The device also includes a strip having first and second sections, the first section in the form of a forked end with first and second legs. The first and second legs include an adhesive coating for attaching the legs to the first and second surfaces, respectively, with the edge therebetween of the second portion of the container. A second half of a hook and loop type fastener assembly is mounted on the second section of the strip attachable to the first half of the hook and loop type fastener.
