The dispenser wall or walls adjacent to the circumference of the roll are provided with a first aperture through which the material, unwindable from the outside of the cylindrical roll can be drawn from the dispenser and a wall adjacent to an end face of the roll is provided with a second aperture through which the material unwindable from the inside of the roll, can be drawn from the dispenser.
