In one embodiment the insert may be made of corrugated board.

Abstract: A pipeline pig support rack apparatus includes a frame having a plurality of supports mounted thereon, each extending upwardly from the frame. Each pipeline pig support includes clamps that are comprised of first and second u-shaped members that are attached with a hinge. A bolted connection opposite the hinge is provided for holding the u-shaped members together in a closed position when securing a pipeline pig. Lifting eyes on the frame are provided for enabling the frame, its pig supports and any contained pipeline pigs to be lifted as a unit. A basket receptacle optionally is provided that receives the frame. The frame and basket receptacle are each independently liftable. The basket receptacle prevents spillage of hazardous materials that might be residing upon the pigs after they have been used to clean a particular pipeline.

Abstract: The present invention relates to articles of manufacture for the packaging of brittle, elongated, and/or asymmetrically-shaped retail items for retail display to consumers. In some embodiments, the article of manufacture serves to protect the retail items from breakage during display or transit while allowing ready visual inspection by the consumer. In a preferred embodiment, the retail items are candy canes.

The insert may be generally longitudinal having a helical configuration that may be expanded and constricted for taking up different volumes of space within the container respective of the amount of material stored therein. Abstract: A magnetic storage device and a method of assembling the device are disclosed. The magnetic storage device includes a tray, a base and a magnetic member. The tray has a lower surface with a hollow area, and an upper surface. The upper surface has an upwardly extending member with a plurality of cavities formed therein. Each cavity is configured to enable one of a plurality of products to be at least partially retained therein. The base is designed to engage with the tray to completely enclose the hollow area. The magnetic member is sized and configured to be positioned within the hollow area. The magnetic member is capable of exerting a magnetic attraction to temporarily retain the plurality of products in the cavities and exerts a magnetic attraction through the base to releasably attach the magnetic storage device to a magnetically attractive surface.

The holder comprises a base having at least one slot extending from an upper portion of the base to a lower portion of the base. The holder further comprises at least one retainer inserted into the slot creating at least a partial enclosed area on the base to accommodate the sample container.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to structures that are adapted to facilitate the retention, storage, and transport of arrows. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, for example, an arrow retainer is described that includes a resilient portion having a plurality of passageways extending therethrough for retaining a plurality of arrows therein. Each passageway is resiliently expandable upon insertion of an arrow to maintain the position of the arrow. In another embodiment of the present disclosure, for example, an arrow storage system is disclosed that provides an efficient and secure means of storing and transporting arrows. It is contemplated that the presently disclosed arrow retainer and arrow storage system may be used in conjunction.

Abstract: Described is a caddy that allows an individual to access equipment, tools and supplies. The caddy includes a front panel portion having a series of elongated slots adapted in one version to receive and maintain elongate fluorescent lights. The caddy is attachable to a ladder so that users do not have to continuously climb up and down the ladder.

Abstract: A machine tool for pointing a plurality of wires is provided. The machine tool comprises a magazine, a base frame, a slide guide, a fixture, a grinder, and a numerical control system. The magazine is operable for holding the plurality of wires, to extend a wire end from the magazine and to allow relative freedom of rotation of the wires along their longitudinal axis. The slide guide is coupled to the base frame and extends from a loading station to a grinding station. The fixture has clamping sections operable to pivot toward each other to engage the wires therebetween. The numerical control system is operable to control the fixture and the grinder. The fixture is operable to translate along the slide guide to engage the wire end with the grinder. The fixture and the grinder cooperate to grind a desired number of facets into the wire end.

With three end closures, a fourth configuration encloses two or more dissimilar objects in separate compartments. The fourth configuration is especially useful for items that should be prevented from touching or intermingling during shipping. A fifth configuration combines elements of the other four configurations, allowing a user to ship objects with elevated ends, elevated mid-sections, or random elevations in separate compartments. A sixth configuration encloses one or more objects with two end closures that are about equal in length to one another. A device for forming the container is also disclosed.

Abstract: The invention relates to a case for holding elongate objects, in particular, drills or other tools, comprising a housing shell and a lid hinged pivotably thereto via a hinge and at least two pivotable holding parts which while the case is closed are pivoted inward into the interior, while they are pivoted outward out of the said interior when the lid is being opened, wherein only the holding part close to the lid is mounted in a pivoting axis in the housing shell of the case, while the at least one additional holding part disposed in front of the holding part closest to the lid is detachably connected to the respective closest holding part. The advantage lies in the fact that the case can be modularly expanded, that the manipulation is improved, and that the manufacturing cost is reduced.
