When interlocked, the pair of structures forms an interior chamber that is configured to store and protect one or more barrier envelopes inside from external contaminants such as viruses, bacteria and/or fungi. The dispenser of barrier envelopes includes a through opening for the purpose of dispensing the one or more envelopes to a user, and a spring in its interior chamber for directing the one or more envelopes toward the through opening.

When the door is in an open position, the front surface prevents paper towels leaning toward the door from falling out of the cabinet. The cabinet also includes a bar mounted proximate to the opening and having a length extending between the side walls. The bar is positioned between a stack of paper towels and the opening when the stack of paper towels is placed on the paper towel tray.

The base lid portion includes a rigid port surrounding a unitary dispensing partition extending in an x and z direction to the rigid port, the unitary dispensing partition having a dispensing slit formed therethrough. The unitary dispensing partition forms an arc extending a first depth into the interior of the container in a z-direction. The depth of the dispensing partition allows for the personal care article to be stored in a pop-up dispensing position with a larger portion of the personal care article extending from the dispensing slit. This allows for easier retrieval of the product by a consumer and less dispensing failures.

The first and second members are capable of housing a plurality of wet or dry, sheet-like articles. The first entrance provides reach-in access wherein multiple sheet-like articles can be withdrawn at one time. The second member also has a second entrance formed therein from which the sheet-like articles can be individually withdrawn. The dispenser further includes a third member secured to the first member by a hinge that is coaxially aligned with the first hinge. The third member is capable of pivoting on its hinge to cover the second entrance.

The system may include over-fill bracket with sloped surface to prevent folded sheets from being positioned over the overfill bracket. Abstract: A Sheet Dispenser for dispensing of flexible and foldable sheets, such as paper towels and the like from a center fed roll thereof. The Sheet Dispenser of the present invention relies upon a member, such as a plate, which may be in the form of or part of a housing for holding the roll of sheets. The plate member is provided with a lower circular dispensing aperture for receiving a leading strip of the sheets from the center fed roll such that a user may grasp and pull outwardly on the sheets in order to achieve a dispensing of the same. The invention relies upon an opening, such as an elongate slot formed in the plate member and in communication with the dispensing aperture and which allows a leading portion of the sheets to be inserted through the slot and into the dispensing aperture. This construction overcomes the previous problems of feeding a leading strip of the successive sheets in the dispensing aperture.

Abstract: A towelette dispensing device is provided, for cleaning a toilet seat on a toilet bowl, which consists of a receptacle mountable onto a vertical flat surface adjacent the toilet seat. A package of towelettes can be inserted into the receptacle. A towelette can be extracted, one at a time, from the receptacle by a person, to wipe clean the toilet seat used by another person previously. This will satisfy a concern and need for individual personal hygiene by lessening the danger of germs being transmitted from the toilet seat.

Abstract: An adhesive bandage dispensing system includes an elongated strand of individually sterile-wrapped adhesive bandages and a reusable dispenser for storing and dispensing the bandages. Each bandage is contained in a separate sterile compartment of an otherwise continuous wrapping material. Perforations formed in the wrapping material around each compartment allow the compartments to be individually opened. The strand is loaded into the dispenser, which is secured to a stable surface, so that the leading edge of the strand is frictionally held in biased guide flanges and protrudes from a dispensing opening defined by the flanges. The leading edge of the strand is pulled from the dispensing opening until an entire bandage is exposed, then the strand is pulled sharply to completely break the perforation, and the bandage can then be removed from the excess wrapping and prepared to be applied to a wound using both hands, if necessary.

The dispenser has a casing with a mounting for the roll in its upper portion and an outlet at the bottom. The outlet is substantially narrower than the width of the towelling. The towelling is gathered inwardly in passing from the roller to the outlet. Upon pulling the towelling out of the dispenser, the towelling begins to tear inwardly from its edges along the first line of perforations as the first line of perforations passes over the roller to separate a sheet from the remainder of the towelling. The tearing operation is completed outside the casing leaving a tail end of towelling to be grasped during the next dispensing operation.

Means are provided in the cabinet for restricting the length of the stack of paper that can be placed in the cabinet when the cabinet is open. The restricting means is movable to a pressure relieving position when the cabinet is closed.

Abstract: A dispensing apparatus for disposable, thin plastic gloves is disclosed wherein said gloves may be retrieved by the user one at a time in a relatively simple manner. The apparatus comprises a box-like, generally rectangular enclosure for housing a removably mounted packet containing a plurality of the disposable gloves arranged in the packet in closely spaced, planar unfolded condition. The enclosure is provided with a front window or opening and a removable top cover or cap. The packet of gloves is loaded into the enclosure through a top opening and are disposed so that they may be removed, one at a time, through the front opening of the enclosure. The packet comprises a pair of faces yieldably connected to one another which have a configuration generally conforming to the shape of the gloves in an open palm and finger planar condition.
