    Abstract: An arched clamshell type carton formed from a one piece blank of paperboard having cut lines and score lines. The bottom of the carton is square, with each of two opposite sidewalls having spaced apart, coplanar ears, each of the latter being semicircular. The other two opposite sidewalls of the bottom are elongated and are each bent around the edges of respective opposite, aligned ears. The ends of these latter walls carry hooks and also handle forming panels, the hooks being each engaged with a respective latching flap positioned between respective pairs of ears.

    Abstract: A presentation basket device is set forth for enabling the basket to accommodate a variety of specialized festive occasions. The basket comprises a woven container portion with an overlying handle of conventional construction with a separable partition selectively securable in a variety of orientations to effect compartmental size changes, as desired. An outer fringe is securable to a projecting rib integrally secured to the basket by an underlying "L" shaped series of brackets to enable securement about the rib of various fringes indicative of the various festive occasions for which the basket is intended.

    Abstract: A tote carrier formed from a generally planar blank of sheet material cut and scored to comprise a rectangular bottom panel, a pair of side wall panels and a pair of end wall panels hingedly connected to the bottom panel, and a pair of end foldover panels hingedly connected to the ends of each side wall panel. The side and end wall panels are folded upwardly to define an open top receptacle region. The end foldover panels are folded inwardly and may be attached either to the inner or outer surfaces of the end wall panels to secure the carrier in an upright position. Striplike portions along the top of each side wall panel, and an adjacent striplike portion of each end foldover panel, are separated from the corresponding side wall or end foldover panel by a cut line to define a pair of handle straps, while each end of the handle straps remain connected to the adjoining end foldover panels.

    Abstract: There is disclosed herein a foldable blank for use in forming a basket-like container and which may be part of a kit.The blank includes an eight-sided base and eight tab-like wall sections foldably secured to the base along each side at a base score line. Securement slots are formed in the base adjacent the score lines. Each wall section includes an outer wall panel which is secured at one end to the base. A triangular locking panel is secured to a side edge of the outer panel and a top edge panel to the other end of the outer panel. An inner wall panel is secured at one end to the top edge panel and has a securement tab at the other end. The wall sections are pivoted upwardly along the base score line, the locking panel of an adjacent section positioned against the inward surface of the outer panel, and the inner panel folded downwardly to trap and lock the locking panel in position. The inner panel securement tab engages the securement slot and locks the inner panel in position.
