The rack has a compliant support having a front side and an opposed rear side; a plurality of sports stick retaining channels along the front side adapted to receive a sports stick therethrough; and an adhesive layer associated with the rear side, the adhesive layer configured to removeably mount the sports stick rack to a wall surface.

Abstract: A system for holding multiple objects, the system comprising a sheet of flexible sheet of material having a front surface, a back surface, and a longitudinal axis, one or more undulating straps coupled to the front surface of the sheet of material, each strap having a longitudinal axis that is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the sheet of material, wherein the undulation creates a plurality of humps and valleys, each hump forming a slot for receiving and retaining an object therein, one or more fasteners for coupling the straps to the sheet material, wherein the fasteners are disposed within the valleys of the undulating straps, and one or more removable coupling means comprising hook and loop fasteners coupled to the back surface of the sheet of material.

Abstract: An adjustable storage device includes a sheet, a restriction band having two ends fixedly connected to the sheet, and an elastic band having a fixed end fixedly connected to a side of the sheet and a free end detachably engaged to the another side of the sheet. The restriction band and the sheet form a through hole therebetween. The elastic band either goes through or not through the through hole. Whereby, when the elastic band is provided without going through the through hole, the elastic band the sheet form a first accommodating opening therebetween; when the elastic band is provided in a manner that it goes through the through hole, the elastic band and the sheet form multiple second accommodating openings. A maximum storage size of the first accommodating opening is greater than that of each of the second accommodating openings, so that tools of various sizes can be stored.

Abstract: Provided is a wearable drumstick holding apparatus with an integrated practice pad that may wrap around and attach to a user's leg or thigh, and that may provide tear-away rapid retrieval of drumsticks. The apparatus may include an elastic base and connectors on either side of the base. The apparatus may include a pocket about a distal end of the base. The pocket imposes a force about a first segment of an object inserted into the pocket. The apparatus may include a tear-away retainer about a proximate end of the base. The tear-away retainer may be permanently attached to the base on a first side, and may attach and detach from the base about an opposite second side. The tear-away retainer retains the object about a different second segment of the object, and releases the object by detaching the second side in response to a pull force.

Abstract: A modular tool storage assembly for organizing and transporting tools includes a case and a lid that is hingedly coupled to the case for opening and closing the case. A pair of support rails is each positionable in the case having each of the support rails being spaced apart from each other. A plurality of storage units is provided and each of the storage units has a plurality of elastic compartments attached thereto. Each of the elastic storage compartments on each of the storage units can store a respective tool. A selected number of the storage units are positionable to releasably engage the support rails having the selected number of storage units being vertically oriented in the case. In this way the storage units and the case can both organize and transport the tools.

Abstract: The truss-supported tool transport apparatus is comprised of a truss-supported tool box and an adapter. The truss-supported tool box has cleat extending from the bottom that are configured to fit over trusses in an attic. The truss-supported tool box includes fasteners on the surface that hold tools securely and compactly which is ideal for working in confined spaces. The truss-supported tool box can be mated with the adapter for working in confined spaces other than attics.

The platform has a plurality of spaced, parallel divider walls having lower edges attached to the support surface and upper edges. The divider walls have aligned left holes and aligned right holes. An elastic cord is slidable through aligned holes to cord ends outside an end divider wall. A cord lock is used to adjust the length of the cord. The support surface, walls and cord form a plurality of adjustable vial receiving compartments, with the force on each vial being equal regardless of differences in vial sizes.

Abstract: A packaging system for an elongate medical device includes a sheet of material which defines a generally planar surface for receiving the elongated medical device thereon. A plurality of butterfly tabs are adhesively attached to the planar surface at selected locations to retain the medical device in position. The butterfly tabs eliminate weaving of catheters onto mounting cards having tabs punched therethrough. The butterfly tabs preferably include at least two adhesive-coated wing portions connected by a linking portion that overlies the medical device and is preferably free of adhesive.

Abstract: Point-of-sale display apparatus for a plurality of flag designs comprises a generally flat back panel having a bottom edge portion and an upper edge portion. A flag retaining means is fastened to the back panel and defines a plurality of loops sized to accommodate a rolled flag in each of the loops. The loops are preferably comprised of elastic material. The upper edge portion may be generally triangular shaped with the apex of the triangle defining a point from which the display apparatus can be hung. The display apparatus also includes a clear, plastic enclosure shaped to accommodate the display apparatus within the enclosure. The display apparatus is used to display for sale a plurality of flag unfurlers and a variety of flag designs, and doubles as a convenient and effective storage container.

Abstract: A composite film and vacuum skin package for packaging a product such as a fresh red meat is disclosed. The composite film is thermoformed and sealed under vacuum to a support member to completely enclose a product which is positioned on the support member. The composite film is a permeable film weakly bonded to an impermeable film, permitting the impermeable film to be peeled from the package while leaving the permeable film intact so that the fresh red meat product can bloom from a purplish color to a desirable red color upon exposure to oxygen. The permeable and impermeable films are fully peelable without the need for a migratable wax to enhance peelability.

The top two connecting strips on the panels define a channel for receiving a header panel adapted for carrying identifying indicia or point-of-sale advertising. The point-of-sale display unit is adapted to be suspended from a hook, whereby a plurality of like articles are stored, displayed and dispensed from a single hook, utilizing a single header panel and minimizing the packaging requirements for each article.

Abstract: A case for holding, storage, protection and working of cane reeds for woodwind instruments which secures a number of reeds to protect against damage and distortion. The reed case maintains reeds in a flat condition during storage, insulates them from impact during storage, acts as a working surface in the restoration of desired reed qualities, and provides a container with a controlled environment for reed storage. The individual reeds are secured flat against interior surfaces of a central core member. The surfaces can be provided with ventilation holes for homogeneous reed drying. The reeds are protected from contact or damage by the core member. An outer cover can be added to further protect the reeds and to provide a controlled environment for storage. The holder taught in the present invention also provides a second set of flat surfaces, on the exterior of the core member opposite the reed securing surfaces, for use as working surfaces in the adjustment of reeds.

Abstract: A package for displaying and presenting jewelry includes a planar base having foldable top flaps secured to its periphery whereby the flaps may be folded over the base to provide a closed package. One or more pairs of through slits are provided in the base and a ribbon is threaded through the slits so that part of the ribbon provides a means for securing the jewelry to the base and the remainder of the ribbon may be wrapped around the closed package to secure it. Some of the top flaps may be provided with an inter-engaging lip and slot to secure the flaps in the closed position and the outer surfaces of the base and top flaps may be decorated.

Abstract: Razor packaging includes a plurality of razors having handles and heads nested in front-to-back serial relation adjacent one another, with threads being disposed over the top and bottom portions of the razor heads on opposite sides thereof and looped one with the other to preclude displacement of the razors relative to one another. An elongated edge of the head of the razor overlies an edge of the next adjacent serially connected razor whereby the razor heads are stepped relative to one another. The last razor is secured to a tag by stitching the threads extending from the group of razors into the tag. An aperture is provided in the tag such that the razor package can be disposed on a hook for hanging from a displayboard. In this manner, groups of razors are precluded from disconnection one with the other absent severing the threads by the ultimate end user.

Abstract: An article packaging system is provided which includes elongated, flat strip form carrier and bonding tapes that are releasably mechanically interconnected together at longitudinally spaced points to package articles therewith between adjacent points of interconnection of the tapes. An interference-type of mechanical interconnection is provided with either or both the carrier and bonding tapes formed from resiliently flexible strips of material with portions of one or both flexed in effecting assembly or disassembly.

A closable lower pocket is provided that includes an exterior flap. The flap is readily piercable to accomodate objects having pin attachment means. The base cloth may include side covers and the overall assembly can be rolled upon itself for compact storage and easy transport. The base cloth includes connector elements for hanging and display and for securing the receptacle in its roll form.

Abstract: An elongated flexible panel is provided and defines anchor loops spaced along its opposite side longitudinal marginal edges from which the looped ends of one or more serpentine folded rappel rope sections may be releaseably supported. The panel is rollable into a compact state and includes end straps at one end thereof which may be encircled and releaseably secured about the panel when in a rolled state. One end of the panel is weighted and when the rope portions at the other end of the panel are attached to a suitable elevated anchor point the rolled panel may be thrown out and will unroll to a vertical position with the weighted end thereof lowermost as the panel drops to a lower level and the rappel rope section or sections are deployed from the panel.

The carrier comprises an open topped resiliently rigid container having sidewalls and a bottom. A vertically disposed ribbon of elastic material horizontally crisscrosses the container between a plurality of first points on one area of the sidewalls and a plurality of second points disposed between the first points on a second area of the sidewalls opposite the first area to create a plurality of generally triangular areas within the container each being bounded on two sides by the elastic material and on a third side by a portion of the sidewalls.
