To attach the saddlebag to the motor vehicle, the cam in each mounting assembly is rotated until the cam is firmly engaged with the cam spindle.

Consequently, the carrier rack can, quickly and easily, be fitted on, and removed from, a two-wheeled vehicle such as a bicycle or mountain bike.
