Abstract: The present invention provides a bag equipped with a deployable chair. The bag comprises: a main body unit having a space therein, a seating unit rotatably coupled to the main body unit and configured to rotate so as to provide a seating space, and a support unit configured to have a variable length from the main body unit toward the ground and support the seating space.

Abstract: A portable food tray is provided that attaches to outwear in use and is stowable in a pocket of a garment when not in use. The tray may have a flat, plastic and/or rigid base. The base may have an opening in a central portion of the base. One or more straps may span the opening and have a length that longer than the distance across the opening such that the one or more straps form a pocket. The pocket may be sized and shaped so an MRE pouch fits in the pocket and a portion of the MRE pouch that includes the opening is above the base. The base also has extensions that can be secured into a tactical vest for use.

Abstract: An improved yoga strap comprising at least two adjustable and locking buckles, one buckle at end of the improved yoga strap to create a loop at each end of the yoga strap, giving the improved yoga strap more utilitarian applications than a standard yoga strap. A second embodiment of an improved yoga strap has a center loop. A third embodiment has an elastic resistance band and clips.

Abstract: A retractable retrieval device comprising a lanyard, a retractable element, a retractable cord and a connecting element. The retractable element comprises a first end coupled to the lanyard and a retractable cord coupled to the connecting element is coupled to the retractable cord. The connecting element of the retractable retrieval device may be coupled to a reach extender.

Abstract: A device for adjusting the length of a cord for carrying a wind instrument comprises two parts which can be pushed into one another, of which the first cup-shaped part has a recess and four openings and the second part has, as insert, a groove with a U-turn as well as a recess and two guide grooves. A cord piece is guided around the groove, out of the device and through an eyelet of a hook. A further cord piece is guided through the guide grooves and the four openings. The device allows the cord piece to be guided through the groove, which is completely separated from the guidance of cord pieces through the guide grooves. The guide grooves contain elements for deflecting and inhibiting the movement of the cord pieces. The device enables a stable and torsion-proof handling of the length adjustment of the cord. The device makes it possible that the cord length cannot adjust automatically, not even if the cord is not tensioned.

Abstract: Provided is a bracket for a terminal with a camera module, which can photograph situations in which a user uses both hands while moving or acting. The bracket for the terminal with the camera module includes a hanger part having a bent shape so as to be hung around the neck of a user, a mounting part onto which the terminal is mounted, and a connection part connecting the hanger part and the mounting part.

Abstract: A backpack is disclosed which includes a pack for accommodating a load, a pair of shoulder straps extending from the pack from which to haul the load, and an anti-fatigue arrangement including a respective auxiliary handhold at opposing ends thereof to provide the user with access to each auxiliary handhold at a respective location in front of each shoulder of the user. The auxiliary handholds enable a user to maintain his or her arms in an elevated position when using the backpack and to selectively manipulate the backpack on the upper back of the user. Methods of modifying a backpack having shoulder straps for carrying a load to include a pair of auxiliary handholds are also disclosed.

Abstract: An attachment device that includes two portions of cord extending from a junction point from which a loop also extends. A locking element brings the portions of cord together at a site other than that of the junction point. The locking element is able to be passed through the loop to close the device on itself and ensure locking. The locking element is also able to slide along the portions of cord, thereby allowing the attachment device to be adjustable.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a lanyard adjuster that adjusts the length of a lanyard that passes through the lanyard adjuster. The lanyard adjuster includes a housing and a plate residing within the housing. The plate includes flanges that couple with locking slots of the housing to achieve a locked configuration. In the locked configuration, the plate contacts and applies a force on segments of the lanyard that passes through the lanyard adjuster. Therefore, the lengths of the lanyard on either side of the lanyard adjuster are fixed. The plate can be further decoupled from the housing to enable adjustment of the lengths of the lanyard on either side of the lanyard adjuster.

Abstract: A method of assisting in the mobility of a wheelbarrow includes the steps of coupling a first coupling arm and a second coupling arm of an assist device to a portion of a top edge of the wheelbarrow; orienting a first flexible connector and a second flexible connector underneath the wheelbarrow such that the first flexible connector and the second flexible connector are contactable with a shell of the wheelbarrow; grasping a handle coupled to the first flexible connector and the second flexible connector by an assistant; grasping handles of the wheelbarrow by an operator; applying a first force from the operator to the handles, elevating legs of the wheelbarrow; providing a second force by the assistant on the handle; and maintaining the first force while the second force is provided.

Abstract: An easily attachable and detachable auxiliary handle is provided for use with a tool having an elongate handle such as a shovel, pitchfork or the like. The point of attachment of the device to the tool handle can be adjusted along the length of the handle to suit the individual using the tool. The device requires no tools and is readily interchangeable between a variety of tools and is highly portable.

Abstract: A suspension training device includes at least one training unit having a support strap extending between a grip and a mounting end, whereby the mounting end can be mounted to a structure (such as a ceiling, door, post, etc.) so that the support strap and grip extend therefrom. The mounting end bears a mounting button which may be removably inserted into an aperture in the support strap, whereby the mounting end of the support strap may be wrapped about an object and the mounting button may be inserted in the aperture to mount the support strap to the object. The grip bears a handle with an arch extending therefrom. A user can easily grasp the handle with his/her hands, or engage a foot within the arch, when performing suspension training exercises.

Abstract: An ergonomic instrument strap designed to eliminate pressure points on a user's shoulder, neck, and back, and wear points on the strap. Unique curves in a portion of the strap draw the downward force out toward user's arm while shifting the strap off a user's shoulder blade, reducing fatigue on neck, back, and shoulder muscles. A wider portion over the shoulder helps to distribute force over wider area, reducing stress load on any one point. Additional layers of cloth and padding help to prevent strong downward forces, increasing comfort for the user. May be left orientation, right orientation, or reversible. Strap may include end pieces. Strap end pieces contain pockets with opening facing the user's body to allow the user to quickly recover if a pick is lost. Side opening prevents pick falling into pocket and becoming irretrievable. Strap may contain zero, one, or two end pieces.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a lightweight harness system that may be used to secure binoculars, cameras, and similar devices. The harness comprising a single strand of elastic cordage and fit for the harness may be altered using a single adjuster clip.

Abstract: A length-adjustable strap has two plies joined together to form a channel therebetween. The channel generally does not extend the entire length of the strap. At least one extender slidably engages in the channel. The extender may have holes therethrough or recesses that engage elements of one or more fasteners at or near the proximal end of the strap in an adjustment region outside of the channel. Mating screws are joined to the fastener(s) to secure the extender in place. Optionally, the fastener(s) and mating screws are replaced by a tie that threads through holes formed through the first ply and optionally the second ply as well as the hole(s) formed through the extender to secure the extender in place. Multiple fastening connections more evenly distribute the load.

Abstract: A bow carrier system that enables a hunter to easily and quickly accessed a hunting bow that is carried in a protected, hands-free manner. The system includes a bow with a mounting peg, a waist belt or chest harness mounted holster with an interior pocket that includes a vertically receiver slot. The mounting peg is attached to the bow in an offset location from its center axis so the bow automatically hangs with its longitudinal axis vertically aligned adjacent to the hunter's waist or back when attached to the holster. The peg includes a wide head attached to a narrow post. During use, the bow is positioned over the holster so the peg is oriented over the receiver slot in the holster. When the bow is moved downward, the peg slides into the receiver slot and captures the wide head. In another embodiment, the holster includes a rotating locking disc that engages the wide head that requires a combination movement of rotation and lifting of the bow in order to bow from the holster.

Abstract: Laminate lanyards and methods for making the same are disclosed. The laminate lanyards may include a head formed from a reinforcing loop of yarn incorporated within a scrim. The head can be coupled to the head section of a body, which also includes a main section that forms the loop of the laminate lanyard. A gusset can be coupled to ends of the main section of the body to couple the two ends of the body together and facilitate opening and closing of the loop of the laminate lanyard. A slider may also be included in laminate lanyard for adjusting the size of the loop.

The annular loop (3) is firmly connected in an area (7) to the holding ring (2); conversely, another area (8) of the annular loop (3) opposite to the fastened area (7) can be moved relative to the holding ring (2) (arrow 9).

Abstract: A musical instrument strap 100 has a neck band 101 worn on the back side of the neck of a musical instrument player, and also has a musical instrument connector 10 that is connected to both ends of the neck band 101 extending forward respectively from the left and right sides of the neck and connects the neck band 101 to a musical instrument. The musical instrument connector 10 has a flat plate 1 that prevents a right portion of the neck band 101 that extends forward from the right side of the neck, and a left portion of the neck band 101 that extends forward from the left side of the neck, from approaching each other, thereby maintaining the distance between the right portion and the left portion; and a hook 5 capable of engaging with the musical instrument. The flat plate 1 has a hole where the right end of the neck band 101 is connected and a hole where the left end of the neck band 101 is connected, and the left and right holes are spaced from each other by a predetermined distance.

Abstract: A system is described that includes a base adapted to hold a device which is removable therefrom, the system including a retractor mechanism coupled to the base and having a retractable cord wound thereon with both ends extending therefrom through at least one opening as a line part of the retractable cord for access by a wearer of the base, and setting means providing adjustability of a perch position on the wearer for the base.

Abstract: Systems and methods for carrying a weapon are described herein. While such systems and methods can include any suitable component, in some cases, they include a shoulder strap that is configured to attach at a shoulder portion of an upper torso garment. In some cases, the shoulder strap includes an attachment mechanism that is configured to attach the shoulder strap to the shoulder portion of the upper torso garment. In some cases, a weapon attachment, such as a D-ring and/or a lanyard is attached to the shoulder strap so as to be disposed on an anterior portion of the shoulder strap when the shoulder strap is worn by a user. In some cases, the shoulder strap is configured to retain a weapon (such as an assault rifle) in a state of near readiness. Other implementations are described.

Abstract: A strap lifter for use with a harness is shown and described. The harness may have two shoulder straps that support a central, front buckle for use at about the lower, central belly of a user. A generally horizontal buckle strap has a fixed, rigid lower loop beneath a movable, flexible upper loop secured to the front of the buckle strap. The lower and upper loops are generally parallel, and close, to each other. Typically, the distance between the two loops is slightly more than the thickness of a lifter strap which is threaded between the two loops. Preferably, a set of two harnesses is used by two persons standing face-to-face with a single lifter strap between them threaded through both of the buckles.

Abstract: The multi-purpose convertible carrier is a briefcase-styled housing inclusive of an adjustable strap, which supports said housing against an end user's torso or a car seat back. The housing opens to form a supporting surface upon which a laptop or tablet computer rests in perpendicular orientation with respect to the torso or car seat back. The adjustable strap extends around an end user's neck or a car seat head rest to support the housing thereon.

Abstract: Laminate lanyards and methods for making the same are disclosed. The laminate lanyards may include a head formed from a reinforcing loop of yarn incorporated within a scrim. Abstract: A display assembly, that is easily transported to a presentation site and can quickly and easily be converted from carrying mode to a free standing exhibit display of a plurality of golf club shafts. The display assembly comprises a canvas backdrop serving also as a carrying case. The backdrop having defined on an inner side a plurality of longitudinally friction fitted, aligned sleeves which hold and display a corresponding number of golf club shafts. By inserting three thin rods, which can be metal, wood or hard plastic such as polyurethane, into corresponding compartments and then pulling upward on a cloth handle, a free standing display is created. The supporting structure of the display is provided by a combination of the rods and the golf club shafts. Hook and loop straps wrap around and tightly contain the assembly when it is transported.

Abstract: An enhanced camera transport system includes a primary strap and a selectively removable secondary strap which allows a user to comfortably carry and transport two cameras simultaneously. The straps each comprise couplers that are configured to engage with an attachment point on a camera otherwise reserved by engagement with a camera stand such as a tripod, monopod, or the like. Following general camera construction, the attachment points are found on the bottom of the cameras. In some embodiments, the couplers are slidably attached to the straps to assist with repositioning of the cameras from a transport position to a picture taking position.

Abstract: A carrying bag including an adjustable shoulder strap as well as an adjustable secondary strap that fits across a wearer's back and around an arm opposite the shoulder strap and that has a pouch integrally attached to a carrier body thereof, the pouch accessible by both a zipper and through an opening having a flap thereover. The presently defined preferred embodiment consists of: three front pockets for a cell phone, a palm pilot, a USB key, a MP3 player, money clip, etc.; another larger zipper pocket situated behind the flap pockets to hold flat items like a checkbook, a passport, tickets, etc.; an adjustable strap to customize the shoulder fit for most people; and, a set of attachment clips allowing the invention to be reversed for wear on either shoulder. Besides being a new fashion accessory, the invention's functionalities are intended to provide easier access and increased comfort when compared to similar items being carried on a belt, about the waist or in pockets.

Abstract: A neck-mounted personal eating apparatus designed to facilitate eating by a person away from a table, is herein disclosed. The apparatus comprises a rectangular tray equipped with a raised lip around the entire perimeter to prevent liquid spills or loss of crumbs. The short side edges of the tray are provided with an adjustable padded neck strap which goes up and around the rear neck area of the user and attaches to the opposite sides of the tray. The neck strap comprises a flexible plastic “U”-shape strap having a plurality of holes to allow for adjustment. The holes connect to molded ball-end appendages located on either side of the tray. In such a manner, the neck strap can be easily resized to suit all size users from large adults to small children. Additionally, the apparatus comprises an angled fixed length strap that connects to the neck strap to help keep the tray level and prevent movement during use.

Abstract: A gun sling for carrying a rifle or shotgun is adjustable to serve either as a bungee sling or a fixed-length, non-stretch sling. In a preferred embodiment this is realized with a flexible sheath forming a portion of the sling, with a bungee cord or stretchable strap inside the sheath. With the bungee relaxed the sheath forms a non-stretchable but flexible portion of the sling. When the bungee cord is stretched and tensioned, the sheath gathers and shortens so that the bungee provides for a desired length of stretch.

Abstract: A stand-up surfboard carrier includes two upward facing hook members sized and shaped to fit around a surfboard side edge. The hook members have inner, terminating portions, lower curved portions, and outer extended shaft portions. The shaft portions of the hook members are angled away from a centerline located between them at a first predetermined angle and are joined to a horizontal handle member at an end of each shaft portion. A shoulder strap is looped about the handle member and is sized and shaped to allow the surfboard to rest in the first and second hook members and below an armpit of a user. The handle member is offset outwardly from the shaft portions by a distance sufficient to provide a space for fingers of the user between the handle member and the surfboard. The carrier can be formed in two joining portions which disassemble for transport and storage.

The width of the strap is designed to distribute the weight of a skateboard over a larger portion of the chest and back of a person carrying the skateboard. The strap has two loops affixed thereto, one loop at each end of opposite ends. A first loop of the two loops is designed to be engaged over one wheel of a front truck of a skateboard and a second loop of the two loops is designed to be engaged over one wheel of a rear truck of the skateboard.

Abstract: A portable cooler has a thermally isolating outer shell defining an internal compartment for holding contents to be kept cool, such as, for example, food, drinks and temperature-sensitive medicine. The portable cooler has a door connected to the outer shell for providing unrestricted access to the internal compartment. The portable cooler may have a shelf for holding a cold gel pack to help keep the contents cool. The cooler may also have a plurality of dividers (that are optionally reconfigurable) for defining variously sized storage spaces for the contents. The cooler may have an aesthetically pleasing curved outer shell and an adjustable shoulder strap so that the cooler can be carried on a person's shoulder. Because the cooler is easy and comfortable to carry and because its large swing-open door provides full and quick access to its contents, this cooler is more ergonomic and aesthetic than traditional designs.
