Abstract: Pressurized medical Cup Device comprises a plastic cup containing liquid while a piston making more inside pressure on the liquid to have it go up through the straw. This method is offering a lot of help for the people who are suffering from a difficulty in sucking any kind of liquid because of disability problem, mouth surgery, tooth extraction or an king of problem that interfere with sucking liquid. Unfortunately, many patients suffer from ailments or disabilities that prevent them from drinking, even through a straw. As such, the patients, along with their care providers, can never be sure if the medicine was fully consumed or just ran down the patient's face. These same problems exist when trying to drink ordinary liquids such as water, juice, or the like as part of regular nourishment. Accordingly, there exists a need for a means by which individuals that have great difficulty when drinking from a straw can be afforded the ability to do so in an effort to address the concerns as described above.

Abstract: A cover includes an aperture for a straw, so that the cover can be used with a liquid beverage. The cover is elastically stretchable, and has a central body portion and an outer periphery. The cover can be stretched over an opening of a container so that the central portion covers the opening of the container while the periphery grips the outer side walls of the container. The aperture preferably is in a closed or nearly closed condition, such that insertion of a straw therethrough opens the aperture which then elastically retains the straw in an inserted position and provides a seal. This permits a user to consume the beverage, while still having the beverage protected against contamination or adulteration by drugs, dirt, dust, biologic matter, and the like. The cover is convenient, inexpensive yet effective, and readily portable.

Abstract: The soft elastic material which forms the basis of the invention enable a person to use the Straw Assembly as a universal cover which can cover most size cups, bowls, and bottles. The opening on the upper portion of the half sphere design allows a straw to be placed through the opening to reach the beverage for consumption. The lower opening allows the elastic cover to fit around the beverage receptor. According to the description of the invention, any form of beverage containing receptors, ie, cups, bottles, bowls, etc. can be covered due to the soft elastic material that can be stretched to fit any size opening. The beverage inside the receptor is protected from any outside contaminates while at the same time if by chance the receptor was knocked over the beverage would not spill out of the receptor. In addition, the structure of the straw assembly is simple and is very versatile because it can cover the openings of different shapes and sizes of beverage receptors.

Abstract: The present invention provides a cap for covering the open top of a drinking vessel. The cap includes a substantially rigid cover disk assembly dimensioned to span across and substantially cover the open top of the drinking vessel, and a flexible tubular membrane that extends from a bottom side of the cover disk assembly. The membrane is adapted to be rolled down a side wall of the drinking vessel to thereby removably secure the cap thereto. Identifying indicia can be printed on the top side of the cover disk assembly. The beverage within the drinking vessel can be consumed using a drinking straw. When properly deployed, the cap inhibits the introduction of unwanted matter into the drinking vessel.

Abstract: A vessel cap having a straw comprises a body mounted at a vessel inlet through which liquid material stored in a vessel is discharged outward, having a straw receiving portion at an upper surface thereof, and having a through hole at one side of the straw receiving portion; a straw horizontally disposed in the straw receiving portion of the body, and passing through the through hole thereby penetrating a sealing member formed at a vessel inlet when vertically positioned; and a connection film connected between an inner circumferential surface of the through hole of the body and an outer circumferential surface of the straw for guiding the straw to be vertically positioned. Once the straw is uprighted, the straw penetrates the sealing member. A user can drink the liquid material stored in the vessel by only one operation to open the cover thereby to enhance the user's convenience.

Abstract: A sealing device (2, 2?, 2?) to be arranged between an opening in a drinking container (1?, 1?) and a drinking straw (20), and a method of making the sealing device (2, 2?, 2?). The sealing device (2, 2?, 2?) comprises a region of the drinking container (1?, 1?), or a part connected to the drinking container (1?, 1?), made from a material (14) subjected to a plastic deformation in a portion spanning said opening in the drinking container (1?, 1?). The deformation has the form of a bulge (2a) of thinned material (4). The bulge (2a) is folded upon itself to form a ring-shaped fold (12) on the inside of the drinking container (1?, 1?). The fold (12) encircles the plastically deformed and thinned wall material (4) of bulge (2a), said bulge material (4) forming an inner seal ring (19) around the drinking straw (20) when the bulge material (4) is perforated.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a disposable container of liquid food products or a cap thereof, having two independent round straw holes to be inserted by two ends of one bent drinking tube, the diameters of the said straw holes tightly match the diameters of said drinking tube at its two ends, so that the drinking tube can be inserted and pulled repeatedly. When temporarily halting drinking, the consumer can insert the two ends of the bent drinking tube into the two straw holes for closing the container, therefore preventing contamination of ends of the drinking tube, and leaking of the liquid. When subsequently drinking the liquid inside, the consumer just need to pull out one end of the drinking tube and keeping the other end of the drinking tube remaining inserted in one straw hole. The other straw hole serves the purpose of allowing air into the container for easy access of the liquid. The drinking tube used in the present invention is both for the purpose of drinking and closing the container.
