Abstract: An artists' brush storage and protection device includes a storage unit having a plurality of storage compartments, each of the storage compartments including a cover with a paint well below the cover, the paint well defined in part by upstanding walls, an exterior one of the upstanding walls defining a recess with a resilient sealing member disposed therein. Each of the covers may be opened permitting access to the paint well or closed against the upstanding walls of the paint well and the sealing member. The storage unit may further include drawer slides and a palette slidable on the drawer slides relative to the storage unit to reveal or conceal the palette. When bristles of a paint brush are placed in the paint well, its handle rests upon the resilient sealing member which compresses around the handle when the cover is closed to provide a substantially air-tight seal.

Abstract: A passive part stacker includes a first pivot arm pivotably attached to a frame and rotatable about a first pivot arm axis of rotation between a retracted position and an extended position. The first pivot arm includes a first component support finger that extends radially from a first pivot arm body and a first cam. The part stacker also includes a second pivot arm pivotally attached to the frame and rotatable about a second pivot arm axis of rotation between a retracted position and an extended position. The second pivot arm includes a second component support finger extending radially from a second pivot arm body and a second cam follower engageable with the first cam of the first pivot arm. The second pivot arm is pivotable from a retracted position to a receiving position in response to moving the first pivot arm from its receiving position to its extended position.

Abstract: A rack for an appliance includes a main section having a support frame, and an arm coupled to the support frame and movable relative to the support frame between a first position and a second position. In one example, the arm is movable towards the first position and is configured for engagement with a stop portion of an appliance cavity for inhibiting removal of the main section therefrom. In another example, the appliance cavity includes at least one stop portion, and the arm is movable towards engagement with the stop portion for inhibiting removal of the main section from the appliance cavity.

Abstract: A storage-access apparatus includes a first support device including a first base; at least one first storage-access device and at least one first storage device, disposed on the first base and arranged in a first circle; a second support device including a second base; at least one second storage-access device and at least one second storage device, disposed on the second base and arranged in a second circle; and a transporting device, wherein the first storage-access device, the first storage device, the second storage-access device and the second storage device each has plural compartments, the transporting device corresponds to the compartments, and the first storage-access device and the first storage device can rotate relative to the second storage-access device and the second storage device. Accordingly, the storage-access apparatus can be employed in depositing and picking up products independently. Also disclosed is a storage system including, among others, the storage-access apparatus.

Abstract: The present system and method provides for a new digital media paradigm enabling tight choreography of motion, content and, time able to be presented on a variety of hardware platforms consisting of robotic control of a multiplicity of display screens in the form of a movable array of 2 or more LCDs, LEDs, OLEDs, etc., with the movement and placement of each display achieved by one multi-axis manipulator arm mechanism. Motion control is achieved through software programmed onto one or more controller systems, and the corresponding tools necessary for creative visual designers to produce content meeting this new paradigm are also proposed. Each arm/display screen combination is kept aware of its positioning in physical space, relative to the positioning of each and every other arm/display screen at all times, in order to prevent collisions.

The base includes two lateral frames (14) and a fixing frame (16) fitted between the two lateral frames. Each of the lateral frames includes a first stopper (147) and a second stopper (148) mounted thereon. The fixing frame has two fixing poles (164) parallel to the two lateral frames. Each of the two fixing poles has a plurality of latching means (166) mounted thereon in line. The plurality of fixtures rotatably engage with the latching means of the fixing frame and are fitted between the first stopper and the second stopper.

Abstract: A team dugout organizer for sports such as baseball and softball. The device efficiently organizes player's batting and fielding equipment that must be exchanged in a dugout during the course of a game. A peg bar including a plurality of glove pegs extends across the base plate and is rotatable between use and stowed positions. A helmet strap and hat hook is vertically associated with each glove peg to provide storage for all of the equipment accessed by each player during a field change event. The storage locations may be organized by field position, player name or jersey number, with appropriate indicia being provided. An offset handle and the rotatable peg bar allow the device to be safely and conveniently carried. Adjustable straps and clips provide use flexibility.

Abstract: A seal hardening furnace is presented in which seal lines in a liquid crystal display panel are hardened. The seal hardening furnace includes a cassette having a rack bar structure. The rack bar structure has rack bars for supporting the substrate along one direction and rack bar supports at ends of the rack bars that support the rack bars. The rack bars have air discharge openings therein. An air injecting passage is connected to the rack bar supports. An air supply unit supplies air through the air injecting passage and through the discharge openings to support the substrate thereon.

Abstract: A work environment provides a work area and a workstation. An information display system includes a track system adapted to attach to a mounting structure and display panels coupled to the track system for movement with respect to the mounting structure. The display panels may pivot and translate to selectively display information. The display panels may extend from the track system at a vertical elevation to provide clearance for a seated worker. Containers may be coupled to the track system for movement with respect to the mounting structure, with each of the containers adapted to include at least one display panel. The display panel may present information, which can selectively be presented for display by movement of the containers. The display panels may include a display board. A docking area may be positioned along the track system and configured to partially conceal the display panels.

Abstract: A culinary instrument storage and access device that installs under a cabinet or a shelf. The rack is secured in stowed position by a snap-in latch, which is pulled to release. It is suspended from four swing down hinges installed under the cabinet, which allow the device to be in a down position for access, or an upper stowed position. The device is suspended high enough above the countertop so as not to present an obstacle within the work area even when in the down position. When moved to the stowed position, it can be latched by pushing it back and up into the locked position under the cabinet. The preferred embodiment of the cutlery rack configuration includes a base platform upon which a smaller rectangular knife rack is centrally disposed made of rock maple wood, into which a plurality of slots for holding dinner knives has been introduced. Symmetrically disposed on either side of the cutlery rack are arrays of u-shaped holders for forks and spoons, respectively.
