The receptacle contains a solution, such as mouth rinse, which is dispensed into the user's mouth by applying pressure to the receptacle. When the user is finished with the solution, the lips are placed around the straw or fitment, again forming a seal, the solution is expelled and returned into the receptacle without leakage. The straw may contain a baffle to avoid spillage while handling the receptacle with the cap off.

The publisher device may publish data encrypted using the key to the publication server, the subscriber device may obtain the encrypted published data from the server using the channel identifier, and may decrypt the published data using the key obtained from the publisher device. The published data may include status information for a user of the publisher device, in some examples.

Abstract: A protective enclosure for straws used to consume beverages is disclosed. The protective enclosure may be operated by one hand to selectively access or cover an end of a straw through which a beverage may be consumed. The protective enclosure has a clamshell like opening and closing operation, portions of which are interdigitated and pivot during operation. The protective enclosure has a mechanism which selectively extends and retracts the straw during operation of the device. The protective enclosure may have an additional seal or seals to exclude contamination from dirt and/or insects during use.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a magnetic drinking cup, containing magnetic and metal components. Many cups known in the prior art have screw top lids, which have tight and narrow crevices making the cleaning process cumbersome. If not cleaned immediately after use, it becomes challenging to remove the debris remaining in the cup, and in the crevices of the lid. These crevices create a trap for bacteria and mold. The same issues can arise with reusable straws. There are not many tools on the market that can clean a straw thoroughly from top to bottom. If all contents are not removed from the straw, then it becomes a petri dish of bacteria; and if moisture remains, then mold will have the ability to grow. This invention provides fewer areas where bacteria and mold can flourish due to a magnetic seal instead of a screw top seal.

A push button lock selectively prevents the push button from being depressed and the lid slide from being actuated, thereby locking the outer lid in a latched and closed position.

Abstract: Often times friends would like to buy a special drink or an ice cream soda to celebrate a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary or graduation event. Abstract: A container adapter for use in feeding human infants and animal infants is shown. The container adapter has an internal threaded portion that can comprise a set of thread segments sized and configured to match the external threads of a commercially available soda or bottled liquid container, and can have an external threaded portion sized to match the internal threads of a standard nipple ring for an infant feeding bottle. The container adapter includes a funnel that provides a user with assistance in inserting infant feeding ingredients into the liquid container by placing the container adapter on the liquid container to use the funnel of the container adapter to place infant feeding ingredients into the liquid container. The container adapter is then inverted and installed onto the liquid container. A nipple within a collar is attached to the container adapter thus converting the liquid container to an infant feeding bottle.

Abstract: A straw-loosening-prevention lid has a body and a straw part. The straw part has a through hole, multiple abutting fins, a straw hole, a closing flake and multiple connecting contacts. Since the straw hole is surrounded by the abutting fins, a diameter of the straw hole can be smaller than a diameter of a straw. When the straw is inserted downward into the straw hole, the abutting fins are pushed by the straw, are bent downward and then clamp the straw. Abstract: A drink bottle with a removable lid includes an inner lid attached to the mouth of the bottle and an outer lid or cover pivotably mounted on said inner lid. A drink spout extends from the inner lid. The outer lid or cover may be locked into a closed position covering the drink spout. A push button release is activated to unlock the outer lid and permit the outer lid to pivot to a position exposing the drink spout for access by a user. The outer lid may be snapped of the inner lid by moving the outer lid beyond an open position. A bail handle on the outer lid is retained in a stowed position in a recess in the outer lid or is moved to a deployed position. The bail handle disconnects from the outer lid when moved beyond the deployed position. The push button for releasing the closed outer lid is enclosed within a tunnel in the inner lid.
