Abstract: A tactical belt or belt accessory system comprising an integral single layer strap having a two opposite ends, a top edge and a bottom edge, and at least one row of a plurality of openings distributed lengthwise along the strap between the two opposite ends, the openings being separated by links that are an integral part of the single layer strap, the openings configured to facilitate attachment of MOLLE-compatible accessories along a horizontal axis or a vertical axis without skipping any of the links.

Abstract: Representative implementations of devices and techniques provide a thigh mount assembly, to mount and to support an implement (such as a handgun, for example), an implement holster (such as a handgun holster or shell, for example), or the like, along with one or more accessories (duty pouches such as magazine carriers, a baton holder, a pepper spray canister, flashlight, or other carriers or accessories, for example) in a variety of configurations while worn on a person. Alternately, the thigh mount assembly may be used as a support for additional accessories (e.g., weapons, tools, instruments, supplies, etc.) as desired, such as accessories that are desired to be carried on the person. The assembly includes one or more removable or permanent attachment devices that may be used to temporarily or permanently attach the one or more accessories, as well as multiple attachment points that may also be used in like manner.

Abstract: A firearm carrier that is design and configured to hold a firearm. In one embodiment, the firearm is a pump-action (or slide-action) firearm, such as a scattergun. The firearm can have a rear portion with a pistol grip, and a forward portion with a barrel and a pump-action (or slide-action) receiver. The firearm carrier can be secured to a user's waist and leg, and then the firearm can be removably secured to the firearm carrier. Advantageously, the firearm carrier is configured to receive a portion of the barrel of the firearm and can thus be secured to the firearm carrier. The firearm can also be rapidly removed from the firearm carrier should the user desire to remove the firearm from the firearm carrier.

Abstract: Representative implementations of devices and techniques provide a ankle holster assembly to mount and to support an implement (such as a handgun, for example) or an implement holster (such as a handgun holster, for example), or the like, in a variety of configurations. The ankle holster assembly includes a base having a receiver and a post having a shaft, the shaft arranged to be inserted into the receiver to removably couple the post to the base.

Abstract: A pack having a body defining a volume for the containment of items. The body has a height, width, and depth, and, optionally, at least one body strap coupled to the pack body. An elevator system is associated with a compartment of the pack. The elevator system includes: (i) a cradle that is movable upwardly and downwardly in the compartment and which is configured with a support portion to receive an item storable in the compartment; and (ii) a coupling system that couples the cradle to a user grasp element disposed on the pack. The pulling of the grasp element lifts the cradle from a lower position in the compartment to a raised position. The raising of the cradle is sufficient to allow a stored item that is enclosable in the compartment to protrude from the compartment.

Abstract: A retaining apparatus includes a body having retainers for securing a plurality of tools thereto. A first and second hanger each has a first and second end. The hanger first ends each include an attachment member securable to a wearer. The hanger second ends each are secured to the body. The first hanger is spaced from the second hanger along a longitudinal extent of the body. A leg strap is secured to the body, and the leg strap includes a fastening device to allow the leg strap to be opened and closed and secured around the thigh of a wearer.

Abstract: An apparatus for carrying flying discs in such a way that the apparatus does not interfere with the selection and throwing of the flying discs. In one embodiment, a flying disc caddy includes a holster, a belt, and a strap. The holster includes a pouch and dividers. The dividers are spaced apart inside the pouch to form pockets or slots. The pockets receive individual flying discs. The holster is slideably attached to a belt. The belt is configured to wrap around the waist of a disc golf player. The belt secures the holster such that the opening of the holster is aligned to the waist. The holster is also attached to a strap. The strap is configured to wrap around the thigh of a disc golf player. The strap secures the lower end of the pouch to the thigh such that the pouch does not flail during play.

Abstract: The present invention includes a mountable holster for a package of stick electrodes and methods for mounting electrodes to an operator. In a particular embodiment, a mountable holster includes an electrode storage cavity extending longitudinally between a top receiving end and a bottom retaining end, a first surrounding member extending laterally about a perimeter of the electrode storage cavity, the first surrounding member forming the top receiving end of the holster; a pair of vertical members each extending longitudinally about the cavity along opposite sides of the cavity between the first surrounding strap and the bottom retaining end; a leg band extending from the holster and configured to be secured about a leg of an operator; and, a belt mount extending from the holster and configured to be secured to a belt of the operator.

Abstract: A fitting system cart is provided for golf club heads and shafts which have releasable connections between the golf club head and the shaft. The fitting system cart includes a base with a back panel, two side panels, and a top panel which all define an interior portion, a shaft container, and a set of golf club head cases. The fitting system cart may include two door panels connected to the base and movable between an open and closed position. The fitting system cart may include a set of cases for carrying golf club heads. The cases may have a bottom portion for holding golf club heads and a top portion connected to the bottom portion, wherein the top portion rotates between an open and a closed position. The shaft container may have a configuration wherein the shaft container is closed, and a configuration wherein the shaft container is open.

Abstract: An apparatus for carrying flying discs in such a way that the apparatus does not interfere with the selection and throwing of the flying discs. In one embodiment, a flying disc caddy includes a holster, a belt, and a strap. The holster includes a pouch and dividers. The dividers are spaced apart inside the pouch to form pockets or slots. The pockets receive individual flying discs. The holster is slideably attached to a belt. The belt is configured to wrap around the waist of a disc golf player. The belt secures the holster such that the opening of the holster is aligned to the waist. The holster is also attached to a strap. The strap is configured to wrap around the thigh of a disc golf player. The strap secures the lower end of the pouch to the thigh such that the pouch does not flail during play.

Abstract: A system for carrying and changing pre-rigged fish hooks comprising a fish hook carrying device including a flexible support structure having a hook retainer end and line retainer end. The hook retainer end includes a fish hook retainer and the line retainer end includes a plurality of sleeves. Each separate sleeve is for accepting a weight attached to the line of a different pre-rigged fish hook. Each separate weight provides a constant downward straightening force on the line to which it is attached when the carrying device is flexed by a fisherman. The system may further include pairs of indicia, one on the hook retainer and one on a corresponding sleeve, to aid a visually impaired fisherman to keep the line of each pre-rigged fish hook untangled along the support structure.

Abstract: A mounting plate and leg harness assembly for carrying holsterable items having a rigid center portion and vertically disposed sides and two spaced side panels integral with a respective side of the center portion, each side panel having an outside edge, a first pair of vertically spaced elongate slots located adjacent the center portion and a second pair of vertically spaced elongate slots located adjacent the outside edge. Two horizontally disposed straps are threaded through the respective upper and lower slots with the straps spanning the center portion. The side panels are bendable adjacent the respective sides of the center portion to conform the plate to the shape of the leg of a wearer when the straps are tightened. A vertical adjustable strap is mounted to the plate for connection to a belt.

The tool(s) remain secured, so as not to fall out of the worker's range or fall to a point where the tools become lost.

Abstract: A fishing pole support system for mounting and supporting a fishing pole comprising: a waist belt, where said waist belt is capable being is strapped around a user's waist; a Velcro strap, where said Velcro strap extends around the outer portion of the belt; a rod holder provided on one side of the belt; a leg strap, where said strap that extends vertically downward from the belt; and a means to secure the leg strap to the leg of the user. The belt may be adjusted and secured through the use of the Velcro strap. The rod holder may be a loop type of holder that provides a mechanism to insert a fishing rod there through. In one particular embodiment, adjustment buckles are provided along the length of the leg strap and provide a mechanism to vertically adjust the leg strap to suit the user.

Abstract: A harness 10 for supporting at least two firearm accessories from a wearer's belt includes a primary support 20, a belt latch 22 for removably connecting the primary support to the belt, and a curvilinear rail 16 secured to the primary support opposite the belt latch for positioning about the thigh of the user. The rail 16 may support a handgun holster 12 and one or more other firearm accessories 14 each spaced along the rail. A strap 30 is provided for removably connecting the rail to the thigh of the wearer. A harness may also support a rail directly from the wearer's belt.

Abstract: An escape/ladder belt and harness assembly having an improved attachment arrangement and adjustment capabilities. The assembly features a waist belt having a coupling and fastener each featuring at least two slots separated by at least one bar. The fastener being connectable to the coupling to enable the waist belt to fasten around a user. The waist belt being removeably attached to an article worn by the user through a plurality of tabs. At least some of the tabs fastening the coupling and fastener to the article. The waist belt extending around the user and though a tension adjustment buckle so as to allow for waist tension to be set by pulling the free end of the waist belt in an intuitive forward motion that provides for improved tightening around the user.

Abstract: A holder for compound tray and tools that includes a flexible sheet assembly that is removably mounted to a belt positioned around a user's waist. The sheet assembly includes a number of pockets with magnets designed for holding tools inside. Reinforcement members are mounted to the upper and lower edges of the sheet assembly to hold the sheet assembly in an extended position yet there are no reinforcement members along the lateral edges to still permit some flexibility of the sheet assembly. A tray holder assembly is mounted to the reinforcement adjacent to the lower edge. A tray holder supporting assembly, like cords, keeps the tray holder in a substantially horizontal position. Magnetic elements that are mounted to the tray and tray holder cause the tray to come toward the tray holder providing stability to the structure. Locking members can also be removably mounted to the tray and tray holder assembly to keep them together.

Abstract: A holster for carrying a welding/cutting torch system comprising two bottles, an igniter, a torch and respective interconnecting hoses between respective valves for the two bottles and the torch, the holster having a main panel serving as a back panel of the holster and two separate bottle pouches attached to a front side of the main panel. Each bottle pouch has an open top sized and configured to slide and store therein respective welding/cutting bottles leaving an upper portion of the bottles extending above the open top. An igniter pouch and torch pouch are included which are sized and configured to slide and store therein the corresponding igniter and torch. The holster is strapped to a user's thigh and may also be secured using straps from the main panel to a user's waist belt or draped around a shoulder. A pouch is also provided for storing the system hoses.

Abstract: A tactical device holster (TDH) system is described that is a complete carry and deployment solution allowing for split-second deployment of hand-held non-lethal/lethal deployable devices (HNLDD) by tactical personnel. The TDH system allows tactical personnel to deploy HNLDDs without having to disarm because deployment requires only a single hand, and the TDH system indexes the HNLDD in the proper position for deployment. The TDH system allows the HNLDD to go from secure carry to deployment in under one second while not impeding the deadly force option during deployment. The TDH system keeps the fuze lever of the HNLDD fixed in a pre-specified position. The HNLDD is not altered for use with the TDH system and allows quick insertion of the HNLDD. The TDH system supports numerous HNLDDs and tactical pyrotechnic and incendiary devices, and can be fixed to various tactical clothing, vests, holsters, equipment, and vehicle components.

Abstract: This invention provides a holster for a concealed handheld firearm, wherein there is a back panel with a relatively stiff frame, and a front panel with latching means that swings open and away from the body of the person wearing the holster. When the front panel is opened, the firearm is exposed for easy and rapid withdrawal for use, and simultaneously, the interior of the front panel is exposed to view and displays credentials of the wearer to carry and use a concealed firearm.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a load bearing apparatus, and more particularly, to a passive exoskeleton whereby a load may be placed on the passive exoskeleton and thereby transfer weight of the load from the passive exoskeleton to a ground surface. The passive exoskeleton comprises a rigid body member for attaching proximate a portion of a user's body, a sliding rod attached with the body member, and a ground surface engage-able foot analog attached with the sliding rod. When a user places a load on the body member, weight of the load from is transferred from the body member, through the sliding rod, and into the foot analog, causing the passive exoskeleton to support at least a portion of the load.

Main body, front cover, top panel, bottom panel and the zipper tracks define a generally rectangular shaped ticket compartment that carries a number of traffic ticket books and tickets. An elongated belt strap is releasably attached to the traffic ticket book holder for suspending the traffic book holder from the belt of the user. A flexible thigh strap is attached to the main body of the traffic ticket book holder to the upper thigh area of the user and a thigh adjustment piece to provide adjustment of the thigh strap for varying thigh sizes.

Abstract: A modular leg pack system is shown and described, embodiments of which include a belt or belt sleeve for wearing around the body, and preferably at the top of the hips, and preferably two thigh opposing bags. The thigh bags extend from just below the belt to above the knee. One or more top connectors attach the top of the bag to the belt, and a bottom leg strap extends from the bottom of the bag around the inside of the leg. To assist in natural movement of the bag with the leg, the preferred top connectors have a pivot point that allows the bag to pivot in a direction parallel to the motion of the leg. Additionally, it is preferred to have the top connector rotatable relative to the belt in a plane perpendicular to the outer surface of the belt, and rotatable relative to the bag in a plane perpendicular to the back plane of the bag. Openings of the bags are positioned to be easily accessible by the user, usually on the top of the bag.

A tool carrier extends through the slot and is releasably attached to the at least one band portion.

Abstract: A locking action holster has a hip plate (2) and at least one adjustable mount (1). A shroud (45) may be secured to the adjustable mount (1) to form a strapless shoulder holster. The adjustable mount (1) may be reconfigured on the hip plate (2) to extend downwardly. A lower mount (30) is then connected with the adjustable mount (1) to form a rotary hinge (32). The shroud (45) may be secured to the lower mount (30), with strap (47) securing the lower mount (30) to a wearer's leg, thus forming a thigh holster.

Abstract: A multi-configurable holster system includes a rail system that allows a holster to be positioned in an infinite amount of positions and configurations. The rail system may attach to various parts of the body. The system may include a firearm holster, a magazine holster, a handcuff holster and a flashlight or baton holster. Each holster is adjustable and may accommodate various sized pieces of law enforcement equipment.

The storage compartment has a top opening having a holding portion formed by a top edge of the pouch panel. The quick-attach arrangement includes a pair of reinforcing elements spacedly provided at the top opening of the storage compartment for selectively adjusting a width of the holding portion of the top opening, so as to securely hold a wrist of the weapon in the storage compartment in position.

Abstract: A belt-attached accessory pocket for containing articles, such as a personal communication device, has a rectangular portion and is made from flexible fabric. It has front and rear surfaces, an open upper edge, and sealed lower, leading and trailing edges. A reinforcing panel of durable material, such as leather, encloses the leading edge and adjacent portions of the front and rear surfaces and resists damage due to abrasion. The panel preferably has a holster shape. The upper edge of the panel is substantially coextensive with the upper edge of the accessory pocket and includes a flap that releasably closes the open upper edge. The pocket may further include a separate, inner cell phone pocket affixed to the fabric. The pocket may also include a pair of leather thongs to be tied around the leg of the wearer.

Abstract: A convenience container (e.g., bag, tote, or case), mounted on a person (e.g., via a belt or belt loop), work bench, or work area, simplifies access and organization of tie wraps or cable ties in the work environment. The can be made of a heavy canvas cloth and includes a cut-out in the front that allows a user to reach in with his/her fingers, grasp a tie in the tote, and pull it out for use while preventing the other ties from spilling out at the same time. An access flap at the top, bottom, or side (optionally closed with Velcro, snap, or zipper) allows loading and unloading of ties into and from the tote. A belt loop on the back allows easy attachment to a utility or regular belt on the side, back, or front of one's person. Alternatively, a belt is included with the tote. Optionally, for larger versions of the tote, an additional (removable) thigh strap is included which allows the tote to be more securely fastened to the leg and prevents it from swinging free.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a bifurcated carrier pack for electively transporting snowboard equipment either in a traditional, back-mounted position or in an unconventional, hip-mounted position. A snowboard may be removably attached to the bifurcated pack while in a back-mounted position for transportation and detachment ease. When the user elects to remove the snowboard from the pack, the bifurcated pack may be easily configured to a hip-mounted position to shift the user's center of gravity from a superior center of gravity to an inferior center of gravity for improving the downhill snowboarding experience. The bifurcated pack comprises a pair of storage compartments, two shoulder straps and an abdominal encircling belt. At the election of the user, the storage compartments may be pivoted about their lower half to achieve either a back-mounted configuration or a hip-mounted configuration. The shoulder straps secure the storage compartments in place while in either configuration.

Abstract: A holder allows a portable terminal to be held selectively on a waist or a thigh. The portable terminal holder comprises an accommodating unit for accommodating the portable terminal, and plural wearing units for having the accommodating unit worn on a body. The plural wearing units include a thigh fixing band to be worn on the thigh, a belt fixing band to be suspended on a waist belt, and a waist belt band having only an inserting unit slightly wider than the width of the belt. The units are attached to the accommodating unit.

Abstract: A pack for wearing around the waist, that may include a shoulder strap or a leg strap. The wearable pack includes a waist belt and a tool pouch that has at least one carrying component. The tool pouch detachably joins to the waist belt with first and second suspending connectors that include a fastener component mounted on the belt and a member connected to the pouch and the fastener component. The members diverge upwardly from one another from the pouch to their respective fastener components. The present invention provides a system for attaching the tool pouch to the waist belt with maximum stability. The present invention includes a tool pouch that is further attachable to either a shoulder strap or a leg strap. This provides a triangular attachment that helps to stabilize the pouch and distribute the weight of the pouch.

Abstract: A locking action holster has a hip plate (2) and at least one adjustable mount (1). A shroud (45) may be secured to the adjustable mount (1) to form a strapless shoulder holster. The adjustable mount (1) may be reconfigured on the hip plate (2) to extend downwardly. A lower mount (30) is then connected with the adjustable mount (1) to form a rotary hinge (32). The shroud (45) may be secured to the lower mount (30), with strap (47) securing the lower mount (30) to a wearer's leg, thus forming a thigh holster.

Because of the extended portions and the loop and pile fasteners, there is considerable flexibility in the size and shape of an object, which can be safely carried in the holster.

Abstract: A tactical rig to be worn by police and military personnel includes an accessory panel which is strapped to the thigh of an individual and which is secured to the belt of the wearer with an adjustable strap. The accessory panel includes three heavy straps secured to itself including a series of stitchings which define loops for attaching pouches. One of the pouches may be a holster, which is secured to the panel with a fastener, such as a spring clip passing through one of the loops. The holster is generally U-shaped in cross-section and includes extended portions having loop and pile fasteners which combine to provide a double wrap around a handgun with an attached tactical light or other object carried in the holster. Because of the extended portions and the loop and pile fasteners, there is considerable flexibility in the size and shape of an object, which can be safely carried in the holster.

Abstract: A modular leg pack system is shown and described, embodiments of which include a belt or belt sleeve for wearing around the body, and preferably at the top of the hips, and preferably two thigh opposing bags. The thigh bags extend from just below the belt to above the knee. One or more top connectors attach the top of the bag to the belt, and a bottom leg strap extends from the bottom of the bag around the inside of the leg. To assist in natural movement of the bag with the leg, the preferred top connectors have a pivot point that allows the bag to pivot in a direction parallel to the motion of the leg. Additionally, it is preferred to have the top connector rotatable relative to the belt in a plane perpendicular to the outer surface of the belt, and rotatable relative to the bag in a plane perpendicular to the back plane of the bag. Openings of the bags are positioned to be easily accessible by the user, usually on the top of the bag.

Abstract: A support device (1) is for supporting a portable handheld work apparatus including an overhead branch cutter (3). The support device (1) is held to the body of the operator (17) via a belt arrangement (2). The support device (1) includes a cup (15) which has support straps (11) which are fixed to the cup (15). The free ends of the support straps (11) can be coupled to the belt arrangement (2).

Abstract: An arm support device for steadying the wearer's weight bearing arm and transferring weight from the arm to the torso. The device is useful over a range of activities which require supporting an implement with one arm, including but not limited to videography, hunting, marksmanship, or fishing. The device comprises a shoulder strap with a cushion mounted thereon. The strap is looped over the head of the wearer and rests on the shoulder opposite the weight bearing arm. The adjustable strap crosses over the front of the wearer's body, under the weight bearing arm, and across the back of the wearer, returning to the shoulder. The strap thereby forms a continuous loop diagonally around the torso of the wearer. The cushion is slidably mounted to the strap, and in use, is positioned between the weight bearing arm and torso. In this manner, the weight is transferred from the arm inwardly to the torso and downwardly to the opposite shoulder.
