The structure of the present invention comprises a cooking body, a liner container, a lid and a handle, wherein the liner container is disposed within the cooking body, and the lid is disposed on the opening of the liner container. The handle is spanned over the lid and has, lower ends in vertically slidable cooperation with handle boxes disposed at aside surface of the cooking body. The handle is locked by the handle boxes when slides to an lowest position, so as to press the lid to form a sealing engagement with the liner container. As long as the handle is pushed to the lowest position, being locked, the lid and the liner. container can be engaged to prevent the soup from spilling out.

Abstract: The present invention pertains to a closure cap for a container, the closure cap including a top part connectable to a container body via a hinge, the top part being pivotable about the hinge. The top part further includes a sealing skirt to sealingly engage with an opening of the container body, and the top part includes a desiccant chamber for accommodating a desiccant. A spring element for pre-tensioning products received in the container body, the spring element extending from the top part in a single loop, is also an element of the container.

Abstract: A device for selective attachment to a conventional aluminum beverage can with internal liquid-holding pouch. A flavoring, alcohol based, energy drink, a medication, etc. can be contained in the device and mixed with the liquid contained in beverage cans. With the device atop a can and the device and can opened, tilting and pouring the liquid of the can causes liquid within the device to be dispensed and entrained into the stream of the liquid exiting the beverage can. A mixed drink can be provided comprised of the first liquid of the device and the second liquid provided by the can. Substantially uniform concentration of the two liquids is maintained from start to finish. Mixing occurs on an incremental basis and there is no substantial mixing of liquid from the device within the chamber of the can or from the liquid of the can within the cavity/pouch of the device.

The actuator comprises a component configured to move in a direction to an actuator position so as to cause corresponding rotation of the valve to a valve position in response to electrical operation of the actuator. The overstroke device is configured to enable the component to move in the direction beyond the actuator position to an overstroke position while the valve remains in the valve position in response to electrical operation of the actuator.

Abstract: A container such as a nail varnish container is provided which permits the user to quickly remove or put on the cap with a single hand without the need of turning the cap. The container includes a container body having a neck formed with a narrow hole having its top edge tapered. The neck has a tapered upper portion and a small-diameter portion connected to the bottom of the tapered upper portion to define a shoulder on the bottom. Its cap includes a cap body to be fitted on the neck. The cap body houses a vertically movable plug which can be seated on the tapered top edge of the neck, an elastic member which slides downwardly along the outer surface of the tapered upper portion and fits in the small-diameter portion and engages the shoulder, and a spring biasing the plug downwardly relative to the cap body. The cap body is provided with a disengaging means for disengaging the elastic member from the shoulder.

Abstract: A pipe clip of open frame strip material is formed of a front half ring, having a diameter slightly in excess of the outside diameter of an irrigation pipe about which the half ring is fitted. An inverted L-shaped support member includes a horizontal top bar and a vertical right angle rear clamping bar whose ends are respectively fixed to the center of the half ring and to the center of a base horizontal rear cross bar. The horizontal rear cross bar of the base is integral with a pair of horizontal laterally opposed parallel arms whose ends remote from the base rear cross bar are fixed to the ends of the half ring respectively. A cylindrical end plug fitted internally of the open end of an irrigation pipe is maintained in position. Preferably, the irrigation pipe has an integral radially outwardly projecting collar which prevents axial movement of the pipe clip upon engagement of the half ring with the side of the collar remote from the open end of the irrigation pipe.

Abstract: An improved bottle cap is provided for repeatedly obtaining airtight sealing engagement with a bottle having an annular external lip. The cap of the present invention is particularly well suited for sealing bottles containing sparkling wine or champagne, since such bottles conventionally include an external lip and since the cap of the present invention is able to seal gases within the bottle. The cap includes a housing having a central aperture for positioning over the neck of the bottle and having a radially inward directed flange for fitting beneath the external lip on the bottle. An activating carrier is movable within the aperture in the housing, and a ring-shaped pad holder and elastomeric pad are mounted on and are axially movable with respect to the carrier. A biasing spring is provided for acting on the holder and the pad to bias the pad toward sealing engagement with the bottle.

Abstract: Several embodiments of a novel closure are disclosed for closing and/or opening the neck of a container of the semi-rigid type. The first embodiment of the closure consists of a top having a elastic spring with a plurality of prongs for holding a closure top to the inside of the container. In the second and third embodiments of the closure, an elastic bulbous insert or compressible substantially wedge shaped or cylindrical shaped inserts are used to seal the opening of the container. In the fourth embodiment of the invention, use is made of a closure having spaced peripheral flanges in a ring with bulbous or straight ends for sealing a rigid type container.

Abstract: According to the present invention, a locking means is provided for a filter cartridge and head unit. This locking means comprises a spring driven plunger, which preferably is supported by the head and comprises at least one detent, which preferably is disposed in the cartridge in the top wall upper surface thereof, whereby inadvertent disengagement of the cartridge from the head is prevented by engagement of the plunger and the detent, and whereby replacement of the cartridge is permitted by first lifting the plunger before rotating the cartridge through a requisite 90 degrees for disengagement thereof. By using the spring driven plunger and cooperating detent, the problem is avoided of a person, or a child, being able to inadvertently disengage the securing tabs from the securing tab receptacles.

Abstract: Mechanism for attaching a valve assembly to a pressurized container having a neck closed by a puncturable diaphragm and surrounded by a radially outwardly extending circumferential rim. The mechanism includes a body portion having a partial skirt with an inward arcuate lip to engage beneath one side of the circumferential rim of the container and a central upstanding boss which is internally threaded to receive the threaded stem of the valve assembly. A locking arm is pivotally received on the central boss and has a downwardly displaced inwardly extending lip to engage beneath the circumferential rim of the container. In the normal position of the locking arm, its lip is radially spaced less than 180.degree. from an opposite end of the arcuate lip of the body to define an entrance opening for receiving the rim of the container therethrough.
