Abstract: Exemplary embodiments are directed to deck jet systems including an adjustable cover and flexible finishing cap. The deck jet systems include a housing with threads formed on an inner surface of the housing. The deck jet systems include an adjustment ring with threads formed on an outer surface of the adjustment ring complementary to the threads of the housing. The deck jet systems include an adjustable cover, the bottom surface of the adjustable cover being inserted into the proximal end of the housing and supported by a top surface of the adjustment ring. Engagement of the threads of the housing and the adjustment ring and rotation of the adjustment ring relative to the housing can vary an elevation of the adjustment ring relative to the housing which, in turn, varies an elevation of the adjustable cover relative to the housing. Exemplary embodiments are also directed to methods of adjusting a deck jet system.

Abstract: An electrical connector assembly, including: an insulating body, concavely provided backward with an insertion cavity at its front end; multiple terminals, each having an elastic contact portion extending into the insertion cavity; a metal shell wrapping the insulating body; a shielding sheet, provided with an elastic piece protruding and extending into the insertion cavity; and a dustproof base, having a tongue and two guide walls located on two sides of the tongue. The guide walls fit with outer wall surfaces of the metal shell to fix and guide the tongue to be horizontally inserted into the insertion cavity. At least one of the elastic piece and the elastic contact portion elastically abuts the tongue to further fix the dustproof base, thus easily fixing the dustproof base.

Abstract: A room temperature butter dish has a cover and a base. The base has two end walls and two side walls that a stick of butter resides between. The cover sits over the end walls and side wall and rests on the base. The end walls have raised shoulders and a horizontal knife scraper between the shoulders. The knife scraper is above the height of a conventional stick of butter. Butter can be scrapped off of a knife and rest on top of a stick of butter below. The shoulders of the end walls keep the bottom edge of the cover from hitting any butter as the cover is put on or removed.

Abstract: The invention relates to a closure lid (20) for a packaging (1) for food products like frozen confectionery, such as ice-cream cups or ice-cream cone sleeves, comprising a plate-shaped centre member (21), and a circumferential non-continuous flange member (22) designed to be selectively in full contact with an inner wall (13) or an outer wall (14) of the packaging (1) and extending essentially in a right angle from the circumference of the plate-shaped centre member (21), wherein the lid (20) is designed such that the plate-shaped centre member (21) can only assume a convex or a concave configuration, and can be manually transferred between the said configurations, and wherein said transfer translates into a change of the angular position of the flange member (22) relative to the plane defined by the circumferential edge (23) of the plate-shaped centre member (21). The invention also relates to a packaging (1) comprising the closure lid and to a packaged frozen confectionery product.

Abstract: A foldable food container includes a container body which is made of silicone material and formed with a receiving chamber and an upper open end, and a cover which is engaged on the top peripheral edge cover. A reinforced frame is built in a top peripheral edge of the open end of the container body, and on the top peripheral edge is provided at least one elastic nip portion. The reinforced frame is located below the peripheral edge of the cover, and a peripheral edge of the cover is engaged in the at least one nip portion of the top peripheral edge and pushed against the top peripheral edge of the container body by the nip portion, so that the open end of the contain body is sealed with the cover in an airtight manner.

Abstract: A container includes a lid adapted to seal with a base. The lid and base rims each have vertical segments that mate upon sealing the container. The mating segments form a vertical seal zone. The vertical seal zone has a width extending across the rim surfaces. One or more vent channels are disposed on either or both rims. Each vent channel extends partially into the vertical seal zone. When pressure inside the container reaches a critical level, the lid rises and reduces the width of the seal zone, creating a vent point. Pressurized vapors traveling through the vent channel overcome rim-engaging forces at the vent point and pass through the engaged rims. Once pressure is purged, the lid descends and resumes its sealed arrangement with the base. The rims may respectively include horizontally oriented segments that engage each other to from a horizontal seal zone.

Abstract: Stackable lids for a container each include a top surface facing generally in a first direction and a bottom surface opposite the top surface and facing generally in a second direction. Pivotable wing portions extend from each side edge of the lid and each pivotable wing portion is joined to its respective side edge by a hinge. The wing portions are moveable between engaged and disengaged positions, and an inner surface of each wing includes a tab member configured for detent engagement with a rim of the container. The lid also includes corner portions extending between the side edges. Each corner portion includes a skirt portion extending generally in the second direction. Each corner portion also defines a recessed shoulder configured to receive the skirt portion of another when the lids are stacked.

Abstract: A produce container comprises a basket portion and a closure portion, which are hingedly secured to one another to be relatively movable between an open configuration and a closed configuration. The container can be secured in the closed configuration by at least one tab projecting distally from a front edge of a basket portion peripheral lip or closure portion peripheral lip, which tab is received within a corresponding slot defined inwardly of the front edge of the other peripheral lip. Each slot extends into a collocated recess in the outer surface of that peripheral lip, and each tab has an outwardly extending locking projection which, in the closed configuration, engages a corresponding recess engagement surface. Each locking projection terminates inwardly of the outer surface of the front edge of the respective peripheral lip and each tab terminates below the upper surface of the respective peripheral lip.

The lid is provided with a cap closure that can be opened when it is desired to dispense the food product contained in the packaging box and bag, and can be closed to preserve the food product.

A number of gripping abutment elements (7) are embodied on the marginal web (5) while a joint zone (3) having a reduced flexural rigidity is configured between the marginal web (5) and the shielding section (4). The distance between the abutment elements (7) and the bottom side of the hot-melt adhesive, which faces the marginal web (5), is smaller than the thickness of the material of a basic part (13) in the area of the opening such that an initial tension is created in the joint zone (3) when the closure cap (1) is inserted into the opening, resulting in a simple self-acting closing process after heating the hot-melt adhesive (11).

Abstract: The present invention relates to a secondary lid for use with a package containing a foodstuff. That package has an opening that is initially sealed at purchase but the opening is unsealed by the consumer in order to obtain access to the contents of the package. There is a secondary lid that is affixed to the package and which reseals the opening and protects the contents from the external environment. The secondary lid may contact a flap or flaps of the package to hold the flap or flaps tightly closed to the opening or, in the case of a liquid, there may be a plug that enters the opening to prevent the contents from spilling. In any case, there is a seal formed in the secondary lid that surrounds and seals the opening from the environment to protect against the intrusion of air or moisture or other contaminants.
