The shelving system includes two frames that may include wire for forming ends of the shelving system. Each frame includes a shelf supporting element including first and second shelf rod receiving elements. A shelf is provided that includes first and second spaced rods. The rod receiving elements are configured to receive and support the rods. In another embodiment, a shelving system includes at least two brackets that are configured to engage a fixed shelf, and at least one rigid strap depending from each bracket. Two frames are each associated with and releaseably attached to one of the rigid straps and include a shelf supporting element including a shelf retaining portion. A shelf is supported by the shelf supporting element and is retained in place with the shelf retaining portion.

Abstract: The wall mounted bracket support system includes a set of wall-based mounting brackets that are secured to a linear wall surface, and which enable an inner support assembly to attach, and hang there from. The inner support assembly is configured to secure and support an object thereon, and is able to attach to a swiveling tailgate support assembly or simply hang adjacent the linear wall surface.

Abstract: There is disclosed a versatile storage and shelving system. A plurality of specialized, sturdy, lightweight, integrally molded main panels (10) are provided, which may be hanged upon a hanger track (16) mounted upon a vertical wall (15). The main panels (10) are shaped to define shelf ledges (26) therein upon which shelves (18, 20) may be easily but securely placed. Defined in the fronts of the panels (10) are one or more wardrobe hooks (22) into which wardrobe rods (14, 14?) may be placed. Special hook bodies (53, 120) for the wardrobe rods (14, 14?) and flange elements (44, 47) for the panel wardrobe hooks (22) promote secure engagement of the wardrobe rods (14, 14?) with respective pairs of panels (10). A wardrobe rod (14?) is telescopically adjustable, and special hook body (120) adds versatility.

Abstract: A compression lock on a connector for a shelving post has upper and lower, mating collar parts having distal ends encircling more than 180 degrees of the post but separated by a gap through which the post can pass. Each distal end has an axially extending projection with a rounded end and a recess adjoining the projection. The projections of one collar part mate with the recesses of the other collar part to interlock the collar parts around a compression sleeve and form a frusto-conical inner surface that wedges the a mating sleeve against the post to affix a shelf attached to the connector.

Abstract: A device for a tomato plant having tomatoes and a vine and replaceably supporting from four orthogonal directions and from varying heights relocation of the tomatoes of the tomato plant from lower elevations to higher elevations as the tomato plant grows. The device includes uprights, cross members, and supports. The uprights are held together by the cross members. The supports are operatively and replaceably connected to the uprights, and replaceably support from the four orthogonal directions and from the varying heights the relocation of the tomatoes of the tomato plant from the lower elevations to the higher elevations as the tomato plant grows.

Abstract: An assembly kit for building a rack includes a plurality of longitudinal members to be arranged vertically, a plurality of cross members to be arranged horizontally, a plurality of node elements that connect the longitudinal members and cross members to each other, and a plurality of rails that accommodate rack bottoms, drawers, and the like. The longitudinal members are provided with holes used to hook in the rails on first lateral surfaces of the longitudinal members facing each other, wherein the holes are T-shaped and include breakouts adjacent to the first lateral surfaces. The rails are longer than the open distance of a front longitudinal member from a rear longitudinal member by the depth of the breakouts and are provided with U-shaped folded edges. The width of the vertically extending section of the T-shaped hole corresponds to the length of the free leg of the U-shaped folded edge.

Abstract: A furniture interconnection system for reversibly joining a board element and an upright element perpendicular to each other in a furniture frame. The joint is formed by a tenon and a mortise, the tenon having a novel irregular hexagon shape, the mortise having a novel irregular quadrilateral shape. The tenon is inserted into the mortise and pivoted in stages on a pair of angles of the hexagon, to form a stable joint without fasteners such as glue, screws, and other similar fasteners. As the tenon pivots inside the mortise, pairs of complementary and supplementary angles interact within the furniture interconnection system to position the tenon to form the stable joint without additional fasteners, allowing the furniture frame to be easily dismantled for moving or reconfiguration without damaging the frame, but forming the reversible joint that is sufficiently sturdy to support the load it was designed to bear.

Abstract: A roll-out shelving storage rack system includes a frame coupled with a shelf member. The shelf member includes a base support, a shelf support tray, a shelf, and a driver. The base support mounts to the frame, and the shelf support tray engages the base support and is movable between a retracted position and an extended position. The shelf engages the shelf support tray and is movable between a retracted position and an extended position. The driver is coupled to the base support and the shelf. Activation of the driver moves the shelf from its retracted position to its extended position. Further, when the shelf reaches its fully extended position, the shelf support tray moves from its retracted position to its extended position. The extension of the shelf support tray substantially and completely extends the shelf outside of the frame.

Abstract: A shelf upright extension kit with an elongated bottom extension rail with a transversely extending keyway and first and second extension panels. The extension panels each define a plane having first and second major surfaces, a pair of opposed ends and a pair of opposed edges. Each extension panel is fitted with a key configured and arranged for cooperatively engaging the keyway in the extension rail. The key extends within the plane of the extension panel proximate and parallel with a same edge. Included in the extension panel is a notch in a corner opposed to the key within the plane of the extension panel to allow the top end to fit flush with a bottom end of a side panel and the rear edge of the extension panel to fit flush with a wall.

Abstract: A twin beam shelf including a wood grain support structure defining a first major surface, a second major surface and longitudinally spaced front and rear edges with a rabbet extending along the front and rear edges. The front and rear wood grain beams are configured and arranged for cooperatively engaging the front and rear edges of the support structure to form a flush adhesive joint. The front and rear wood grain beams either extend laterally beyond the second major surface of the support structure or are flush with both surfaces of the support structure.

Abstract: A method of assembling a portable support structure is disclosed. The method includes positioning a first platform member, then securing a first support member to the first platform member, and then securing a second platform member to the first platform member to form a continuous platform surface. The method includes positioning a plurality of platform members to form a first continuous platform surface, then securing a support member to at least one of the plurality of platform members. The method includes forming a continuous surface from a plurality of platform members, the plurality of platform members including one or more female connectors, aligning one or more male connectors with the one or more female connectors, and engaging the one or more male connectors with the one or more female connectors.

Abstract: There is disclosed a simple and versatile storage and shelving system. The support defines a substantially vertical section, a substantially horizontal section, and a bent transition section extending between the substantially vertical section and the substantially horizontal section. The support is formed in a substantially L-shape. The sign holder includes a first panel and a second panel sized substantially identically to the first panel. The first panel and the second panel are coupled to one another along a closed edge of the sign holder and define a slot therebetween them for receiving a sign. The second panel of the sign holder is coupled to the substantially vertical section of the support on a side of the substantially vertical section opposite the substantially horizontal section. The second panel of the sign holder extends in a plane substantially perpendicular to the substantially horizontal section of the support.

Abstract: A cabinet having a deep shelf with limited access is described and includes at least two opposite sides carrying track means to permit easy adjustment of the shelf between two or more levels by a single person maneuvering only the one accessible end of the shelf. The cabinet can be mounted on wheels to form a cart. One or more such adjustable shelves can be provided. The shelves may be positioned just above the bottom of the cart to provide a maximum depth cart for use, in intermediate positions for use with smaller objects and/or at the very top and/or side of the cart and locked in position to provide a secured interior for the cabinet.

Abstract: A shelf apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention includes first and second upstanding posts each having a plurality of horizontally-extending grooves in an external surface thereof, the grooves spaced vertically from one another. First and second shelf support clamps are supported by the first and second posts, respectively. The clamps each have a clamp body received only partially about its corresponding post, and the clamps each include a horizontally-extending protuberance such as a rib received in one of the grooves of its respective post. The apparatus further includes first and second shelf brackets supported by the first and second clamps, respectively, and a shelf supported by the first and second shelf brackets.

The frame has a pair of spaced apart, parallelly disposed first and second indexing members. Each indexing member has a plurality of openings formed therein. Each merchandise supporting unit has a front side and an opposite rear side, and spaced apart first and second locator protrusions extending outwardly from the rear side. The first and second locator protrusions are respectively receivable in corresponding openings in the first and second indexing members. Each of the first and second locator protrusions includes an open side, and a latch barb received thereby and movable within the locator protrusion.

Abstract: A dual function shelf unit has identical support columns, horizontal shelf-supporting beams adjustably-mounted on the columns for vertical shelf adjustment and one or more hooks also mountable on at least one column. The columns have apertures with complementary apertures having opposed inclined edges for accepting a beam-end bracket from either side of the column and tabs for accepting mounting flanges of hooks. Both beam-end brackets and hooks are each mounted in two vertically-spaced apertures. Vertically adjustable shelf and hook storage is provided.

Abstract: A merchandise display device includes a rear cross-bar, first and second side arms, a locking pin, and a front cross-bar that is interoperable with the locking pin to secure merchandise on the display device and to secure the display device to a vertical support member. The locking pin is carried by a side arm and movable between an extended position and a retracted position. When occupying the extended position, the locking pin is adapted to engage the vertical support member to secure the merchandise display device thereto. The front cross-bar is mounted to the first and second side arms and is movable between a locked position, engaging the locking pin to prevent the locking pin from being moved out of the extended position, and an unlocked position, spaced away from the locking pin to allow movement of the locking pin out of the extended position toward the retracted position.

Each panel is fitted with first and second keys configured and arranged for cooperatively engaging the keyways in the first and second rails respectfully. The keys extend within the plane of the side panel in opposite directions from opposed ends proximate to and parallel with a same edge.

Abstract: A sectional rack includes at least four vertical supports, at least two shelves, and a plurality of clamping members. Each vertical support includes two laterally juxtaposed left and right posts, and a plurality of connecting members connected to between the two posts. Each clamping member defines a vertically extended receiving recess, which has two wing portions formed at two ends of an open side thereof, and is sized for one post of the vertical support to partially set therein, allowing the clamping member to assemble to the vertical support. The shelves are respectively provided at four corners with an outward-opened C-shaped clamping member each for tightly fitting around and thereby pushing the two wing portions of the clamping member toward each other to firmly clamp the post in the receiving recess, so that the four corners of the shelves are firmly connected to the posts of the four vertical supports.

The intermediate shelves are mounted on adjustable brackets that permit individual removal of the intermediate shelves without disturbing the top and bottom shelves. The adjustable brackets comprise at one end a pin that is adapted to be inserted into a series of apertures formed along the length of each support. Opposite the pin, a mounting member is sized and shaped to receive a corner of each shelf. A stop is formed on the bracket between the pins and mounting member.

The fixing member includes a head and a shank extending from the head. The shank connects the pin and the protrusion. The shelf can be adjusted between the loading and displaying positions by adjusting the shelf relative to the affixing member.

Abstract: A storage rack system is provided that includes an improved cross bar attachment to create the framing for storage shelves. The cross bars are locked or secured against undesired movement and rolling to create a shelf that properly supports loads. The cross bars extend between the deck beams such that flanges at the ends thereof overlap the top of the deck beams. The flanges include a tab that extends downwardly to engage with an opening on the top of the deck beams. The lateral support further includes a stabilizer that is fastened to the side wall of the deck beams to prevent rolling or dislodgement of either member.

Abstract: A rack assembly for transportation and display of potted plants and similar articles. The rack includes vertical supports, and a plurality of trays that are slidingly supported on the posts. The trays are extensible from a retracted position in which the trays are arranged in compact, vertically spaced relationship for transportation, to a deployed position in which the trays extend on opposite sides in an alternating arrangement with increased vertical spacing, and are tilted to a downwardly angled orientation so that the plants can be readily viewed and accessed by customers and other personnel. The posts and trays are mounted on a mobile frame that includes stabilizer legs which prevent the assembly from tipping when the trays are in the deployed position. The posts and trays are removable from the frame, and can be broken down for storage.

Abstract: A roll-out shelving storage rack system includes a frame coupled with a shelf member. The shelf member includes a base support, a shelf support tray, a shelf, and a driver. The base support mounts to the frame, and the shelf support tray engages the base support and is movable between a retracted position and an extended position. The shelf engages the shelf support tray and is movable between a retracted position and an extended position. The driver is coupled to the base support and the shelf. Activation of the driver moves the shelf from its retracted position to its extended position. Further, when the shelf reaches its fully extended position, the shelf support tray moves from its retracted position to its extended position. The extension of the shelf support tray substantially and completely extends the shelf outside of the frame. The roll-out shelving storage rack system includes a drive system that controls the driver. The roll-out shelving storage rack system may also include a second shelf member.

Abstract: A cable raceway of this kind consists of lengths of wire-type cable raceway comprising both essentially rectilinear lengthwise or weft wires (2) and polygonal-shaped transverse or warp wires (4), with an opening formed in a corner and an even number of sides. Each length comprises at least four lengthwise weft wires (2) supported by at least four separate sides (6, 8, 10, 12) of the transverse or warp wires. For each lengthwise weft wire (2) there is a lengthwise weft wire (2) on the opposite side. The two corresponding lengthwise or weft wires (2) are located opposite each other, that is to say they are both in the same plane and the plane is approximately parallel to one of the lengthwise faces of the cable raceway.
