    Abstract: A rain water filter is disclosed. The rain water filter includes a horizontal inlet and a horizontally arranged residual water outlet which are slightly offset in relation to each other. A pipe with a longitudinal slot connects to the inlet and the pipe leads into the residual water outlet. An adhesive filter which is in the form of a tunnel-shaped half-shell is arranged below the longitudinal slot, where the lateral walls are the filter surfaces of the filter. Due to the adhesion effect, the water which flows past is suctioned inwards where it passes through the longitudinal opening into a tank and from there, for example, into a cistern via a filter water outlet. The water running off from the side walls is collected on the base of the hollow cylinder and from there is guided to the residual water outlet.

A motor drives the spin filters during a recovery procedure, in which centrifugal force caused by the rotating spin filters for a predetermined amount of time removes by-product from the spin filters, which is drained off from the filtration tank. A reservoir stores the solvent-based liquid and receives the liquid from both the recovery tank and the filtration tank.

The system or apparatus can include a dirty fluid reservoir, one or more conveyor which removes chips and particulate matter from the dirty fluid reservoir, and a clean fluid reservoir. The rotating magnet collects particulate matter in the dirty fluid reservoir and discharges the collected particulate matter to a discharge conveyance. When the rotating magnet is used in combination with a disc filter, the magnet relieves some cleaning load from the disc filter.

The present invention describes a system & method for efficient and low energy sweetening of water, based on borderline fast fluctuation between liquid to gaseous state and back, by using centrifugal forces to make water droplets fly at a high speed, so that they evaporate for a split second, the salt is separated, and they condense again. The present invention tries to make the process energy-efficient by enabling the use of lower speeds and smaller droplet sizes and solving various problems involved with that.
