Abstract: A pre-formed bags dispenser comprises a container having an access aperture, a stack of pre-formed bags located in the container and having a first portion (12) deviated, preferably folded, at a transverse bend from a second portion containing mouth ends of the bags, and attachment means in the container separably attached to the mouth ends at lines of weakening, e.g. perforations. Front walls of the bags at the second portion, tensioned by the bending of the stack, are presented towards the access aperture. The bag nearest to the access aperture can be drawn out through the aperture by pulling its front wall, with one hand, relative to the attachment means. As the bag is so pulled its mouth is opened and the separable attachment to the attachment means is released. The attachment means, in one form, comprises a bar block separably joined to the mouths and/or handles of the bags. The container may be in the form of a box substantially closed apart from the access aperture, a tray or a bag.

Abstract: A glove donning system including glove assemblies is provided that maintains the cleanliness of a glove until the glove is utilized. In addition, the glove donning system assists a user during a donning process thereby preventing contamination of the glove during the donning process.

Abstract: A drinking cup takeout bag has a bag body formed by folding an elongated film into two overlapping film bodies and bonding the film bodies at opposite edges thereof. The bag body has a joined opening, two through openings respectively formed through the film bodies and located near top edges of the film bodies, multiple first bonding portions, multiple second bonding portions, and a third bonding portion. The first bonding portions are arranged along opposite edges of the bag body at spaced intervals. The second bonding portions are arranged from a bottom of the bag body to the first bonding portions. The third bonding portion bonds a middle segment of the film bodies. The drinking cups can be placed in the bag body stably. The first bonding portions are transverse curve lines to increase bonding areas of the bag body and enhance the structural strength of the bag body.

Abstract: A flexible container is provided. The flexible container includes four panels. The four panels form (i) a body portion; (ii) a neck portion, and a flare portion that extends from the neck portion; (iii) a tapered transition portion between the body portion and the neck portion; and (iv) the neck portion has a reduced width. The flare portion has an expanded end. The width of the flare portion gradually increases from the neck portion to the expanded end.

Abstract: One or more embodiments provide a pre-loaded waste bag system comprised of a plurality of disposable, drawstring waste bags nested one inside the other. The waste bin is comprised of a rigid frame containing two pairs of securing members molded into or affixed to opposite sides of the outside of the waste bin walls. The waste bags are placed inside the waste bin, with the drawstrings looped around the securing members located on the waste bin. The innermost bag is removed by sliding the drawstring of the innermost bag off of the securing members and pulling the innermost bag out of the waste bin. The action separates two sheets of a releasable, scented square releasing a pleasant odor or perfume contained within the two sheets.

Abstract: A nested liner assembly includes a plurality of nested plastic film liners held by a lifter placed inside an insert fitted to the rim of a trash receptacle. The trash receptacle may have a hinged lid. The insert is adjacent the rim except near the hinge of the receptacle's lid where it extends on the outside of the receptacle below the lid and around the hinge. The two ends of the insert may be fastened together below the hinge to hold the insert in position without interfering with the operation of the lid. The lifter rests in a channel formed in the insert where the insert holds the liners open for use. The nested liners extend through the lifter and are held in place by a plurality of fasteners on the exterior surface of the lifter.

Abstract: An apparatus for quickly, easily, and securely storing, organizing, and transporting bags may include a front surface, a back surface, side surfaces, and a bottom surface. The apparatus may include a mounting hook projecting outwardly from the back surface. The mounting hook may be configured to attach to one or more objects, such as a pocket on the seat of a vehicle or a shopping cart. The apparatus may include handles for transporting the bags between a store and a vehicle.

Abstract: A carrier bag has a first side panel (back panel) with a first carrier handle, which may be a first flexible loop, and an opposing second side panel (front panel) with a second carrier handle, which may be a second flexible loop. The first side panel has a first upper edge and a first lower edge as well as two opposite first side edges, wherein the second side panel has a second upper edge and a second lower edge as well as two opposite second side edges. The first and second side panels are connected to each other at or adjacent to the respective first and second side edges to form lateral sides of the bag, or the first and second side panels are connected at the first and second side edges to opposing lateral walls to form lateral sides of the bag. A bottom of the bag is formed by a bottom wall that is connected to the first and second lower edges or by a weld seam or glue seam that joins the first and second lower edges.

Abstract: The debris catcher is a waste receptacle that is adapted for use with a drill. The debris catcher is further adapted for use with a wall. The debris catcher captures and removes the waste generated by a drill when the drill is used to drill a hole in a wall. The debris catcher is a collection bag that is attached to the wall underneath drill site such that debris generated from the drill site will fall into the debris catcher. The debris catcher comprises a collection bag, a first adhesive, a second adhesive, and a plurality of spring loaded clips.

Abstract: The present invention provides a cup sleeve formed with a reverse damping structure having one or more rings inwardly bent and annularly arranged on one or both of the edge and the inner periphery of the cup sleeve, so when the mentioned cup sleeve is sleeved with a cup-shaped or bottle-shaped or can-shaped container, the anti-slip damping for enhancing the anti-loose function is provided by the reverse damping structure, thus the cup sleeve is less likely to be released from the cup-shaped or bottle-shaped or can-shaped container, and with the reverse damping structure, the interval formed between the cup sleeve and the cup-shaped or bottle-shaped or can-shaped container is enlarged thereby increasing the thermal insulation effect.

A method of using the catheter wherein at least a portion of the package is used as a drainage tube for the catheter.

Abstract: A plastic can liner and a drawstring for closing the can liner. First and second plastic panels joined along edges of the panels define a bag body. Opposed first and second panel edges that are not joined define a can liner opening. A first hem extends along the first panel edge and a second hem extends along the second panel edge. A drawstring extends through the first and second hems. The drawstring is a cross-laminated plastic film. In some embodiments, the drawstring includes first and second drawstring strips sealed together adjacent the opposite ends thereof. Each of the first and second drawstring strips can be made from a plastic film including a first layer and a second layer bonded to the first layer. Each of the first and second layers have a machine direction oriented transverse to the length of the drawstring and the machine direction of the other layer.

The assembly forms, when being in use, a desirable large bag for containing objects of different kinds and when not being in use a small case which is comfortable to store and handle.

Abstract: A self opening bag includes front and real walls joined at their respective first and second side and bottom edges. The bag is folded at least once parallel to its side edges. At least one attaching feature is located on the outer surface of the bag adjacent the upper end and between the folded walls. The bag is releasably attached to a subsequent bag. The at least one attaching feature causes the bag to open as the bag is pulled from the subsequent bag. The once folded bag may be sealed at the bottom edges after folding to form a star-sealed bag bottom. The bags may be removably attached to each other at a perforation line and wound onto a compact roll for use with a bag dispenser. The bags may have an upper seam, a U-shaped cut and a pair of bag handles. The bags may be corona treated.

Abstract: The plastic bag dispenser pipe is constructed of a wall bracket from which a pipe member is rigidly affixed. The pipe member extends laterally an undefined length, and is further characterized with a front opening that spans along the length. The pipe member includes distal openings, which enable a plurality of individually folded plastic bags to extend at both distal openings. Each individually folded plastic bag is individually removed from the plastic bag dispenser pipe as needed. The wall bracket includes mounting surfaces that enable the plastic bag dispenser pipe to be secured to a generally planar surface.

Abstract: A plurality of stacked polyethylene film bags comprising about 40-48 wt. % high density, high molecular weight polyethylene, 12-20 wt. % high density, medium molecular weight polyethylene, 20-30 wt. % linear low density polyethylene, 0-8 wt. % color concentrate, are releasably adhered together in substantial registration. Each of the bags includes front and rear polyethylene film walls and each of the front and rear walls have first and second side edges, a top edge and a bottom edge. The front and rear walls are integrally joined at their first and second side edges and secured together at their bottom edges. An open mouth portion is defined adjacent the top edges of the bag. At least an upper portion of the outer surface of the front and rear walls of each of the bags has been corona treated. T-shirt style bags using the above formulation are also described.

Abstract: Delivering bags, for example, for delivering items and products purchased bye-commerce in so-called “grocery” tote bags to the respective purchasing customers is described. In one embodiment, a system includes a box and a plurality of bag protectors, each made of material having sufficient rigidity to protect a bag contained therein. In one embodiment, the bag protector has a bottom panel configured to support a bottom of the bag, and two side panels that are configured to extend from two opposing edges of the boom panel away from the bottom panel to form a generally tapering profile so as to meet each other adjacent an opening portion of the bag. The box is configured to receive a plurality of bag protectors, each protectively containing a bag therein. For example, given the generally tapering profile of the bag protectors, they may be placed alternately facing opposite directions in the box.

Abstract: A cassette (3) for dispensing bags from an elongated tubing (32) comprising an annular receptacle (38) accommodating a length of tubing (32) in an accumulated condition. An annular opening at an upper end of the annular receptacle (38) is for dispensing the tubing (32). Abstract: A front holder section for use in forming a holder for used plastic bags. The front holder section has at least two container sections with the first container section having a first front wall and first and second sidewalls extending rearwardly from the sides of the first front wall. The second container section has a second front wall, smaller than the first front wall, extending transversely from the second side wall of the first container section. The second container section also has a third side wall extending rearwardly from the free side of the second front wall. The second sidewall of the first container section completes the second container section. The three sidewalls terminate in free side edges which edges are aligned in a straight line. Each container section has an opening at least near each end, one opening acting as an inlet to load bags into the container, the other opening acting as an outlet to remove bags from the container.

Abstract: A plastic bag storage and dispensing container having an elongated tubular structure with contoured top and bottom ends each having a formed opening. An elongated slot extends between the formed openings of the contoured top and bottom for receiving and dispensing collapsed plastic bags. The storage and dispensing container has mounting structures for mounting the container in a vertical or horizontal orientation to a wall, either a flat wall or in a wall corner, and may be provided with a vanity door cover to cover and expose the elongated slot.

Abstract: A holder for used plastic bags having at least two tubular containers, one container larger than the other. The larger container is used for storing bags that are larger than the bags stored by the other container. Each container has a first opening at one end of the container for passing bags into or out of the container and a second opening at the other end of the container for passing bags into or out of the container. The openings are at least large enough for a user to insert his thumb and a finger within the container to be able to withdraw a bag from within the container. There is a slot in each container between the openings allowing a member to be inserted into the container to move bags within the container toward either opening. The holder can be mounted with either end at the top, normally forming an inlet for the bags while the opening at the bottom forms an outlet.

Abstract: Film bags are dispensed from a container having an opening. Each of the film bags has a dispensed portion and a remaining portion and includes front and rear walls joined at their first and second side edges. The walls are sealed at the bottom edges and have a top edge. An upper portion of the bags is penetrated by two openings. The openings surround a center portion that extends upwardly toward to join the remaining portion formed by the openings and the top edges. The remaining portion has at least one frangible attachment to the dispensed portion. An optional bag stack insert has a notch at a first end that aligns with the opening. Each bag stack is secured to an insert with a lower end of the stack folded under the first end and the stack inserted into the container with the folded stack portion located adjacent the opening.

Abstract: [Problem to be Solved] To provide a display strip capable of attaching by heat sealing bags comprising a biaxial oriented film and having no low-melting-point layer on the outer surface of the bag. [Solution] In the display strip comprising a substrate layer and a sealant layer, problems can be solved by using the display strip characterized in that the sealant layer contains an acid-modified olefin resin. In particular, it is more preferable that the sealant layer contains (a) an acid-modified olefin resin, (b) a non-acid-modified olefin resin and (c) an adhesion-imparting agent.

The plastic material is of a color and has embedded fragrance and antimicrobial agents, and has an imprinted design or pattern. The bag (10) is of a size suitable for receiving a single product, such as a used feminine hygiene product, along with any other material in the use or replacement of such product by a user, in which the tying portions (18) are tieable to seal said product within the bag. When a product is sealed in the bag (10) by a user, the antimicrobial agents inhibits the growth of odor causing bacteria, the scent masks any odors, and the color and imprinted design assists to conceal or obfuscate any blood on a used feminine product when received within the bag (10).

The sleeves are spaced apart and bores therethrough are sized and shaped to enable the handle structure with a plurality of reusable shopping bags thereon to be positioned on a rack holding store bags to facilitate placement of merchandise in the reusable bags.

Abstract: A reusable bag with a fastening system is disclosed. The reusable bag having at least one panel, but typically having a first panel and a second panel with a first loop handle and a second loop handle, the first and second handles coupled with and extending from the first and second panels respectively. The fastening system of the reusable bag comprises at least one of, but typically both a first strap and a second strap. The first strap having one of a hook material and a loop material, while the second strap having another of the hook material. Further disclosed are a looped third strap of the fastening system and a pocket adapted to receive the first and second straps. Methods relating to the reusable bag and fastening system, such as a method comprising folding and/or rolling, stacking, wrapping, and securing one or more reusable bags are additionally described herein.

Abstract: A reusable packaging system includes a series of four bags, each designed to be reusable and capable of standing upright when in an open state. The bags are constructed so that they will fit in an open state within a shopping cart, and differ progressively in size so that they can be nested inside of each other for storage. The nested bags are then folded to form a compact, single package which can be easily transported by a user to a store for shopping.

Abstract: Bags for granular material with a closure on top of the bag and a vertical handle on the lower end of the bag and having suitable dimensions, static coefficient of friction, creep resistance and containing granular materials of limited flow properties can be vertically stacked without support, for example on a pallet. One such suitable granular material is cat litter.

Abstract: Pouches are provided to the user of an automated pouch handling apparatus in a pouch container. The pouches are oriented the same way in the box. The box may be sealed to prevent pouch contamination. A door on the box is opened or removed to define a door opening. A portion of the pouch stack is accessible through the opening. These pouch containers may be stacked near a pouch handling apparatus where the operator may open the door and load the pouch containers directly into the pouch handling apparatus. The pouch handling apparatus removes the pouches directly from the pouch container through the door opening. The apparatus may include a pouch separator that bends the edge of the pouch out through the door and slides the first pouch away from the second pouch.

Abstract: A bag for holding perishable foods for transportation to a consumer's home includes an adhesive disposed on a flap of the bag to be folded down to cover the bag's opening. The adhesive can be used to bind multiple deli bags together for dispensing as well as to seal the bag for transportation of foodstuffs.

Abstract: A compacted tube structure for forming bags. The structure includes a plurality of alternating inner and outer longitudinally extending folds that define a plurality of outwardly extending projections. The outwardly extending projections are stacked one upon another on a first side and a second side of the structure on opposite sides of the longitudinal axis. The structure may further include at least one S-fold extending across a width for shortening the length of the structure. Top and bottom projections on each side may include an edge tab. The top and bottom edge tabs may be sealed together to form an edge margin on each side for retaining the compacted configuration of the structure. The structure may also include a plurality of separation lines and sealed ends for defining one or more bags.

Abstract: A tabless, self-opening T-shirt-styled thermoplastic bag is provided having a handle, stress relief notch, and mounting tab structure for providing a wide-opening bag mouth and a bag having high weight carrying capacity. Handles have a narrow upper portion, a wide middle portion and a narrow lower portion. Handle mounting apertures are provided in the wide middle portion, which projects inwardly above the mouth of the bag. The handle mounting apertures are formed by a blade having an elongate section that is bent to form an obtuse angle. The handle mounting aperture has a sufficient width for accommodating arms of a dispensing rack and a height about three times as great as the width. The bag has a central mounting tab extending above the mouth of the bag and between the handles. A stress relief notch having a reasonably tight radius of curvature is provided between each handle and the mounting tab.

Abstract: The invention relates to a bag-stack and a device for the production of bag-stacks, in particular bags for automated machines, wherein the bag stack is formed from a plurality of connected bags made of plastic foil, and wherein each bag is formed from a front wall and a back wall. The back wall is built longer than the front wall in the area of an opening. The bag stack is welded at the back wall to the longer end of the front wall, wherein the bag-stack exhibits at least three welds, distributed over the width of the bag stack at the longer end of the back wall in such a way that a sturdy edge of the bag-stack is formed.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an improved disposable emesis containment system comprising an expandable bag constituted of a non-porous, flexible polymeric material, such bag having a metal or plastic frame e.g., in the shape of a spring that permits expansion of the bag into a desired shape e.g. spherical, the bag having a large opening or aperture at the top upon expansion which opening is sealable by use of an associated draw- or pull-string and which expandable bag is stored in an easily opened, preferably resealable storage container in unexpanded form prior to usage. This system provides an improved means of storing and disposal of emesis and other noxious biological materials.

Abstract: A rack and T-shirt bag which may be used in combination are disclosed. The T-shirt bag includes elongated tabs which can be tied together when the bag is loaded with items. A pack of the bags can also include contact adhesive disposed between adjacent bags that will cause a successive bag to open as a lead bag is removed. The rack includes a pair of handle mounting arms for mounting a pack of T-shirt bags, the arms having an upwardly extending portion which lifts the bags and increases their perceived volume as they are being loaded. The arms also include a stopper for preventing removal of successive bags as the lead bag is removed. A side-mounted bag dispenser for mounting a second pack of T-shirt bags can be selectively attached to the rack. The dispenser includes a handle support arm which supports the bags as they are loaded.

Abstract: A bag stack assembly (10) comprises a stack of bags (12). Each bag in the stack comprises front and back walls with closed sides, a closed base end, an open mouth end opposite the base end and a pair of handles extending from the open mouth end. The handles are connected together by means of an attachment bar block of material spaced from the open mouth end. The stack is folded about a fold line F extending across the bag. A jacket (14) retains the stack in the folded condition. The bar block is retained in a separate retainer (16) which is secured to the stack by cooperation between a retainer formation (28, 30) and the bar block. Abstract: A newspaper bagger system includes a bag support and a bag chute suspended around and from the bag support. The bag support includes a plurality of detachable bags that extend through the bottom of the chute. The bag chute includes a shoulder at an upper end of the chute to hang the bag chute from the bag support and can also include a vertical slot on a front side of the chute that extends down from the upper end of the chute about half the length of the chute. An upper stiffener is incorporated into the back of the chute and across the shoulder section of the chute and a lower stiffener is attached outside the chute and adjacent to a bottom of the chute. The bagger system is suspended from the interior of an automobile.
