The support surface defines at least one channel. A fastener portion may be provided on the collar.

Abstract: A portable bait container with adjustable luminosity has an openable casing to access a receptacle for storing baits. Casing is provided with a handle to conveniently carry and handle container from one place to another. Container further includes a first illuminating device that illuminates surrounding and hence enable user to easily view the ground and search for fishing baits such as worms or night-crawlers. Actuating switch is provided on handle for its easy access which actuates and de-actuates first illuminating device. Intensity of first illuminating device is controlled by using dimmer adjuster that enables user to manipulate intensity and hence provides maximum opportunity for collecting fishing baits. Container is portable, easy to handle by a single user to perform various bait collection operations and has adjustable luminosity for viewing surrounding at desired light intensity and thus reduces opportunity loss during collection of fishing baits.

The first flange is formed as a single piece with the membrane. The second flange is fixed to the collar to be locked between the first flange and the membrane. The first flange includes: a first portion projecting out of the membrane; and a second portion projecting out of the first portion. The second portion is oriented perpendicularly to the first portion.

Abstract: A replaceable valve member for a sippy cup assembly is disclosed. The valve member is a flexible, resilient member for releasable mounting in the lid of the sippy cup. It includes a normally closed, but openable slit located within the sippy cup's spout when the valve member is in its operative position. The valve member includes another normally closed, but openable slit located at a vent in the sippy cup's lid when the valve member is in the operative position. The two slits open when suction is applied to the spout to enable liquid to be withdrawn through the spout. A recess is provided in a portion of the periphery of the valve member to preclude the trapping of residual liquid in the sippy cup. The valve member also includes an opening for releasably mounting it on a handle of the sippy cup in a storage position.

Abstract: An apparatus for fastening and carrying bottles includes a cap ring and a connecting device. The cap ring has at least an opening. The cap ring is received in a cavity of the bottle. The cap ring is initially connected to the cap, and the cap ring is separated from the cap while the cap is turned to open. The connecting device engages the opening of the cap ring to allow people to carry the bottle by holding the connecting device or by engaging the connecting device with an object. The apparatus has many advantages, including never loss, low cost for manufacture, and recycle.

Abstract: A valve and cap system for a beverage container including a button with at least one arm, a base element coupled with a beverage container and moveably coupled with the button, a top element, and a flexible seal valve with a slit. The flexible seal valve is coupled with the base element, and the at least one arm is coupled with the flexible seal valve to operatively open and close the slit in the flexible seal valve when the button is moved inwardly and outwardly respectively. The valve and cap system includes at least one electronic element situated in at least one compartment in the top element, and at least one sensor that senses one or more signals, to determine an amount of fluid a user of the beverage container should consume.

Abstract: A spillproof container assembly includes a container body and a lid body that is adapted to be fastened onto the container body by screwing. Both the container body and the lid body are advantageously provided with outwardly extending wing portions for enhancing the grippability of and properly orienting the container assembly for small children. The outwardly extending wing portions of the container body are aligned with the outwardly extending wing portions of the lid body. The lid body is provided with an acoustic waveguide, and sound generating structure is provided in communication with the acoustic waveguide for creating an audible feedback when the lid body has been tightened onto the container body to a predetermined relative position and tightness. The acoustic waveguide further functions as a viewing port that provides a visual feedback so that a user can visually verify the position of the lid body with respect to the container body.

Abstract: An infant cup includes a container, a lid, and an elbow straw. The container is configured to receive and hold a fluid and contains an opening at the top of the container. Furthermore, the lid is sealingly engaged with the container and includes an outlet configured to output the contents of the container. Moreover, the elbow straw is rotatably coupled to the lid and configured to sit and rotate within the container when the lid is coupled to the container. Additionally, the straw is weighted and thus, no matter what direction a child tips the infant cup, the tip of the straw will always rotate to be in contact with the fluid within the container. The elbow straw is also removable from the lid for ease of cleaning. The container may also contain handles attached to the outside of the container.

The distal ends of the at least one handle are coupled to the container, and the handle is repositionable between a deployed position and a stored position. When the handle is configured to the deployed position, the gripping portion is positioned away from container. In addition, the infant cup may include a second handle that also contains a deployed position and a stored position.

A pair of handle elements adapted to be received wholly within the pair of recesses in the sidewall, each of the handle elements including at least one socket engaging portion received in the at least one socket portion of one of the recesses. The socket engaging portions being pivotable within the socket portions so as to permit the handle elements to be displaced from within the sidewall recesses to a position projecting outward from the sidewall sufficiently to permit the pair of handle elements to be grasped in one hand.

Abstract: A device for storing liquid comprises a housing having side walls, an inner cavity wherein said housing comprises two unequal vertical parts and is designed to prevent said liquid being spilled and to revert to the vertical position when the vertical symmetry axis of said device leaves the original. The center of mass of said device filled with said liquid is at the bottom of said housing, lower than the geometrical center of said device. The lower outer surface of said housing is convex and is a sphere segment. The upper part of said walls of said housing is bent towards said inner cavity to form a central aperture for filling and emptying said inner cavity such that said liquid stored in said inner cavity cannot be spilled when said device leaves the vertical.

Abstract: An apparatus, system and method for attaching a lid to a beverage container is provided. In one embodiment a lid is positioned over the container opening and fastened to a first bead located around the opening. The lid also fastens to a second bead that is either located on the container, or located on a partial ring that is positioned adjacent to the first bead. The partial collar may only extend partway around the container. The partial collar may be removable and may also include a handle. Abstract: The invention is directed to a clip that enhances the function of a beverage cup sleeve, such that the clip affords additional protection from hot liquids, diminishes spillage, reduces slipping, is compact, light-weight, and reusable or disposable. Briefly, the invention is directed to a cup sleeve clip for use with a cup sleeve. The clip is formed from an elongated structure. Hooks are formed at opposite ends of the structure, along the length on one side with the open side of each hook directed to the opposite end of the elongated structure, to form a shape similar to a compacted “C” shape. The hooks engage with the upper and lower edges of the sleeve. At least one cantilevered handle is attached to the upper end on the opposite side of the structure. The cantilevered tab engages with the user's hand or an object to assist in supporting the cup.

The device also includes a top clip disposed on the top end of the c-shaped handle that includes a perpendicular protruding edge perpendicular to the top end that accommodates and removably secures a top edge of the beverage can being attached to the can handle device and a bottom clip disposed on the c-shaped handle that includes a depressed perpendicular edge that recedes below the bottom end that accommodates and removably secures a bottom edge of the beverage can.

Abstract: A baby-bottle protector and grip is secured to the bottle by screwing a mounting collar between the bottle and the cap, or by stretching the mounting collar around the bottle neck or cap. The protector forms a generally ball-shaped cage around the bottle, where bars or ribs of the cage can be grasped by an infant. The ribs help protect the bottle if it is dropped. In some embodiments, the protector pulls the bottle into the ball to provide better protection.

Abstract: The invention comprises a disposable beverage cup that comprises a ledge between the cup's rim and the grasping portion of the cup that is commonly held in the user's hand. The ledge, which comprises a curb, a horizontal plane, and one or more indentations, acts as a barrier between the user's hand and other objects, preventing a lid that has been press fit onto the cup's rim from being dislodged. In order to remove the lid, the user must insert a finger and/or thumb into the indentation(s) and press upward on the lid. The cup has a contour between the ledge and the grasping portion with ergonomic features to increase the user's comfort in handling the cup.

Abstract: A single container is divided into two separate compartments sharing a common horizontal partition. Each compartment has its own individual opening. A lid and a base portion are inter-changeable and can be attached to either of the two openings. The compartments are shaped horizontally instead of being shaped vertically in order to help flow the liquid through the spout. In the absence of significant gravitational force as found in microgravity, weightless or weightlessness of spacecraft or the International Space Station, capillary forces between the beverage and the cup wall allow the beverage to creep along the channel and be in near proximity to the open cup rim. Lips placed at or near the channel at the rim can readily sip, drink, and consume the beverage without the need for a straw and without undue spillage for normal drinking motions including toasting. The channel conducts the beverage via capillary forces from the bottom of the cup to the rim until the beverage has been consumed.

Preferred embodiments allow attachment to vessels of different heights by being adjustable in length and/or by including a plurality of base-gripping features at different locations along the handle. Some preferred embodiments include gripping spike that enhances gripping security by applying opposing pressure to the upper rim. The gripping spike can be fixed in location or slidable along the handle. Further preferred embodiments include a bottle opener, and some preferred embodiments are attachable to a key ring or include a key ring.

Abstract: Pressurized Drinking Mug with a drinking mug capable of retaining a liquid. The mug has an attached hollow handle. The mug also has a removable, replaceable lid. The hollow handle contains a standard air pump mechanism that creates positive air pressure inside the mug. The lid has a liquid retaining reservoir that has a rigid straw portion extending down to the bottom of the mug and also extends upward to a removable replaceable flexible straw. The flexible straw is capable of being pinched closed or opened by a pinch valve so that when the pinch valve is opened, the liquid is forced up through the straw to the user's mouth. The rigid straw portion also contains a side port that can be restricted by a removable, replaceable plug. The port is also capable of retaining a push button valve that allows the pressurized liquid to be pumped into the reservoir.

Abstract: An adaptor is provided for a cup having side walls tapered along a length of the cup. The cup has a bead around an open top of the cup. The adaptor includes a cap with a spout having openings in fluid communication with an inside of the cap.
