In the first position of the roll element, the movable contact electrically conductively connects the first stationary contact to the second stationary contact, and in the second position of the roll element the first stationary contact is electrically disconnected from the second stationary contact. The first in contact portion and the second contact portion are located on opposite sides of a centre plane perpendicular to the rotation axis.
