    Abstract: A positioning and binding buckle includes a main body and a positioning element, and the main body is formed by bending a plate to form two side plates and a connecting portion, and a hollow is formed between the two side plates and two stop portions are formed at the bottom of the two side plates and passed through a buckle hole a containing hole containing a compression spring, and positioning element is disposed across the two side plates by its cut groove and limited between at least two opposite lugs, and the positioning element is passed through the containing hole by an insert pin and pushed by the bottom edge of the compression spring, and the positioning element can be lifted towards the connecting portion and pushed back by the compression spring, such that the bottom is aligned evenly with the stop portion.

    Abstract: A buckling device for safety belts includes a buckle made of metal material and bent to form a projected holder. A wider segment of the holder is used to insert a side of the safety belt to the buckle. On each of two sides of a narrower segment of the holder is mounted a second side plate. Between two second side plates is defined a locking unit by using a shank. On an upper rim of the second side plate is a recess. The locking unit includes an engagement member in which a rotary member, a fixing piece, a compression spring, a mounting member, and a torsion spring are received. A fastening member includes a bottom sheet, with a wider segment thereof being used to insert another side of the safety belt. The fastening member further includes a retaining pore secured on a narrower segment thereof.

The ornamental backing may contain ornamentation and/or various color accents for the belt buckle or other articles. A single buckle may be used with multiple different backings, with a backing selected based on the wardrobe of a user, the event, or other factors. The backing may be mounted to the back of the buckle with apertures in the backing corresponding to a prong and a swivel of the buckle. The prong and swivel extend through the apertures allowing the buckle to be secured to a belt with the backing in place.

    Abstract: A belt buckle for use with a belt strap having a first end and a second end with the first end having at least one opening extending therethrough and the second end having a plurality of longitudinally spaced holes extending therethrough. The buckle is of two-piece construction including a base member and a top member, both of which have no undercut portions and thus can be simply formed by conventional die casting techniques. The base member forms a seat for the first strap end and the second strap end is adapted to extend therebeneath such that a pin downwardly extending from the top member is adapted to extend through the aligned strap holes (a slot in the seat portion of the base member is provided for this purpose) and thus serve to connect the buckle and belt straps in the desired fashion. The top member hingedly connects to a portion of an end wall upstanding from the base member.
