed.

Abstract: This invention relates to a bag, more particularly a diaper bag that provides versatility and convenience to a person allowing them to perform many tasks hands-free. The bag dispenses moist wipes and plastic disposal bags from the exterior of the bag when needed to clean hands for fast clean ups or for cleaning a baby during a diaper change. It also has a detachable pad which folds out from the diaper bag when attached. The pad can be used as a diaper changing pad, seat cushion, back rest, knee pad, or lap tray for eating on. There are compartments for holding extra diapers under the front flap allowing quick access to them without reaching inside the bag. It also has compartments for the caregiver such as compartments for a laptop and other electronic gadgets. It also includes a universal battery charger compartment for charging electronic gadgets.

Abstract: A tissue holder is designed to provide tissues for users at the point of use, especially for those people who are mobile. The tissue holder may be used in multiple different ways. First, the tissue holder may adhere to a dashboard in a motor vehicle, close to the driver. This provides convenient access to the tissues with no or minimal distraction for the driver. Second, the tissue holder may snap with a ring, such as a metal ring, having a clasp or other attachment mechanism, onto items such as articles of clothing, book bags, purses, zippers, diaper bags, lanyards, belt loops and the like. Third, the tissue holder may attach around a user's wrist with an elastic band, hook and loop straps, or the like. Fourth, the tissue holder may be adhered to the inside of a purse or bag.

Abstract: A flexible sheet container is provided that permits a user to quickly and easily feed a leading sheet. The container has a base portion that defines a storage area and a top covering the base portion. The top includes an opening into the storage area through which individual flexible sheets are dispensed. A pair of opposing flaps is pivotally attached to the top at their first ends and each extends toward the dispensing opening with its second end. The complementary second ends of the flaps together further define the dispensing opening while in a dispensing position. The flaps pivot inward toward the storage area to provide access through the opening into the storage area. As such, to feed a leading flexible sheet, a user may rotate the flaps inward, grab a leading flexible sheet, and pull it through the opening. During dispensing, the flaps rotate outward and retain subsequent sheets.

The housing is constructed and dimensioned to hold from one to four tissue boxes with the top of each box facing a front surface of the rectangular front planer panel so that a slit in the top of the tissue box on the bottom of the housing will come into register with a slot in the lower portion of the rectangular front planer panel.

Abstract: A portable rolled product containing a small roll of sheets, such as tissues or wet wipes, is particularly useful for uses outside the home. The roll of sheets is contained within a flexible package, such as a plastic film wrapper, having a roll housing portion and an extended dispensing portion or channel through which the user withdraws the product.
