Abstract: A system for thermal regulation of a nebulizer is provided. The system includes a container to house a nebulizer and a thermal material together. The thermal material acts to chill a liquid located inside the nebulizer in order to deliver a chilled mist to a patient for therapeutic purposes, such as initiating therapeutic hypothermia, or treating various respiratory illnesses such as croup, laryngobronchitis, and smoke inhalation.

Abstract: A spill proof integrated container having a flexible cover, a snack container, a beverage cup and a straw. The snack container is attached to the beverage container. The snack container has a straw port. The flexible cover is secured over at least the snack container and has a diaphragm with slit openings formed through the diaphragm in order to access a first compartment within the snack container. The integrated container being useful for carrying both snacks and a beverage, all within a single integrated container.

The complex packaging container includes: an outer container; an inner container accommodated in the outer container while being spaced apart from the outer container by a predetermined interval; and a main container that covers an opening formed in the inner container. Accordingly, instant foods can be stably packaged in one packaging container to be distributed, and the packaging container can be conveniently opened to be taken by the user.

Abstract: A combination cup and cellular phone holder assembly for holding and mounting a cellular phone within an automotive cup holder is disclosed wherein the cellular phone is always conveniently located with respect to the driver or passenger within the automotive vehicle cabin. The cup can be pivotally or rotationally moved, within the automotive cup holder, throughout a three hundred sixty degree (360°) volumetric space such that both the driver and passenger within the automotive vehicle cabin can readily view and access the cellular phone while the cellular phone will not interfere with the upstanding gear stick or gear shift shaft mounted upon the central console of the automotive vehicle. In addition, the cup itself can hold and contain a beverage cup, thereby effectively retaining the functional use of the cup holder.

Abstract: An exemplary modular cooler system is provided that includes couplings that may, in one embodiment, be implemented as integrated or interfaced receptacles and corresponding inserts that allow accessory items to couple with an insulated compartment, which may be referred to as a “wet box”, and used as an insulated cooler that holds ice. The accessories may include, for example, a second compartment or “dry box” for holding items that need to be kept dry, a fishing rod holder, a shelf, a cutting board, a cup holder, a chair or seating platform, one or more dollies, or virtually any needed accessory. In one embodiment the thermal properties of the insulated compartment are enhanced with the use of one or more radiant barrier members, such as one positioned adjacent the lid of the insulated compartment.

In addition, the cooler is modular and may be assembled/disassembled through the use of removable compartment dividers that subdivide the stacked main compartments into many subcompartments.

Abstract: A composite food storage container combines the advantages of glass and polymer while avoiding their disadvantages. A composite food storage container may include an outer polymer container that is configured to accommodate a glass container within the polymer container. Since the food does not contact the polymer, there are no potential concerns with chemicals leeching into the food. Since the glass is surrounded by the polymer container, the glass is protected from breakage and the composite food storage container does not become too hot to easily and safely handle upon removal from a microwave oven.

Abstract: A washing container assembly for washing an article includes an outer container, a perforated inner container, and a perforated and dish-shaped lid. The outer container has a first top opening and a first compartment in spatial communication with the first top opening. The perforated plate is fabricated from a low temperature alloy. A fire retardant agent applied to the exterior surface of the primary enclosure.

Abstract: A reservoir assembly for use in an ophthalmic fluid delivery device adapted to deliver an ophthalmic fluid in the form of a mist to an ocular region of a patient is provided, wherein the device has a lumen-defining component configured to deliver the fluid from the reservoir assembly. The reservoir assembly includes a reservoir defining an aperture and a cavity in fluid flow communication with the aperture, a fluid contained in the cavity of the reservoir, and a gasket traversing the aperture. The gasket defines a passage configured to receive a portion of the lumen-defining component and to permit the flow of the fluid from the cavity and through the aperture when the portion of the lumen-defining component is inserted through the passage. The gasket is also configured to substantially prevent the flow of the fluid from the cavity and through the aperture when the portion of the lumen-defining component is not inserted through the passage.

The handle of the removable mini caddy nests with the handle of the caddy while they are attached, providing the user with a single handled tote that is easy to transport and use while still having the convenience of an extra tote where objects can be temporarily removed and then replaced without the need for transferring the objects from one tote to another. The removable mini caddy may be easily removed and then replaced within the caddy while remaining securely in place during use and transport.

Abstract: A stackable, self-standing, liquid-tight, disposable drinking cup to keep ice separated from a beverage in the cup to permit cooling without resultant dilution. A collapsible plastic film liner is secured to certain inner cup surfaces to provide a flexible wall for dividing the interior into two separate areas. The liner forms a pocket with an expandable top edge which may be pulled away from the cup body to hold ice. The pocket may be made of one film layer with the edges of the pocket attached to the cup body. Alternatively, the pocket may be made of two layers joined by a heat sealed seam with the film layer next to the cup body attached to the cup wall at least along a portion of the top edge. The container body may be manufactured from conventional materials. Conventional cup dispensers, beverage dispensers, cup lids, and straws may be utilized without modification of design.

Abstract: The present invention is a combined apparatus for storage for storing compressible articles. The combined apparatus including a combination of an expandable, air-tight storage bag and a soft-sided container for storing the storage bag therein. The soft-sided container having four side walls, a top portion, and a bottom portion defining a compact and low profile when in a collapsed state. A base support member is attached to the bottom portion of the container. At least one securing member is attached to the bottom portion of the container. In operation, as air within the storage bag is evacuated from the storage bag, the storage bag and the compressible articles stored therein collapse into the soft-sided container.

Abstract: A case structure and a method for pre-forming the same are described. The pre-forming method includes the following steps. A first case body and a second case body are supplied. Two side plates of the second case body are bent, such that the two side plates respectively form an initial angle with the bottom plate. The second case body is disposed in the first case body. The two side plates are pulled to respectively come close to two side walls of the first case body, such that the bottom plate forms a curved surface in the first case body. When having an object disposed therein, the case structure overcomes a downward pressure generated by the object through the curved surface, thereby preventing the first case body and the second case body from sagging out of the case structure.
