Abstract: A bottle partition frame, at least includes adapters, blocking strips and three-way connectors. The adapter has plugged holes at two adjacent sides thereof so that the blocking strips can be plugged in the plugged holes of the adapters which further has a locking hole located in an indentation at a corner thereof for being passed by a locking piece, so that the adapter can be fixed on the corner of the flat board. Furthermore, according to the demands of different objects, the blocking strips can be cut into proper lengths and plugged into the plugged holes of the three-way connectors for assembling, and then, through the engaging portion at the lower end of the through hole of the three-way connector, the three-way connector can be assembled with another blocking strip. Hence, the present invention solves the drawback that the known bottle partition device needs to be locked on the side walls of the drawer.

  • Patent number: 6571533
Abstract: A bottle handling device for assisting in inserting a number of similar sized bottles into a secondary container, such as a partitionless beer carton. The device comprises a frame which, when inserted into the empty carton, provides a number of similar sized cells or compartments equal to the number of bottles which would completely fill the carton. The frame is maintained by support means above the shoulders of the bottles when located in the carton. Each bottle is inserted into, and its main body passes through, the frame until the bottle sits on the carton floor, the walls of each cell preventing a bottle in that cell from toppling over and hindering the insertion of further bottles and completion of filling of the carton. Upon completion and filling of the carton, the device is readily removed for reuse and the bottles are maintained in their upright condition by contacting adjacent bottles and the carton walls.

  • Patent number: 5673820
Abstract: A juice dispenser for providing a known quantity of juice at each dispensing cycle, wherein a supply of juice concentrate is transferred by a hose to a dispensing head and wherein a controller monitors a pressure transducer connected to one of the hose and a dispensing head so that the controller can determine a viscosity value of the juice concentrate based on readings of the pressure transducer and accordingly determine a count indicative of the volume of the juice concentrate dispensed in such a manner that the controller can adjust the count depending upon the viscosity value determined at each dispense cycle. The juice dispenser dispenses juice concentrate and water into cups supported by a thermally insulated tray wherein the tray has at least one cavity for receiving thermal material and which supports an insulation plate that carries the group of cups in such a manner that temperature variation is minimized so as to maintain the temperature of the juice within a desired range.

  • Patent number: 5405042
Abstract: A full-depth bottle case and at least one divider which is releasably snapped into the floor of the case and together therewith defines a plurality (e.g., nine) of bottle receiving pockets. The pattern of pockets thereby defined and thus the case are asymmetrical about both longitudinal and lateral axes thereof. To ensure that the case is properly aligned with respect to conveyors and other case handling equipment indicator arrows are provided on the outside case walls. The divider cannot be unsnapped from the case floor simply using fingers, to deter unauthorized removal. Rather, with the case inverted, tool is actuated downward at each of the divider snap locks to unlock them so that the divider can be removed and, if desired, replaced with a different divider to accommodate different sized bottles.
