The enteral feeding system accessory comprises a stanchion, a plurality of mounting brackets, and a backpack. The plurality of mounting brackets attach to the stanchion. Abstract: A multifunctional backpack with an integrated umbrella holder consists of a backpack, an umbrella, and a holding bracket. The holding bracket is removably positioned within a primary compartment of the backpack. Therefore, when the umbrella needs to be used in a handsfree configuration, the umbrella is positioned into the holding bracket. The position of the umbrella can be changed with the use of a plurality of height-adjusting pockets. The stability of the umbrella can be maintained with an anchoring bracket which is positioned adjacent the holding bracket. Additionally, a retainer mechanism is also used to keep the umbrella stationary in the handsfree configuration. When not used, the umbrella is stored within a waterproof compartment of the backpack.

The tube is open ended. The tube is configured to selectively insert tubular elements of items, such as a handle of a fishing rod and a pole of a fishing net. Abstract: An adaptable lock mounting device featuring adaptability and flexibility of use is configured to couple with a vehicle frame and includes a mounting base to detachably couple with a coupling base or an assembly base as appropriate, wherein the coupling base is different from the assembly base. A portion of the mounting base is one of a sliding block and a corresponding sliding sleeve to be fitted around the sliding block, while each of a portion of the coupling base and a portion of the assembly base is the other of the sliding block and the corresponding sliding sleeve.

Abstract: A stabilizing assembly for an optical device includes a base plate having a blade curved to fit against a person's torso, a strap extending outwardly from the base plate; a socket defined in the base plate and a mounting screw spaced from the socket. The blade extends below the base plate and an adjustment member is located on the underside of the base plate a distance from a lower end of the blade. The optical device is engageable with the stabilizing assembly in two ways. Firstly, the blade is inserted between the person's torso and a waistband or belt. The strap is passed around the person's neck and an end of a monopod engaged with the optical device is inserted into the socket. Secondly, the optical device is directly engaged with the mounting screw and the assembly is placed on the ground supported by the blade and adjustment member.

Abstract: A stationary base with at least two door shrouds extending from a tower portion. The tower portion has at least one groove communicating with a groove guide. An actuating housing is attached to the groove guide and connected to at least one force member positioned between the base and the actuating housing. At least one containment door is positioned in a door groove adjacent each door shroud. Each containment door communicates with the actuating housing with at least one guide pin positioned in a guide slot of each containment door, the guide slot being angled at a predetermined angle to translate vertical movement of the actuating housing to horizontal movement of each containment door.

Abstract: A belt clamp with a pivotal article carrier attached thereto includes a base and a cover hinged together at the top. The cover includes a passageway at the lower end to accept a barb-like fastener integral with lower end of base to lock clamp closed. A tongue projects inwardly from the cover to contact and inhibit movement of a duty belt inside the clamp. The base includes a pair of intersecting arcuate slots and a reversible insert having one arcuate slot to make the clamp usable by either right- or left-handed users. A movable belt width adjustment bar is mounted inside the clamp to accommodate belts of various widths. Bosses around the lower opening of the cover inhibit twisting of locked clamp to prevent inadvertent opening. A locking plate is provided to inhibit rotation of fasteners used in pivotal mounting of an article carrier to the belt clamp.

Abstract: An archery bow quiver for holding arrows for quick retrieval to be shot by the bow includes an integral bow hook and tree screw. The quiver, which quickly attaches and detaches to the riser of a bow, includes an elongate frame with a top end for a hood to protect the arrow tips or broadheads and a bottom end where at is suitably an elastomeric arrow shaft rack. In the central region of the elongate frame is a first cutout into which a pivotal collar or bushing is secured for acceptance of a journaled shaft further extending into a tree screw or spike. The journaled shaft is threaded into a bow hook end which extends in opposite direction from the tree screw. The bow hook and integral tree screw readily pivot within the cutout space to rotate transversely with respect to the elongate frame for rotation of the bow hook to screw the tree screw into suitably a tree.

Abstract: The fishing rod support is a versatile device providing support or bracing for the handle or butt of a fishing rod against a portion of the angler's body. The support includes an elongate pad joined to a crosspiece having three sockets. When the butt of the rod is placed in either of the two aligned sockets, the pad is generally parallel to the rod. This allows the pad to be placed under the arm to restrain upward movement of the rod butt as the angler lifts the rod. Alternatively, the butt of the rod may be placed in the third socket, with the pad aligned generally perpendicular to the rod. In this configuration, the pad is placed against the forward body of the angler (e.g., upper thigh, hip, waist, etc.) for bracing. The fishing rod support is particularly useful for anglers having back pain or limited upper body strength.

Abstract: An apparatus for attachment to a waistband of a wearer for supporting a base end portion of an elongated rod such as a fishing pole adjacent to the leg of the wearer. The apparatus includes an elongated strap having a main portion which extends from the waistband down the leg of the wearer, a first end removeably attachable to the waistband, and a second end having a first support pocket which receives and supports the base end of the elongated rod. The first support pocket is suspended adjacent to and directly contacts the inner thigh of the wearer creating a fulcrum when the elongated rod is supported therein. The creation of the fulcrum permits the elongated rod to be held by the wearer in a stable manner while transferring a majority of the load of the elongated rod from the arms and shoulders of the wearer to the wearer's legs.

Abstract: A fishing rod supporting device includes a frame assembly adapted to be worn like a vest. The assembly includes a pair of rigid frame members with curvilinear upper regions that overly the shoulders, and linear lower regions that overly the chest region. A front panel of the assembly is joined to the frame members by a pair of connecting members coupled adjustably to the frame member so that the frame assembly can be adjusted to the size of the user. A strap surrounds the waist and secures the front panel against the abdominal region. A coupling arm is mounted pivotally to the front panel. A receptacle at the free end of the arm travels in an arcuate path as the arm pivots, maintained at a predetermined working angle relative to the front panel. The receptacle is lined with an elastomer to provide a secure hold of a fishing rod at the handle. Elastomeric cushioning material is applied to inside surfaces of the frame members and front panel for increased user comfort.

Abstract: A fishing belt buckle (1) having a body (2) with a front face (3), a rear face (4), a top face (5) and a bottom face (6), at least one recess (7) extending from the front face (3) into the body (2), at least one pin (13) located on and extending from the rear face (4) and an aperture (16) for attaching the body (2) to a belt (17). The recess (7) may include at least one vertical rod (12) and/or at least one horizontal rod (11) extending across the recess (7). To use the present invention, a person first attaches the fishing belt buckle (1) to a belt (17). Then, he or she wraps the belt (17) around his or her waist and positions the fishing belt buckle (2) as desired. The pin (13) is inserted into a belt hole (18) so as to secure the fishing belt buckle (2) and belt (17) around the user's waist.

Abstract: A baton carrier featuring an attachment assembly that is rotatable with respect to the holder portion of the carrier. The baton carrier can be placed in various angular positions with respect to the attachment assembly on the user's belt. The rotatable attachment assembly simplifies the removal of a baton, as well an enhancing comfort for the wearer, by allowing the user to position the carrier at an optimum angle. The baton carrier of the present invention can also accommodate belts of different widths. In one embodiment, the attachment assembly has an adjustable member whose position along the assembly can be changed to allow belts of different widths to be looped therethrough. In another embodiment, one of a plurality of inserts of various sizes may be selected for insertion within the belt loop of the attachment assembly.

Abstract: A device for holding an ice fishing rod is disclosed. The device is comprised of a rod holder, a base and a strap. The rod holder is shaped to hold an ice fishing rod, at the handle of the ice fishing rod, in a substantially horizontal position. The base is shaped to fit the thigh of a fisherman. Preferably, the base is a container with a hinged lid, the container having a plurality of compartments to hold fishing bait and fishing lures. The strap is attached to the base and is of sufficient length to fit around the thigh of the fisherman. Preferably, the strap has a buckle at each end. This device is intended to be strapped to the thigh of a seated ice fisherman. An ice fishing rod may be inserted into the rod holder. The fisherman may fish and tend to bait or lures at the end of his or her fishing rod hands-free.

The support includes a housing having a bottom and a wall portion extending from the bottom along the dimension of elongation of the weapon. The wall portion forms an open chamber for accommodating the weapon and positioning the elongated weapon in an upright manner with the weapon resting on the bottom of the housing. A clamp releasably secures a portion of the elongated weapon in the upright manner, but is removed with a force applied outwardly from the housing. A slot is formed in the wall portion and extends along the majority of the dimension of elongation of the weapon.

Abstract: A cap of a marking device such as a felt tip marker is attached by a cap retaining device adjacent the body of a user. The barrel or marking portion of the marking device may then be readily removed, used for marking and then reinserted into the cap using only a single hand.

Abstract: An umbrella supporting apparatus comprising a harness having shoulder straps, a waistband and a back-mounted umbrella support assembly which allows the canopy of the umbrella to be adjusted in two different planes. The back-mounted umbrella support assembly includes a support plate mounted to the waistband and has a plurality of spaced key holes defining a first set of vertically displace positions or angles. The assembly also includes a rotatable support bracket rotatably mounted to the support plate and a hollow rod coupled to the rotatable support bracket for supporting a shaft or pole of an umbrella. A locking lever is resiliently coupled to the rotatably support bracket. In operation, the rotatable support bracket is adapted to be rotated left or right and locked or secured to one of the spaced key holes via the locking lever to vertically offset the hollow rod from vertically upright or align the hollow rod vertically upright.

Abstract: A belt-mounted holder for spackle items. More particularly, the invention is an item that is removably attachable to a belt of a user, and functions to hold a hawk or spackle device so that the user does not have to put the item down while working. The holder is preferably constructed of simple metals or plastics, and consists of two main panels that are hingedly attached. A generally vertical panel is affixed to the user's belt area and stays against the user's body. The second panel folds down from the first panel to a position parallel to the ground. The panel folds and stays in such a position through usage of a spring loaded mechanism. Located on the second panel is a hole of sufficient diameter to receive the handle portion of the hawk.

Abstract: A support device for an elongated weapon which is connectable to a belt. Abstract: A hands-free gun holding device comprising a flexible sling, an attachment mechanism, and an anti-slip liner. The sling of the device is adjustably attached to a hunting jacket by the attachment mechanism and supports the butt of the gun, thereby leaving a hunter's hands free to use animal calls and binoculars, and perform other functions useful in hunting. The liner covers at least a portion of the inside of the sling thereby preventing the gun butt from slipping out of the sling. The flexible sling lies flat against the hunter's jacket when not being used, and, therefore, the sling does not interfere with other hunting activities. This gun-holding device allows the hunter to minimize both gun, body movements, and resulting unwanted noise. It therefore, reduces the chance that the animal will detect the hunter.

Abstract: A holster is sewn from durable waterproof synthetic woven fabric to provide a primary pocket. The holster is held to the outer side of a fisherman's lower leg by upper and lower VELCRO® equipped fabric straps stitched to the holster and wrapped around the lower leg. A plastic tube is supported in the primary pocket of the holster and is dimensioned to removably receive the handle of a fishing pole and provide its sole support. The tube is forwardly and laterally inclined relative to the fisherman's lower leg so that the upper free portion and tip of the fishing pole are positioned in front, and to the right, of the fisherman for convenient baiting of the hook and removal of fish that have been caught. The holster is fabricated with a secondary pocket that forms a fishing knife sheath and a strap loop that holds a pair of fisherman's pliers.

The support harness comprises a broad three-strap wishbone support for holding a significant load and the umbrella securely against the body. Moreover, the harness configuration includes a wide-ranging adjustable shoulder strap that can fit adults as well as children. The frontal receptacle is sized to carry a considerable payload, and it includes a pocket for receiving the handle of any conventional umbrella, inclusive of curved handles. A support that is sewn into the carry-bag/umbrella sling supports the shaft of the umbrella. The pattern design of the present invention is highly economical and greatly simplifies manufacturing. All panel components are cut and sewn from a durable material (e.g. vinyl fabric, vinyl backed woven polyester fabric, leather), and are sewn into a tailored body-hugging shape that is particularly configured for comfort under load.

Abstract: The present invention has a single harness strap loop, which is placed diagonally across the body from one shoulder to the opposite hip, similar to bandoleer. At the hip an open hook is provided. This hooks on to the ring provided at the base of most power tools. A lanyard is attached to the harness at the back and has a clip at the other end. The clip also attaches to the ring on the power tool. The lanyard can be made of stretchable cord to reduce the jerk on the wearer if the tool falls. A clip is attached next to the hook to attach the harness to a belt or belt loop on the wearer to prevent rotation of the harness. The harness is adjustable to allow for sizing.

Abstract: The present invention is an apparatus for holding an elongate device such as a fishing rod, and includes a tube for receiving an end of the fishing rod to a depth effective to retain the fishing rod therein and, a leg brace for releasable attachment to a leg of the user. The tube is attached to the leg brace by an adjustable pivot coupling so that the attitude of the tube, and thus a device supported therein, can be adjusted relative to the leg of the user. The leg brace includes a shaped rigid member that partially surrounds the leg, and a plurality of straps. The straps are arranged in pairs on opposite sides of the member and have one end attached to the member and a free end adapted to engage the opposite strap of the same pair to secure the member to the user's leg.

Abstract: A carrier for fishing accessories which can be worn without interfering with the fishing operation, whether standing, sitting, or walking. Broadly, the carrier includes a pouch, carrying mechanism and fishing rod suspension device. The pouch is capable of holding many different types of fishing accessories. The versatile carrying mechanism, such as, an adjustable shoulder strap and waist strap, allows the fisherman to wear the pouch on the hip, back or shoulder, and on either the right side or left side of the body. The fishing rod suspension device supports and suspends the fishing rod from the pouch thereby freeing the fisherman's hands for rigging the line or performing other fishing operations. The carrier may also include a work surface, such as a magnetic plate, to hold fishing accessories such as flies, hooks, lures, weights, and tools.

The fishing rod holder 18 is comprised of a substantially U-shaped tube having apertures 46 whereby the fishing rod holder member 18 can be securely fastened to the body pad member 24 using appropriate fasteners 34. The U-shaped tube element has oppositely opposed apertures 46 for positioning a compression locking member 30 therethrough. The compression-locking member 30 has a shaft element 44 having a pivotally attached L-shaped lever 42 on one distal end and threads 36 on the other.

A widened portion is formed at the tip end of the support tube for supporting an annular shoulder portion connected to an upper end of the base end portion of the fishing rod, whereby a flexible portion in which the fishing rod is not fitted, is left.

The fishing rod controller may be constructed by post-forming a section of plastic pipe. In the section of the controller that forms the leg pad, the pipe is split and spread apart far enough to allow the user's leg to rest within the curve. Above the leg pad and just below the curve, is a belt attachment. The controller is slit on both sides so belting material may be run through the slits. The belt is fit around the user's waist. Above the belt, the rod controller curves outward (away from the body of the user). The uppermost section of the rod controller is the rod holder. This section is a hollow cylindrical section of the pipe which is left unaltered in the basic version of the rod controller. It is within the cavity in the rod holder section that the rod is placed.

The invention includes a stabilized frame, attachable to the user's body, upon which is secured an adjustable rod-receiving element. The user can cast and reel in a fishing line with one hand while in a sitting or standing position.

Abstract: A one piece moulded wearable gimbal device has an apron 10, an engaging recess 11, and locating hooks 12. The engaging recess 11 extends from the center of the apron 10 downwardly and rearwardly into a portion of the support which is shaped in such a way that it may be positioned between the user's legs when the apron is under load so that the user has greater leverage on the fishing rod than would otherwise be available. Fastened across the recess 11 are one or more transverse pins 14 to support the rod. Abstract: A fishing harness adapter which permits the conversion of a fishing harness assembly having dual reel attachment straps into a single reel attachment strap unit, comprising a harness lead assembly, and a reel-eye hub assembly which mates to a fishing reel. The reel-eye hub assembly possesses eye receptacles which receive the eyes of the fishing reel therein. Set screws are then inserted into bores which extend through said eye receptacles, such that said set screws also penetrate the eyes which are positioned within the eye receptacles, thus securing the reel-eye hub assembly firmly to the reel. The dual reel attachment straps of the fishing harness assembly are joined together by a connector affixed to an end of a harness lead line. The opposite end of the harness lead line has a quick release attachment mechanism affixed thereat, which is then secured to a hub flange which protrudes from the reel-eye hub assembly.

Abstract: A fishing rod and reel holder having a body which includes a cylinder having openings at both ends of the cylinder for receiving rod handles. A J-shaped slot in the cylinder accepts a reel mount. An elastic tensile member, such as a shock cord, biases the reel mount against the tip of the curl of the J, thereby securing the rod and reel within the cylinder. A recess, approximately coaxial with the cylinder, and distal from the cylinder, supports the rod's shaft towards the front of the holder. Suction cups mount the body securely to a surface, such as a car top.

Abstract: A method is disclosed for using a holder having first and second clips arranged with their mouths facing substantially the same direction. The first clip is provided with an inner surface which is shaped to hold a cylindrical article and a mouth which is normally open so as to allow the legs of this first clip to be urged apart from each other when such a cylindrical article is pressed against it. The holder is mounted at a designated location on the user's body by attaching the second clip to a piece of material worn by the user, with the mouth of the first clip facing generally downwardly. A substantially cylindrical article is inserted into the first clip by placing the article against the mouth of this clip and lifting the article upwardly into contact with its inner surface, with the axis of the first clip's inner surface in a generally horizontal orientation.

Abstract: A firearm accessory holder which facilitates concealed carry on a belt of a wearer, includes a backing portion, having upper, left and right lateral sides, and a rear face for placement against the wearer; belt slots for threading of a belt therethrough, attached to the backing portion; and a first pouch portion, attached to the backing portion and canted toward the wearer, for retention of a flashlight of the type having a biased actuation switch on one end thereof, the first pouch portion having a limiting portion constructed for defining clearance between the actuation switch and the first pouch portion. The accessory holder may include a second pouch portion for retention of a firearm ammunition magazine.

Abstract: A fishing pole and line retriever for the handicapped person who has the use of but one arm, includes a body and torso splint 10 which is slideably adjustable to torso size, a fishing pole holder 20, pivoted from the splint and retainer straps 30 for the torso and waist of the fisherman. The intermittently useable pole holder 20 extends frontally of the lower portion of the splint frame and a pole leash 40 is detachably secured to the holder. The assembly is characterized by its fabrication from rigid tubular plastic and adjustable securing straps for the torso and waist.
