Abstract: A transparent, plastic, one-piece, tamper-resistant/evident container includes a cover portion including an outwardly extending peripheral flange and a base portion having an upper peripheral rim. A tamper-evident hinge joins the cover portion with the base portion. The hinge includes a frangible section. When the container is closed, the outwardly extending peripheral flange of the cover portion abuts the upper peripheral rim of the base portion and the upper peripheral rim of the base portion extends beyond an outer edge of the outwardly extending peripheral flange of the cover portion and deters opening the container.

Abstract: An air filter apparatus includes an air filter having a filtering medium at least partially housed within a housing. A cover is coupled with the air filter. A collapsed disposal bag is situated at least partially between the cover and air filter and may be secured to (or coupled with) the air filter. The cover is configured to be manually opened to expose the disposal bag and allow expansion of the bag. Before the cover is opened it is configured to retain the bag in the collapsed configuration. The bag in the expanded configuration is sized to receive and enclose the air filter. In implementations the air filter is a residential or commercial HVAC air filter. Methods of manufacture include securing the bag to the air filter, configuring the bag in the collapsed configuration, and securing the cover over the bag to keep it collapsed until the cover is opened.

The sample chamber base is a hollow cylinder with bottom end being sealed and top end being open, and an internal cavity in the hollow cylinder is provided for receiving sample plates; and a body of the sample chamber top cover is a hollow cylinder with a top end being sealed and a bottom end being open, and the body consists of a plurality of components which comprise a hollow annulus positioned at a middle of the sample chamber top cover, a circular viewing window positioned at an opening at a top end of the hollow annulus, and a threaded port positioned at an opening at a bottom end of the hollow annulus and protruding outward.

Abstract: A merchandise storage and display mount includes a support that fits within a recess of the merchandise to be stored and displayed. The merchandise can be a five-sided protective case for a hand-held electronic device. The case defines an recess that receives a portion of the mount. The mount is formed from a foldable material and can be erected from a flat blank by folding the material and gluing at selected locations. The mount includes stiffeners that add durability to the mount. The mount is durable and can be used in combination with different merchandise storage devices.

Abstract: The plastic container for a molded food product is provided with a hollow body, a bottom and a discharge opening. Frangible connections are distributed in the bottom and thus several distinct bottom regions each including at least one of the frangible connections are defined. A plastic actuating member that is movable relative to the bottom outer edge is configured to actuate simultaneous break of each of the frangible connections, so as to form at least three spaced vent holes in the bottom. The vent holes are arranged around the single actuation portion of the actuating member. Food product can be easily released as one block through the opening, after the container has been unsealed and turned upside down.

Abstract: A tieless package is provided for displaying flatware pieces. The package has a rigid paperboard box. Sized to fit snugly within this box is a formed backer. The backer has a display panel surface and at least one recessed area and an insert recess running across the recessed area. A resilient foam insert is securely set into the insert recess. This insert has shaped slots for inserting individual flatware pieces. Each shaped slot has: a relatively narrow neck, and a relatively wider holding area under the narrow neck. An individual flatware piece is inserted into the slot by squeezing the piece through the relatively narrow neck to seat the piece in the wider holding area, and the foam of the slot's narrow neck recloses over the individual flatware piece after insertion to capture it in the holding area.

Abstract: An exemplary web of preformed bags includes first and second layers, first and second side, first and second side seals proximate the first and second edges, a plurality of transverse seals extending between the first and second side edges, an opening in the first layer, and a line of separation in the second layer, and first and second cuts in the first and second side seals. The first and second cuts are configured to reduce or eliminate a breaking force necessary to break the first and second side seals when the web is torn along the line of separation.

Abstract: An equipment box, that may be stowed in the spare-wheel well of a motor vehicle, has a main body and a cover that can be attached thereto. The main body is formed for items of equipment to be received by a housing with at least one access opening. The cover can be attached to the main body in a supporting position and in a closing position, in which the cover in each case covers different regions of the main body. The cover in these two positions lies in the same plane, turned by an angle ?, and the cover in the closing position covers the entire main body, while in the supporting position it only covers a middle region of the main body and protrudes beyond the main body on opposite sides.

The inner shell defines an inner tank which holds fuel. The inner shell is housed in the outer shell and is isolated from the outer shell by a space. The crush sleeve is provided in the space between the outer shell and the inner shell. The crush sleeve supports the inner shell and maintains the inner shell in position relative to the outer shell. Wherein during an impact to the vehicle, the force of the impact causes the outer shell and the crush sleeve to deform and the inner shell to move relative to the outer shell.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a polyolefin product is disclosed. The method includes the steps of printing an image on a transfer medium, hot pressing a carrier medium (such as a textile or wood product) and the transfer medium such that the image is transferred to the carrier medium, and adhering the carrier medium to a first polyolefin article to produce a polyolefin product. The polyolefin product may then be subject to further processes, such as cutting, thermoforming, etc. into its desired form. An improved method of producing polyolefin products having colorful imagery thereon is provided. A method of manufacturing a case is also disclosed, including printing an image on a transfer medium, hot pressing a carrier medium and the transfer medium such that the image is transferred to a first side of the carrier medium, and assembling a case, wherein a panel for the case includes the carrier medium.

When this occurs, the method stores the comment(s) in a data store in a manner that associates the comment(s) with the specific component(s) that was being monitored. The method also automatically stores contemporaneous component data with each comment in the data store.

The intermodal container can be handled by a medium tactical vehicle with a load handling system. The container unit has first and second substantially parallel corner posts, an upper frame support extending between first ends of the corner posts, a lower frame support extending between second ends of the corner posts, and a connection block disposed adjacent the second ends of the corner posts. Abstract: Embodiments of the invention relate to a cover, a method of covering, and a cover system to be used with shipments of products transported by air with ULDs. The cover system provides thermal protection to temperature-sensitive products in or on the ULD. The cover system maintains the proper relative humidity level and gas concentrations (oxygen, carbon dioxide and ethylene) for horticultural product loads. The cover system can also have antimicrobial properties. In addition, the cover system decreases the amount of water vapor released in the cargo holds which is known to affect the reliability of the aircraft smoke detection system and to cause false fire alarms.

The multi-layer films exhibit advantages such as high surface energy contributing to improved printability, barrier properties, and metallization. Additionally, the films exhibit improved adhesion between the skin layer and other layers of multi-layer film structures. The container with the permanent magnet is transported to the second position and the permanent magnet is removed from the container and placed in the second position.

A coupler is attached to the bottom end of the post. The post is attached to the golf bag adjacent to the upper edge with the coupler and the post extended upwardly from the golf bag. Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of producing a transportable container for bulk goods. A bag is placed through a former opening of a slip frame former which surrounds a portion of the bag. The bag receives the bulk goods from a feed source. A stretch wrap is disposed radially about a bottom support and a portion of the slip frame former to initially form the transportable container. At least one of the slip frame former and the bottom support moves relative to other in response to the fill level of the bulk goods in the bag. During filling, the slip frame former is maintained at a position surrounding the fill level of the bulk goods in the bag. As the fill level increases in the bag, previously disposed portions of stretch wrap are disengaged from the slip frame former to squeeze the filled portions of the bag and lock together the bulk goods as additional portions of stretch wrap are disposed around the slip frame former.

Abstract: The present invention provides a new and useful clothes protector cover comprised of a rectangular left sheet, a rectangular right sheet, and a plurality of grommets located on the upper edge of each of the sheets. A clothes hanger, upon which an item of clothing may already be hung, is threaded through a grommet on the left sheet and a corresponding grommet on the right sheet and hung on the hanger bar. This is repeated throughout the length of the sheets until all items of clothing are hung on the hanger rod and thereby protected by the clothes protector cover. More particularly, the invention pertains to efficiently utilizing a sugar cane product for multiple accessory items (i.e. shot glass, drinking glass, straw, stirrer, decorative element, etc.). The sugar cane accessory item includes a stalk of sugar cane that is billeted and utilized as a food accessory item, wherein the sugar cane stalk may include at least one opening extending within the billeted section of sugar cane if utilized as a shot glass, drinking glass and/or straw. The stalk may also be billeted and comprised of a solid structure to be utilized as a pair of chopsticks, a stirrer, a shish kabob utensil or various other food accessory items. A method of manufacturing the sugar cane accessory item is also disclosed.
