Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a paperboard sealing disc for use in a packaging container, comprising a peripheral edge portion surrounding a tear-open part having a push-tab and a pull-away part. The tear-open part is delimited from the peripheral edge portion by a first cutting line in the first side and by a second cutting line in the second side. Said first cutting line being provided at a distance d1 from said sealing disc outer edge, and said second cutting line being provided at a distance d2 from said sealing disc outer edge. The push-tab is at least partly delimited from the pull-away part by a folding line. At the push-tab d1>d2 and at the pull-away part d4>d3. Furthermore, d1 at said push-tab is substantially the same as d4 at said pull-away part and d2 at said push-tab is substantially the same as d3 at said pull-away part.

Abstract: A carton for holding at least one article includes a plurality of panels and a plurality of end flaps. The plurality of panels at least partially defines an interior space of the carton, and includes a first side panel and a second side panel foldably connected to the first side panel. At least a portion of the first side panel and at least a portion of the second side panel are reconfigurable between an open position allowing access to the interior space and a closed position wherein the access to the interior space is restricted. The plurality of end flaps is respectively foldably connected to respective panels of the plurality of panels and form a closed end portion of the carton. The closed end portion is removable from the carton to allow access to the interior space.

Abstract: A dispenser box having a modified rectangular shape with leaf-shaped end walls and partly curved main walls that may form symmetrically or non-symmetrically configured halves of the dispenser box. The first main wall has a substantially flat surface extending from a first side edge of the dispenser box and changing into a curved surface when moving in a direction from the first side edge towards a second side edge of the dispenser box. The second main wall has a corresponding substantially flat surface at the second side edge, which changes into a curved surface when moving in a direction towards the first side edge.

In order to impart to the packaging laminate (10) increased rigidity and thereby make for the production of packaging containers with improved gripping properties, the packaging laminate (10) has an additional layer (12) of mineral-filled polyolefin between the paper or paperboard layer (11) and one of the two outer, liquid-tight coatings (14).

Abstract: This relates to a carton or cup having a conventional type of gable end which includes sealing flaps which are heat sealed or bonded to one another. The cup is particularly adapted to be closed by hand wherein control over the sealing flap positions is not possible as in the case of machine closed cups. Accordingly, the intermediate folded sealing flaps are so configurated wherein the folded ends thereof will be spaced so as to define therebetween a leak path. One of the front and rear sealing flaps will be provided with a bead of hot melt material which will be aligned with the leak path and when the sealing flaps are heat bonded together, the hot melt material will melt and fill the leak path.

Abstract: A fluid packaging means comprises tubular side walls and end walls disposed at the ends thereof, forming a bottom and a top, wherein the top comprises thermoplastic material without a carrier material, is injection moulded to the outer edge of the tube along that edge and has a pouring means, and the bottom is quadrangular and has triangular flaps which are folded over to lie against at least one adjacent panel. In order to provide such a packaging means with a particularly advantagoeus bottom, the invention proposes that at least two mutually oppositely disposed triangular flaps of the bottom are folded inwardly into the plane of the bottom or outwardly on to the side wall, about the lower edge between the bottom and the side wall, and fixed in that position.
