Abstract: A modular assembly that is configured to be magnetically coupled to another object, such as a white board or glass board, is provided. The magnetic strength of the modular assembly can be adjusted. The modular assembly includes an article, such as a tray or other type of holder for receiving materials like markers and papers, and a module that houses magnets. The article can include a magnet housing portion with a magnet housing retention feature. The module can include a magnet housing with one or more magnets held therein. The magnet housing can include an article coupling feature. The module can slide into the magnet housing portion of the article and be secured in place by the engagement of the magnet housing retention feature and the article coupling feature.

Abstract: An enclosure is provided that includes a main housing, a top housing, and a front housing. The main housing defines at least a rear wall of the enclosure, the top housing defines a top wall and a pair of side walls of the enclosure, and the front housing defines a front wall of the enclosure. The top wall has a convex curved portion that spans between side walls, where the convex curved portion has an angle that slopes downward from the rear wall towards the front wall.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an anchor structure able to actively cope with hull deformation, and to a liquid natural gas storage tank and a production method for a liquid natural gas storage tank comprising the anchor structure. According to one embodiment of the present invention, an anchor structure is provided wherein an anchor structure, for linking a sealing wall and an inner wall of a liquid natural gas storage tank, comprises: an anchor member adapted such that a joining part, which is joined to the sealing wall, can slide horizontally; and a thermally insulating material formed around the anchor member.

Abstract: Card shufflers usable in forming and dispensing randomized playing card hands for use in playing card games include a card input mechanism for inputting cards into the card shuffler, a card storage device for receiving cards from the card input mechanism and temporarily storing cards within the card shuffler, and a card output mechanism for outputting shuffled cards from the card shuffler. The card storage device may include a wheel configured to rotate within the card shuffler. The rotatable wheel may have a plurality of card storage compartments therein, each of which may be sized and configured to hold two or more cards therein. Related methods involve the use of such card shufflers in playing card games.

Abstract: A storage container is particularly configured to house one or more disposable tubes, such as grease tubes, in a manner where the tubes are protected from the environment and restrained from movement. That is, the tubes are restrained from “rolling around” within a vehicle, for example. The container is preferably configured to store the tubes in a vertical position, with the top, dispensing end of the tubes facing up, thus, ensuring that any entrained air will rise to the top of the tube.

Abstract: A tool box having a reinforced door that withstands prying and resists flexing during use. The door includes a reinforced region including a first flange, a second flange and a third flange extending from the first edge of the door. At least one additional flap extends from an edge of the door adjacent to the reinforced region and is welded to the reinforced region to provide additional strength. In another embodiment, a second and a third additional flap is included on the door, and each additional flap may be welded to an adjacent flap or welded to the reinforced region. Multiple reinforced regions, each including at least one flange, may also extend from the door body to provide increased strength.

Abstract: A dispenser includes a backplate mountable to a surface. The backplate has a cover associated with it. An anti-ligature fixture is associated with either the backplate or the cover. The anti-ligature fixture is positioned to cut any ligature positioned between the dispenser and the surface as an anchor point.

Abstract: A disposable liner, used with a cone-shaped funnel of a drum lifter/inverter mixing/discharge machine, may include a first liner portion formed into a hollow cylinder having a first diameter and a first thickness. The first liner portion transitions into a second portion that is formed into a conical shape, with a first end formed to the first diameter, and with a second end formed to a second diameter being larger than the first diameter. The second portion is formed with a plurality of openings positioned a small distance away from the second end and are spaced equally spaced about a third diameter of the second portion. Each the openings are formed to a special elliptical shape, with a corresponding elliptically formed grommet, to be configured to be preloaded with respect to the center of corresponding buttons on the cone, onto which the openings may be received to mount the liner.

Abstract: A fuel tank mounting system for movable machine is disclosed. The mounting system may include a fuel tank connected to a frame of the movable machine in such a manner as to allow vertical motion of the tank relative to the frame. The fuel tank may be mounted to the frame using a spring and/or a shock absorber. The fuel tank may be a cryogenic fuel tank for storage of liquid natural gas. The shock absorbers may be tunable so that the level of dampening provided by the shock absorber is tailored to the type of machine and the specific mode of operation of the machine.

Abstract: A holding device is attachable to a rail, cleat, etc., of a boat or other object such that the holding device holds a cooler or similar objects without using up passenger space. The holding device has a frame with extension arms, the main body of the frame attached to the boat either via passing an appropriate upright (cleat, post, etc.,) through an appropriate opening on the frame or using straps passing through slits on the frame. A basket is attached to the frame for holding loads therein. A board is removably attached to frame for use as a working surface or even a basketball backboard.

Abstract: Provided is a storage system and a refrigeration appliance including the storage system for storing food items in a temperature-controlled environment. The storage system includes a rail attached to a liner panel. The rail includes at least one mounting structure configured to pass through an aperture in the liner panel. A bin has an arm extending from a rear surface of the bin. The bin is placed in a storage position. The arm is placed between the rail and the liner panel when the bin is placed in the storage position. Another example of the storage system and refrigeration appliance includes a foot extending from a rear surface of the bin. Yet another example includes interaction between a bin tab and a plurality of bumps on the rail to prevent side to side motion.

Abstract: The general purpose of the disclosed device is to ergonomically store athletic and sports equipment in a vertical, space-friendly way. The device is adjustable, in that it can be raised and lowered, allowing for people of all ages and sizes to be able to access its various storage components. The main system includes a base at the top allowing attachment to a ceiling. It then extends vertically down with straps with enough tension to be used to secure various sports balls. The straps come together at a bottom base. The bottom base has slots allowing for items to be hung there. Along the straps are various slots allowing different types of sports items to hang.

Abstract: An engine has an oil tank mounted to an engine wall with clevis ears formed on both the oil tank and a mount bracket secured to the engine wall. A link connects the mount bracket clevis ears to the oil tank clevis ears. The link has a pair of spherical bearings providing a connection allowing movement between the link, the oil tank clevis ears, and the link and the mount bracket clevis ears. The link is provided with a stop such that movement of the oil tank relative to the mount bracket in one direction is stopped when the stop is engaged.

Abstract: In one embodiment there is provided a mounting bracket for use with a container. The container has a wall extending from a bottom to an upper edge and has a mounting flange extending outwardly from a portion of the wall. The mounting flange includes an outer surface with a terminal edge leading to upper and lower edges and a pair of distal sides. The mounting bracket has a support side positionable towards the wall of the container. The support side includes a notched section with a base extending outwardly from the support side and a pair of lateral faces extending outwardly and away from edges of the base. Each lateral face includes a member positioned along a portion thereof and which extends towards the other member in a tapering edge such that the sides of the mounting flange are captured between the support side and the extending members.

Abstract: An apparatus for containing sports equipment includes: a wall defining an enclosure and a closeable opening in the enclosure, the wall being see-through at the closeable opening; and divider members configurable to an expanded configuration defining compartments within the enclosure and configurable to a substantially planar collapsed configuration, each compartment being dimensioned for receiving sports equipment, the divider members being removably insertable into the enclosure when in the expanded configuration and in the collapsed configuration. The sports equipment includes soccer balls or other types of balls, marker cones, a first aid kit, cooler for ice and pinnies. A lower section of the apparatus has a see-through front cover and a drain. An upper section may be watertight. The apparatus may include a rigid cylindrical compartment for containing marker cones. A kit may include the apparatus and sports equipment contained within the apparatus.

The first wall member includes a plurality of panels coupled to each other in series by an integral leaf spring. The first wall member includes a first coupling structure and a second coupling structure and is configured to be able to selectably couple to the first coupling structure. The bag scaffold includes a second wall member that is substantially identical to the first wall member and is selectably coupled thereto at their respective first and second coupling structures.

Abstract: A multipurpose cooking stove container is described having a cavity for storing items such as cleaning products and hand sanitizer. The cooking stove container may further comprise a paper towel support and mounting bracket for attachment to a cooking stove or side shelf of a cooking stove. The cooking stove container may also be configured to be resistant to environmental elements such as rain, wind, dust, pollen and the like. A tray portion may be used for storing items and a removable cup may be inserted into the tray for more secure storage of smaller items. The cooking stove container may in one embodiment comprise a front and back member that are attached about a pivot. The front member may pivot to allow access to the inside cavity.

Abstract: A foldable holder for a beverage container comprises a fastening plate, a supporting ring coupled pivotably to the fastening plate, a holding bracket coupled pivotably to the fastening plate, and a supporting plate coupled pivotably to the holding bracket. The supporting plate is coupled to a remote end of the holding bracket so as to be pivotable counter to a pivoting direction of the supporting ring. The holding bracket and the supporting plate are disposed radially within the supporting ring when folded into a retracted state.

Abstract: An LNG system generally comprises a primary container, and a secondary container positioned around the primary container. The secondary container generally comprises a first end wall, a second end wall, and at least two side walls. At least one of the walls is fabricated from a plurality of prefabricated wall panels. Each of the wall panels is fabricated from a combination of concrete and steel. The wall panels are preferably prefabricated offsite, and then transported to the construction site where they are adjoined together in end-to-end fashion to form walls. A method for constructing a full containment LNG system is also provided. In one embodiment, walls and a roof for a secondary container are assembled, but leaving an end open. At least one primary tank is brought into the secondary container. A second end wall is then erected to form the enclosure for the secondary container.

Abstract: A jewelry holding apparatus is adapted for attachment to a flat surface, and particularly the inner surface of a medicine cabinet door in the interest of convenience, privacy and space efficiency. The apparatus has a two-part frame which clips together to suspend a mesh screen for storing a variety of hook-type or loop earrings, as well as accessory hooks. The apparatus further includes an arrangement of adjacently positioned foam pillows that are packed tightly together for holding various items of jewelry between the foam pillows. An arrangement of hooks on the frame allow for storage of bracelets, watches, small necklaces, rings and earrings. One or more posts on either side of the top of the frame allow for hanging of longer necklaces. The apparatus mounts to the inner side of a medicine cabinet door using built-in magnets or adhesive pads.

The water containing device is mounted to the drain pan and both are mounted to the wall. The water containing device and drain pan are mounted in such a way that the water containing device is at least partially enclosed by the drain pan.

The system further includes a plurality of structures for the display and promotion of retail products suspended from the vertically extending member.

Abstract: Toothbrush holder with disposable liner comprises a three-tiered support structure that is substantially easier to clean than conventional designs. The disks for both versions may be identical including a top portion with a plurality of apertures for inserting the handles of a plurality of toothbrushes. The toothbrushes may rest on the center disk and it may contain numerous small apertures resembling small funnel-like holes enabling the water to be drained onto the lower disk(s). A disposable liner pad with a small tab may be placed in the bottom disk. Users may lift up on the tab to remove and discard the used pad as often as they deem necessary. A new, replacement pad may then be placed in the disk. Also a horizontally or vertically mounted plastic container is included for storing the disposable pads which may comprise a kit.

Abstract: An LNG full containment system is provided. The LNG system generally comprises a primary container, and a secondary container positioned around the primary container. The secondary container generally comprises a first end wall, a second end wall, and at least two side walls. At least one of the walls is fabricated from a plurality of prefabricated wall panels. Each of the wall panels is fabricated from a combination of concrete and steel. The wall panels are preferably prefabricated offsite, and then transported to the construction site where they are adjoined together in end-to-end fashion to form walls. A method for constructing a full containment LNG system is also provided. In one embodiment, walls and a roof for a secondary container are assembled, but leaving an end open. At least one primary tank is brought into the secondary container. A second end wall is then erected to form the enclosure for the secondary container.

Abstract: An automatic cooking device of the present invention comprises a rotating body and a cooking vessel that can regulate and control cooking processes. The rotating body is connected to a fixed structure, and the cooking vessel is attached on top of the rotating body. The automatic cooking device further utilizes integrated rotating devices, the cooking vessel and several driving motors to perform 3-dimensional movement including rotation, vibration, expanding and contracting motions, swinging or a combination of these motions. The automatic cooking device of the present invention is designed in such that it is simple to use and cost effective yet imparts meals cooked therein with the taste and flavor of food cooked traditionally. In other words, the automatic cooking device can cook various meals rapidly without impairing in quality of taste and flavor of the food. The automatic cooking device also can be used to prepare different meals.

Abstract: An under counter storage and dispensing device for dry flowable consumables is disclosed. The storage dispenser is comprised of a mounting plate adapted for attachment to the underside of a wall kitchen cabinet, a central compartment connected to the mounting plate and configured for storage and dispensing of a dry flowable consumable. The storage dispenser is further comprised of compartments adjacent to the central compartment, which are configured for storage and retrieval of condiments and/or accessories for the dry flowable consumable, e.g. sugar packets, stirrers, filters. These adjacent compartments are also connected to the mounting plate.

Abstract: An emergency information storage assembly includes a housing that has a back wall, a front wall and a peripheral wall extending between and is attached to the front and back walls. The peripheral wall has a peripheral break therein so that a first portion of the housing selectively separable from a second portion of the housing. A panel has a size and shape configured to be selectively positioned in the housing. A wall surface has a doorway extending therethrough. The housing is positioned adjacent to the doorway and a plurality of fasteners is extended through the back wall and into the wall surface so that the back wall is attached to the wall surface. Personal emergency information is placed on the panel and the panel is position in the housing so that emergency personnel may retrieve it.

Abstract: A device for protecting the surface of homes and surrounding soil from heating oil spillage during the filling process of a heating oil tank that is stored inside of or underneath the home. The device catches any spilled oil thereby protecting the home and preventing contamination of the surrounding soil. Traditional heating oil tanks must be refilled on a regular basis, usually via a fill tube that extends from the tank through an exterior wall of the home. Some spillage usually occurs during each filling procedure, causing cosmetic and environmental problems. The present device solves this problem by providing a device that protects the home and surrounding soil by catching any oils that spills during filling. It does so by providing an aluminum device, in the preferred embodiment, that covers the fill neck and vent line, and provides a basin in which the spilt oil can be caught.
