The padlock display package includes a base member having a front side and a back side, a shackle retaining member extending from the front side of the base member, and a key retainer secured to the base member. The locked shackle of the padlock is positioned around at least a portion of the shackle retaining member to secure the padlock to the display package. The key retainer includes a cavity receiving at least a portion of the key therein, and the padlock prevents removal of the key from the key retainer.

Abstract: A safety device for a tool display tag includes a first part having a first groove, and multiple first clamp members extend from the inside of the first groove. The first part has multiple positioning holes and multiple through holes through which bolts extend. A second part is fixed to the first part and has a second groove located corresponding to the first groove. Multiple second clamp members extend from the inside of the second groove. The second part has multiple positioning rods and multiple threaded holes. The positioning rods are inserted into the positioning holes and the bolts are threadedly connected to the threaded holes. A tag is connected to the first part. A tool is safely secured between the first and second parts.

Abstract: A point of sale packaging assembly includes a support portion for supporting a toy and a fastener device. The support portion has opposing surfaces and a slot extending therethrough and configured for receiving a looped extension member of a toy. The fastener device includes an elongate portion and a base portion pivotally coupled to the elongate portion. The elongate portion includes a distal end portion releasably securable to an engagement surface on the base portion. The elongate portion is configured to be received through the looped extension member of the toy so that the toy is releasably coupleable to the support portion.

Abstract: A cable organization system for storing one or more cables may include a case or housing, with one or more loops formed on an inner surface thereof. A middle portion of a removable tab is resiliently retained within each loop, with end portions of the tab protruding outside the loop. A first cable end is tucked within the loop, and the length of the cable is repeatedly wound around the loop and tucked behind end portions of the tab until the length of cable is spent. The second end of the cable may also then be tucked within the loop, or between windings of the coiled cable, to secure the cable for storage. When it is desired to remove the cable from the cable organization system, the tab may simply be removed to quickly release the cable or the cable may be unwound leaving the tab in place.

Abstract: Low waste packaging for use with a consumer product includes a planar tag element of a generally rectangular configuration having front and back planar surfaces upon which advertising indicia may be printed and a cut-out into which a portion of the consumer product is received. The packaging includes first and second semi-annular ring portions that may be assembled around the consumer product when received within the cut-out and affixed to each other through the planar tag element. The method for packaging a consumer product includes receiving the consumer product within a cutout formed in a lower portion of a planar tag element; and assembling two halves of a retaining member about an upper shank of the consumer product so that annular portions of the retaining members contact the consumer product and laterally extensive tags of the retaining members sandwich the tag therebetween.

The display structure may be arranged to be mounted for display. The ratchet portion retaining structure may be configured to engage a ratchet portion of the tool in a manner that prevents rotation of the ratchet portion. The securement portion may be configured to secure the tool to the display structure to prevent removal of the tool from the display package, while permitting movement of a handle portion of the tool relative to the ratchet portion while the ratchet portion is fixed from movement by the retaining structure.

The front wall has multiple slits that correspond to the arrangement of the line separators. With the line separators still attached to the base plate, the stripping basket can be quickly unfolded for use. This is convenient when on board a boat, awaiting a turn to fish. For longer term storage, such when packing in a suitcase for travel, the line separators can be removed for maximum portability.

Abstract: A unitary holder for a set of masonry drills, or twist drills generally, provides a main vertical plastic back plate upon the front of which are mounted in parallel open ended cylindrical loops of selected sizes for holding drills or other articles in parallel assembly with their shanks disposed in pockets in line with the loops. The pockets receive the shank ends of the drills and hold the drills with their cutting ends on a common level. The loops hold the intermediate parts of the drills. A transverse horizontal cover flange integral with the back plate extends across the plate at right angles thereto a short distance above the loops. An extension of the back plate above the horizontal flange holds all the drills separately--endwise and sidewise--with minimal play. The main sheet which forms the plastic back is flexible in the region between the flange and the upper edge of the row of loops.
