The at least one heating element is configured for heating the cigarette. The heating element is movably arranged in the heating chamber. The control component is configured for driving the at least one heating element to move, so that the at least one heating element abuts against an outer surface of the cigarette. The power supply is configured for supplying the at least one heating element power.

Housing comprise a timer configured to set time to release a specified dosage of each of a plurality of medications. Housing further comprises an environment control system configured to control one or more physical environmental characteristic for said plurality of medications inside said housing to preserve corresponding potencies. Housing further comprises a plurality of authorization mechanisms configured to lock and seal said plurality of medications inside said housing. Housing further comprises an electronic dispensing system configured to dispense, at a time, a single medication from corresponding plurality of medications to a user upon receiving an ejection command and successful authorization of said user by the plurality of authorization mechanisms.

The carton includes a top wall, opposed side walls, end walls and an article dispenser. The side walls are disposed alongside the ends of the articles while one end wall is disposed adjacent to the side wall of an endmost article. The dispenser is formed from the end and top walls and includes at least one retaining panel to hold all the articles in the carton until removed by the user.

Abstract: The present invention refers to an apparatus for dispensing capsules, preferably single-use, disposable capsules for the production of beverages, brews and the like, intended for use in connection with automatic food-product vending machines. The inventive capsule dispensing apparatus includes a plurality of receptacles adapted to accommodate capsules in a stacked arrangement, at least a rotary pick-up device provided with two or more compartments distributed about the axis of rotation thereof for removing the capsules from the receptacles, and a conveyor. The capsule dispensing apparatus is characterized in that between the at least a pick-up device and the conveyor there is arranged a distribution tray including a plurality of guide partitions adapted to enable the capsules to undergo a rotary motion.

Abstract: A dispensing device is described that comprises a base, a chip attaching member which is provided movably with respect to the base and to which a dispensing chip is attached removably, a first elastic member for suppressing a movement of the chip attaching member with respect to the base, a second elastic member serving to suppress the movement of the chip attaching member with respect to the base and having a greater elastic constant than an elastic constant of the first elastic member and a detector for detecting that the chip attaching member is moved with respect to the base. An analyzing apparatus is also described.

Abstract: A single pill dispensing system for a bottle/vial of the type for dispensing a medication pill, where the bottle/vial has a circular body and receives a circular cap. To facilitate the dispensing of a single pill, an insert, slidably received in the circular body and circular cap is provided. The insert includes a body portion containing a circuitous channel of a size to accommodate a single pill as the user inverts or turns over the container body to capture and subsequently transfer the pill through the insert to a nesting recess in the lower surface of the circular cap.

Abstract: A cigarette dispenser having an electric lighter, a housing including a storage chamber for the cigarettes and a dispenser opening on the front side of the housing. The dispenser opening is constructed by a horizontal slot of width and length larger than the diameter and the length of one cigarette. In front of the dispenser opening is provided a dispenser drawer which is movable up and down and is spring-loaded upwardly. The drawer has a closing edge which closes off the dispenser opening in the upper end position of the dispenser drawer. A cigarette-receiving surface is provided on the upper side of the dispenser drawer and a handle bar is provided on the front of the dispenser drawer. Above the dispenser opening is provided a stop fixed on the housing. Between the receiving surface and the stop is a recess of cross section which corresponds to a cigarette. The hot bulb of the lighter is located below the recess.

Electronic circuitry is provided to control the length of time the electric heater remains lit, and cam actuated switching devices are connected with the dispenser to energize the electric heater each time the dispenser moves or transports a cigarette from the container to the support for lighting the cigarette. The support is provided with an opening through which the unlit end of the cigarette may be grasped and removed after being lit.

The upper portion includes cigarette dispensing structure for dispensing single cigarettes downwardly by gravity toward the support and ignition structure. The cigarette support and ignition structure is of a construction to support a cigarette to be ignited in an inclined position and includes an electrical resistance heating element positioned for end abutting engagement of the lower end of the supported cigarette to be ignited, whereby the lower end of the cigarette will be ignited upon actuation of the electrical resistance heating element.
