Abstract: A process includes coding or marking a first side of a ream of paper such that a first mark appears on an edge of each sheet of paper of the ream of paper. This coding or marking results in the first mark absorbing onto a top surface and a bottom surface of each sheet of paper of the ream of paper. The coding or marking can either convey information or serve a function such as assisting in folding a sheet of paper.

Abstract: A multi-panel sterilization assembly that includes a barrier panel formed of permeable material having barrier properties, side tabs that include grip portions for folding or unfolding the barrier panel; and a fold protection panel. The barrier panel has a first end and a second end opposite the first end, a first edge and a third edge, each such edge being generally perpendicular to the first end, and a midpoint to generally delineate the barrier panel into a content receiving region extending from approximately the first end to the midpoint and a content covering region extending from the midpoint to approximately the second end. The side tabs are located between the first end and the midpoint of the barrier panel and at or near the first edge and the third edge. The fold protection panel is in juxtaposed communication with the barrier panel such that after folding the content covering region and the first and third edges over the content receiving region, the fold protection panel covers them.

According to the envelope sheet, the content can be prevented from being inadequately stuffed into an envelope transformed from the envelope sheet.

The blank includes a frame having a frame front panel and a frame rear panel, the frame rear panel being connected to a mailer rear panel along a fold line. A mailer front panel is foldably connected to the mailer front panel, wherein the mailer front panel and mailer rear panel effectively sandwich the frame front panel and frame rear panel therebetween.
