Abstract: A rotation and removal tool for airless sprayer tips aids in manually manipulating sprayer tips of airless paint sprayers. The rotation and removal tool is provided with an elongated body and a tip receptacle traversing into and within the elongated body. The tip receptacle is configured to releasably receive a sprayer tip of an airless paint sprayer to be retained therein so that the elongated body may be used as a handle to rotate, pull, push or otherwise manipulate a sprayer tip, facilitating easier removal or other maintenance is the sprayer tip has become clogged or jammed. At least one angled grip feature may be provided for ergonomic. A pry lip may be provided to enable can opening functionality. A wrench feature, driver feature, and cleaning prongs may also be included.

Abstract: A device for marking the position of surface hanging fasteners is disclosed. An example device may include a piece of material with an adhesive side that is capable of adhering to, or adhering adjacent to or in the expected position of, a piece of attachment hardware of a surface hanging such as a picture frame. The example device may also include a marking side that includes a marking material capable of leaving a mark on a surface against which it is pressed, such that when the surface hanging is held against the surface in the desired position and orientation, a mark is created on the surface in the position of the desired fastener.

Abstract: Provided is, among other things, an apparatus for facilitating the hanging of an object on a wall or other surface. This apparatus includes: a main body section having a first surface; an upper section connected to the main body section and having a protruding portion that protrudes away from the first surface; a lower section connected to the main body section and having an opening for accepting and holding a hanging/attachment element; and a securing mechanism. At least one of the upper section or the lower section is a slidable section that is slidably attached to the main body section and thereby capable of moving vertically up and down the main body section, but can be temporarily fixed at an arbitrary position along the main body section using the securing mechanism.

A plurality of elongate holders attached in a compact circular pattern to form the first section. The second section includes a plurality of caps arranged in a circular pattern to cap the first section. The holders store various art supplies. The caps each have a first subsection and a second subsection divided by an inner wall. The first subsection covers the corresponding holders, and the second subsection stores a deck of educational cards. An endcap covers the second subsection to close and retain the cards. The cards serve as a visual aid relating to the subject matter being taught by a user. A handle on the first section enables portability.

Abstract: A social networking system provides suggestions of gifts to users for presentation to a target user for a life event of the target user. Merchants provide bids for their products. The social networking system selects products as gift suggestions based on the merchants' bids, recipient's interests, and the candidate user to whom the gift is suggested. The selected gift and any messages relating to the life event are held until a specified time and then delivered to the target user. At the time of delivery, the target user may be provided with alternative products that the target user can select instead of the gift. The social networking system can earn revenue based on promotion of products as gift suggestions, promotion of products as gift alternatives, and for any financial transaction related to the gift.

Abstract: A device and method for locating a hanger for an object on a vertical surface, in which an elongated strip with a breakpoint of reduced tensile strength indicates the precise point for placing the hanger. The elongated strip is adhered to the rear of the object such that the breakpoint or other marker aligns with the top of the D-hook, bracket, wire, or keyhole slot. The object is positioned on the wall and a downward pressure breaks the strip leaving an indication of where the hanger should be placed.

Abstract: A motivational device having an enclosure comprising an electronics receiving area, a closure plate, at least four sides and a door within a front plate. The electronics receiving area has a top surface, a bottom plate, a front plate and sides and contains a microprocessor programmable with primary user-determined criteria and an access code and providing data entry and data display. The at least four sides are connected to the electronics receiving area and closure plate and enable viewing of the interior of the enclosure while preventing access. The unlocking and locking of the door is electronically controlled and also enables viewing of the interior of the enclosure.

Abstract: A method of constructing a three dimensional decorative object from a foil sheet and a fabric overlay is the subject of the invention. The method includes shaping the foil sheet into a three dimensional configuration, providing the foil sheet with an adhesive coating and adhering a fabric overlay to the foil. In another aspect of the invention the foil sheet has a fabric overlay adhered to one side and is utilized to form a three dimensional decorative object by shaping the sheet into the desired three dimensional object and then providing a decorative finish to the fabric side of the sheet. The method may include applying a layer of plaster on top of the fabric overlay. An article useful in constructing a three dimensional object is also encompassed by the invention. The article comprises a foil sheet having a fabric overlay adhered to one side.

The top of the beverage container is generally flush with the top surface. The top surface provides a work surface for a child using the travel station. The surface can also comprise additional decorative elements. Some embodiments of the present application relate to the method of manufacturing kits described herein.

Abstract: Methods and kits for treating a fibrous substrate prior to forming an image thereon are provided. The method can include positioning a treatment sheet adjacent to the fibrous substrate, transferring a salt (e.g., calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, or a mixture thereof) from the treatment sheet to the fibrous substrate using a wetting solution (e.g., an aqueous solution, such as water) to carry the salt from the treatment sheet into the fibrous substrate, and drying the fibrous substrate such that the salt remains in the substrate. For example, the transfer of the salt from the treatment sheet into the fibrous substrate can be accomplished via pressing the backside of the treatment sheet such that the wetting solution flows from the treatment sheet into the fibrous substrate while carrying the salt.

An elongated lower wall is positioned in the lower channel defining a lower inner compartment and a lower outer compartment configured for holding a bracelet and a necklace respectively.

Abstract: A paint applicator, kit and methodology for using the same is disclosed. For example, a paint applicator that allows a user to load a desired amount of paint, such as a water based or other low VOC paint, into the paint applicator and an advancement mechanism that dispenses paint at a rate controllable by the user is disclosed. The advancement mechanism can include a system that translates a rotational force applied to an end cap of the applicator into a linear force that advances a piston which in turn applies paint to an applicator portion. The paint applicator may be reusable or may include a ratchet system that allows for only one time use. The methodology and kit can incorporate a syringe for loading paint into the paint applicator, thus reducing the loss of paint through spilling.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus for securely but removably tabbing one or more sheets of paper are disclosed. According to another aspect of the present invention, a kit includes a container and a first tabbed note assembly. The container includes at least a first compartment, and the first tabbed note assembly includes a first tabbed note and a first fastener. The first tabbed note has a first opening defined therein, and the first fastener is at least partially disposed in the first opening. The first tabbed note is positioned, or otherwise contained, at least partially in the first compartment. In one embodiment, the kit includes a divider that is inserted at least partially in the container such that the first compartment and a second compartment are defined at least partially by the divider.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a bow making device and methods of use thereof. The device is configured to include one or more ribbon rolls, an elongated flexible member, a container, and a lid having a clip and indicia for ribbon measurement. In some aspects, the clip includes a base and a plurality of fingers defining a channel and a receptacle. The container includes transparent material such that the rolls are visually-perceptible through the transparent material, and slits are provided for dispensing ribbon. In use, ribbon is dispensed through the slits and then formed into a bow. Regarding the latter, the elongated flexible member is slid through the channel into receptacle, and the ribbon is folded into measured lengths and slid through the channel into the receptacle. A user pulls the elongated flexible member and measured lengths of ribbon out of the clip through the channel and ties the ribbon to form a bow.

Abstract: The present invention is a personal water transfer imaging process kit for application of an image to an object. A pre-printed film having an image thereon is suspended within a vat of water to hydrate the ink after which it is activated. The object is submerged into the vat containing the hydrated and activated ink to generate pressure against the object and cause transfer the ink image onto the object. Primer, base coat, top coat, activator, film and supporting supplies are all supplied within the self-contained kit. The primer coating material, base coating material, activator material and top coat material are the form of a hand held aerosol propellant or pump actuator devices. The kit components are efficiently packaged within a cardboard tube provided with protective clear outer skin. The sensitive image transfer film and supporting components are thereby protected from moisture, dirt and damage while in the tube.
