Abstract: The portable purse strap hook is slidably and removably mounted on a purse strap. The portable purse strap hook includes a flexible sheet having at least one releasable fastener attached thereto for releasably fastening laterally opposed ends thereof to form a sleeve slidably disposed on the purse strap. A hook is pivotally secured to the inner surface of the flexible sheet. The hook is pivotal between a stored position within the sleeve and a position extending from the sleeve so that the hook may be used to hang the purse from a stationary support.

Abstract: A cover latching mechanism is provided including a base member, a cover member, and a button assembly. The cover member includes a latching hook. The button assembly includes a latching jaw and two elastic resisting arms. The latching hook and the latching jaw interlatch with each other when the cover member latches to the housing member. The elastic resisting arms are secured to the housing member and restore the button assembly back to its original position when releasing the latching of the latching hook and the latching jaw.

Abstract: An apparatus for providing at least one securing means in conjunction with one of a male and a female portion of a snap already in place, the apparatus comprises a first member having an opposite one a male and a female portion of a snap for engagement with such one of a male and a female portion of such snap already in place. There is an intermediate segment engageable with an inner part of such one of such male and female portion of the first member, the intermediate segment having a projection extending outwardly therefrom. There is a strap like connector having a first aperture in a first end engageable with the projection of the intermediate segment, the strap like connector extending outwardly therefrom and a second member having an opposite one of a male and a female portion of a snap as such first member, such second member secured to an end of the projection of the intermediate segment.
