Vertically Adjustable Patents (Class 211/102)
  • Publication number: 20090266778
Abstract: An adjustable display board system comprises a display board, first and second grippers, first and second racks, and a handle. The first and second grippers are coupled to the display and include a plurality of teeth. The first and second racks are mounted to a rigid structure and include a plurality of teeth generally greater than the number of teeth of the first and second grippers. The teeth of the first and second grippers mesh with the teeth of the first and second racks to maintain the vertical position of the display board. The handle is pushed to disengage the grippers from the racks and allow vertical motion of the display board. The adjustable display board system also comprises a display board, a linear actuator unit, and one or more pivot arms. The linear actuator unit includes a movable actuator rod and is coupled to the one or more pivot arms, which in turn is coupled to the display board. Motion of the actuator rod is converted to raising and lowering of the display board.

  • Patent number: 6502271
Abstract: A method and apparatus for cleaning a wafer in a dual brush cleaning system is disclosed. Two brushes, preferably made of PVA and wetted by cleaning fluids, are positioned opposite one another and spaced apart enough to allow a portion of a wafer to be inserted between their working surfaces and make frictional engagement with them. The top brush is rotated at a first speed and the bottom brush is rotated at a second faster speed sufficient for the freely rotating wafer to rotate at the same speed and in the same direction as the top brush. The bottom brush may have raised areas on its surface to assist in efficiently gripping and rotating the wafer. A common rotation speed and direction causes a uniform relative velocity between the top brush and the wafer that results in an improved cleaning operation.

  • Patent number: 4798013
Abstract: A mounting assembly for a product merchandising display support a header sign relative to products arranged on a shelf of the display. The mounting assembly includes at least one header sign holder and a pair of laterally spaced members for mounting the header sign holder relative to the shelf. Each member includes an attachment bracket for attaching to a portion of the display. Each member also includes a header holder support bracket and a structure interconnecting the attachment bracket and header holder support bracket to mount the header sign holder relative to the shelf. The interconnecting structure is an upright brace connected at opposite ends with the attachment bracket and header holder support bracket. The upright brace is adjustably connected with the header holder support bracket for angularly varying the mounted relationship of the header sign holder.
