Abstract: The present invention provides convenient means to hold and carry personal electronic devices in an apparatus of flexible, semi-flexible, elastomeric, or bi-directionally elastic material incorporating a first opening sized to fit closely over an object or one end of one object, and a second opening sized to fit over an object or a second end of an object, and between the two openings, integral slots or straps to fit over ends or corners of a functional component such as a Personal Mobile Electronic Device (PMED) while securing the PMED to the apparatus with lateral and longitudinal tension so as to hold and carry the device being secured to the object.

Abstract: A secure personal wearable carrier for valuable items is disclosed. The wearable carrier includes a secure compartment for valuable item storage to be worn by users during their common activities, including physical exercises. The carrier is constructed to maintain the security and safety of the valuable item while withstanding strenuous activity.

Abstract: Systems and methods for dynamically adjusting the fit of a wearable electronic device are disclosed. In many embodiments, a tensioner associated with a wearable electronic device can control one or more actuators that are mechanically coupled to either the housing or to a band attached to the wearable electronic device. In one example, in response to a signal to increase the tightness of the band, the tensioner can cause the actuator(s) to increase the tension within the band.

Abstract: A system and method for capturing media are disclosed. In a first aspect, the system comprises a wristband device that includes at least one sensor and a camera coupled to the wristband device. The camera is controlled by at least one gesture determined using the at least one sensor. In a second aspect, the method comprises providing a wristband device that includes at least one sensor, coupling a camera to the wristband device, determining at least one gesture using the at least one sensor, and controlling the camera by using the at least one gesture.

A web hinge joining the cover and container, guiding the cover to the closed position. A refill cartridge carrying the mound is mounted, releasably, in the container.

Abstract: A work light comprised of a removable band that is configured to attach to a user's wrist and forearm. The band includes a first attachment assembly for holding a rechargeable first flashlight such that the first flashlight illuminates around a user's index finger. The first flashlight includes an internal rechargeable first battery and a first pair of external battery contacts for applying recharging energy to the first flashlight. The work light also includes a charger for applying recharging energy to the first pair of external battery contacts. The charger has a first socket for receiving the first flashlight and a first pair of charger contacts for electrically connecting to the first pair of external battery contacts. Preferably the band holds a rechargeable second flashlight so as to direct its illumination toward the little finger. Then, the charger includes a socket for charging the second flashlight.

Abstract: This invention provides a camera support comprising an arm; a camera mount connected to the arm; a mount configured for attachment to a first supportive base (‘first base mount’), wherein the arm is pivotally connected to the first base mount; a mount configured for attachment to a second supportive base (‘second base mount’); and an arm coupler configured for releasably connecting the arm from the second base mount. Optionally, the first and second base mounts comprise straps, e.g. for mounting to a user's limb such as a forearm. Abstract: An ornamental device includes a two-part curvilinear member, preferably having a band affixed to either end. Each band is provided with complementary fasteners to enable securing the device about a user's wrist, ankle, or arm. An inner side of the member is provided with a thin, transparent cover that is flexible and resilient. When the cover is pulled from the curvilinear member, the cover forms an arcuate shape that mirrors the arcuate shape of the curvilinear member while still being attached. In this position, it enables a user to insert a paper bearing a reading between the cover and curvilinear member. Forcing the cover back against the curvilinear member allows the cover to hold the paper reading in place.

Abstract: The invention attaches a hand strap to a tablet to secure the tablet to the user's hand and act as an aide to prevent a tablet from being dropped. The invention allows the user to rotate the tablet to various viewing angles while still maintaining the secure connection to the tablet. The connection point provides a single yet strong connection between the hand strap and device grip for the two to rotate around each other.

The body includes an opening and a first positioning portion positioned on a first surface of the body. The positioning member includes a second positioning portion and a top portion connected thereto. The second positioning portion detachably engages with the first positioning portion. The top portion protrudes from a second surface of the body through the opening, the second surface being opposite the first surface. When the top portion is pressed, the second positioning portion is separated from the first positioning portion, and a relative position between the body and the positioning member may be adjusted, thereby adjusting the length of the belt.

Abstract: A wearable assembly for carrying a device is disclosed. The wearable assembly has a plurality of adjacent staggered bands in which each band is engaged with at least one adjacent band such that the bands slide relative to the adjacent band. The wearable assembly may have a locking mechanism for securing the bands in place, and a platform for holding a device. The user may then move and position the platform that holds the electronic device relative to the bands, and may rotate and swivel the electronic device to a desired angle of orientation.

Abstract: The invention attaches a hand strap to a tablet to secure the tablet to the user's hand and act as an aide to prevent a tablet from being dropped. However, the article being carried is positioned generally over the wrist band, where it is readily accessible to the person wearing the present wrist band device. The wrist band has a receptacle, with a generally U-shaped article attachment bracket having one leg removably installed therein. The opposite leg of the bracket has an article (e.g., cell phone, pager, calculator, storage pouch, etc.) removably or permanently secured thereto.
