    Abstract: A lightweight waterproof pouch for carrying personal objects such as cash, a watch, credit cards, a wallet, and the like in a wet environment and for keeping those objects safe and dry comprises an outer enclosure formed of flexible material, a removable, resealable, waterproof inner pouch liner for insertion into the outer enclosure, and a strap attached to the outer enclosure for holding the pouch around a wearer's body. The inner pouch liner forms a watertight compartment when closed for keeping the personal objects dry.
