If a hot water tank connected upstream of the water outlet fitting increasingly contracts as the heated water therein cools, air can nevertheless be sucked in via the perforated structure and the pressure can be equalized. If excessive pressures builds up with the heating of the water in the hot water tank, the bypass valve moves from a closed position into an open position counter to a resetting force.

The sleeve is moveable on the conduit between an open position where the conduit through opening is in communication with the sleeve opening and a closed position where the conduit through opening is not in communication with the sleeve opening.

    Abstract: A shower head comprises a hot-water treating mechanism accommodated in a water passage formed in a shower head case of the shower head. For example, these materials are arranged concentrically, through which hot water is made to flow from the center to the periphery. In order to realize this concentrical arrangement of these materials, these materials are made to be a sheet structure, and are overlaid and wound to form a sheet roll. Acrylic active carbon fiber can be used as the active carbon fiber. The shower head can effectively remove chlorine from a large flow rate of hot water having a temperature of about 40 degrees of centigrade. Further, it is possible to reduce in weight of the shower head having a hot-water treating mechanism below 300 grams.

Once the piston is retracted, the barrel opens to its full diameter allowing lodged particles to be flushed away. When the ring valve is in its first position, the recessed cavity communicates with both the opening and the channel passageways to form a primary fluid passageway, permitting water to flow through both the primary and the secondary fluid passageways. When the ring valve is in its second position, the inner surface of the ring valve blocks the opening through the nozzle sidewall such that fluid flows through only the secondary fluid passageways rather than the primary channel passageways.
