    Abstract: A label printer includes a storage section which stores label papers where an adhesive layer is arranged opposite to a printing surface; a printing section; a cutting section which cuts the printed label papers sequentially from one end to an other end of a printed label paper in a width direction of the papers by vertically moving a movable blade towards a fixed blade; a stage which is arranged at the downstream side in the paper conveyance direction of the cutting section and receives a cut label; and a projection section which is arranged in an area of the stage corresponding to a part where the movable blade of the cutting section positioned at a lowest point is positioned lower than the stage, and projects from a top surface of the stage, where the area is one third of a width of the label paper.

    Abstract: A punch press has a punching tool assembly removably coupled to the ram, and it carries a plurality of punching pins which are individually selectable for a punching operation. A rotatable cam moves the selected punch pin from a retracted position in the tool assembly to an operative punching position, and the cam is driven by a retractable drive mechanism which is movable into engagement with the rotatable cam to effect such rotation and retracted to an inoperative position, by a moving means. Control means is provided to effect operation of the moving means and of the drive mechanism, and is operable to effect precise rotation of the cam member.

    Abstract: An apparatus for punching of symbols into template material with a punching tool. The punching tool has punching pins selectable by corresponding selector means. An operating mechanism, after selection of the punching pins by the corresponding selector means presses the punching pins through the template material in a grid arrangement characteristic of each symbol to be punched into the template material. The punching tool has several parallel rows of punching pins, of different punch sizes for punching of symbols in different sizes of lettering and/or types of lettering. The selector means selects and operates the punching pins of only one punching row, in any desired combination for punching of symbols according to a straight-line dot grid.
